Ordered wings and some fries, the food was fresh, and was made fast compared to what I've experienced in the past (30-45 plus min wait times), which was a positive thing. The issue is this, and I blame myself, because franchises like these typically hire people from management on down that don't really care about what they're doing and don't care about customer satisfaction, they're just there to get a check and go home which made me hesitant to order from them to begin with. I tried a few Cajun fries in the car on the way home and they were delicious. This set the tone for what I thought was going to be a good meal. I got home opened the box for the wings and was immediately thrown off because I ordered lemon pepper and they almost looked plain, as it barely had any visible seasoning on them. I took a bite, and the flavor was barely there, in addition to that, they were not cooked well done as I requested and even tasted undercooked. My assumption was correct, they didn't pay attention to the details and didn't care to ensure the wings were well seasoned, because obviously, why do you offer different flavors and not throughly flavor the wings. This is the key attraction of the wings, the flavors. Ugh Highly disappointed, will never order from wing-stop again. Lesson learned. read more

I've actually never had Wingstop until last year. A delivery driver accidentally gave me someone else's order and gave my Mexican food order to someone else who was waiting on chicken lol. The driver was long gone so we ended up eating the chicken and fries. Whatever the Wingstop customers had ordered was great lol. Recently I decided to try them for real. I got 3pc mango habañero tenders with ranch, the Louisiana Voodoo Fries, and some Cajun fried corn on the side. Well, it was better than the only time I ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings but I'm definitely not in a hurry to order again. Maybe it's cuz I'm a noob here but everything was so salty!!! Lol and this is coming from someone who likes salty food. The chicken was okay, kind of like something from Chili's. The fries, corn, and even ranch will definitely raise your blood pressure if you don't be careful. My lips had salt-burn by the end of the meal and it was honestly hard to finish just because of that factor. I wouldn't get the items that I got again. I would probably order some other things in the future, but just take note if you have a salt sensitivity. Homemade wings/fries/corn or local spots are still my preference. read more

Wing stop has been here for a while but I never cared to try it.. my daughter went to a sleep over few weeks ago and was introduced to their wings and she LOVED IT!! We have been her 6 times within two weeks. I like that you can order from the app and just pick up and go. I love that they have so many options of flavor. All orders are pick up or carry out due to the Coronavirus. You must wear a mask to enter the restaurant. The employees wear gloves and masked as well to keep everyone safe. They practice social distance, so please follow management rules. My son said that the lemon pepper wings were decent, but his fries were salty. When he shook the seasoning off, they were still salty. He end up tossing the fries away and only ate the wings. Not sure if we will visit this location again. The manager/ assistant manager Dee is amazing. I had an issue with my delivery and she was helpful. even though it was not her fault they delivery driver opened my bag. she was more than willing to help me. after door dash contacted her she remade my order and had it sent out quickly. she made sure the bag was tripled sealed. ive never had an issue when ive come here to pick up food. i appreciate her for caring about my food just as much as i care about it. that to me is a great sign of a great manager. thanks Dee if you ever see this message. read more

Tried to stop in here last night after a series of unfortunate events left us without dinner late night. We were happy to see that there was a Wingstop nearby and that it didn't close until midnight. I sat in the car with the little ones while my husband went in to get us a to go order. He immediately returned to the car as the staff turned him away. They said they wouldn't take any more orders. I came in today to order wings 1st time and the guy with dread lock hair took my order. I noticed that all customers order food must pay Cash. That's kind of weird when they have credit card terminal sitting on top of the counter. I think they doing themselves a favor by taking cash only so they can split the money to everyone of them. It must be a conscience that all 3 of my orders were wrong on all 3 separate occasions. I ordered delivery through there website and they used DoorDash. Delivery has never been a problem. I get my order in the time given on the website. First time - There Sprite was flat and didn't have any syrup. It tasted like carbonated soda water. Out of all the Wing Stops I've visited, this location has the worst customer service. Upon arriving, it took someone about 5 minutes to come forward from the kitchen and he looked bothered...like we interrupted whatever he was doing. Wingstop finally opens in Norcross off Jimmy Carter Blvd & Singleton Road. It is in the same shopping center as Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet. I was excited to try because I wanted a wing joint closer to home. I decided to order the wings online for convenience. I preordered it many hours in advance so when I get off work, I'll just stop by and pick up. I ordered three orders of 15 boneless wings - hickory smoke bbq, Hawaiian, & Mango Haberno around 5 pm. Around 4:30 pm, I got a phone call about my order to make sure I actually was going to come pick it up. Hmmm yes. I never had anyone call to confirm cause I've done that before, whether or not it's at another wing or pizza joint. I like to make sure I have my order. When I got there, I almost got run over by a car for someone not paying attention and stopping, only to come to realize that it's employees of the place. Walking inside, I said I was there to pick up an order I after calling. Guy at cashier rudely said, "calling? No one called." I corrected myself and apologized and said it was online. He said to himself, "I knew it wasn't calling, I would've known," very rudely. He repeated my order and I said yes. Then had to throw in, "I don't know why you order sooooo many wings," not even in a joking way. Everyone there is Latino, not that it mattered or not to me but that's something I noticed. Interior, it looks clean and nice. Wingstop really has to get better employees. Not welcoming at all. All of this so far and nothing about the food. When I finally got home, I bit in the boneless chicken wings. I did like it. It was flavorful and juicy. However, some are really small pieces, it isn't consistent and it counted as a piece which is a total ripoff. I really like all the flavors - Hickory Smoke bbq, Hawaiian, & Mango Haberno. My favorite is definitely the Mango Haberno. Hubby thought that the wings had way too much sauce and overpowered the taste but I'm okay with it. Next time, I will get it plain. Hopefully I will get better customer service and not get run over. UPDATE 07/23/2015 I went back and decided to dine in with bestie and daughter. Definitely better customer service. However, food is just still average. Bestie even agreed. We got the atomic and mango haberno. We felt the atomic was nothing but vinegar and lots of black pepper seasoning. This time mango haberno was just average. Daughter got the fries and it was not good at all. It was soggy, salty on top, while you got to bottom, nothing but sugar on top. Soooo, I really like the dip at Wingstop and the 2 new flavors are good as well: Ancho Honey Glaze and Harissa Lemon Pepper. The problem is that I went in to the Himmy Carter location and while waiting for my order I glanced to the back and saw a girl with a huge fro preparing food! I mentioned it to the manager and 5 minutes later she was still prepping!!! Now I'm really particular about hair in my food. I don't like ANY! I know, crazy. This was my first visit to a Wingstop where I ordered the food. I opted for the bone-in wings right in the middle of the menu. Unfortunately, I cannot recall what flavor it was but in any case, the chicken was edible. In no way did it exhilarate​ my pallet. The fries were on the soft side and left everything to be desired. BTW, the restaurant was freezing on a freezing cold night. I found Mercedes Benz stadium to be much warmer than this restaurant. We kept our coats and hats on. At the time Kesha was not able to process the refund but told me to come back later for her boss to take care of it which was fine with me. I had something come up and was not able to get back there that evening so I called to speak with her boss and the gentleman who answered( I believe was the manager) asked me to hold and NEVER came back to the phone...I called back 50 times and received a busy signal each time. I gave this wingstop location only 4 stars because we have a joke at my office that it's like a late girlfriend....you tell them an earlier time because you expect them to be late. Lol. Other than being a bit slow, their wings are just crazy good! The tenders also rock the casbah and seal the deal when sprinkled with lemon pepper. Sigh. :).
