Good Customer service is what these folk didn't have. Showed up with a phone order and they said they mistakenly gave my order to some other people and would have to wait until my new order is done. Great choice indeed. The service was quick and polite. I got the special (10 wings w/Fried Rice), 10 Honey Lemon Pepper Wings (WET) with Shrimp Fried Rice. The special comes with carrots and celery as well. My wings were indeed wet, and I had such a large helping of rice. They did not skimp out on the shrimp, you love to see that. Pretty good wing place in the area. Located in the plaza at Sugarloaf and Old Norcross. Parking is a little condensed. The interior is a large warehouse like spot with buckets of dripping water from the ceiling. AC must be out since fans were running. As it stands, its not the ideal sit in place to eat. The wings were not bad. I should have asked them to crisp it up a bit. They came out rather fast which was surprising. The fries were really good and they give a few options of dry seasonings you can add to the fries yourself. They had other options of seafood and sandwiches. I would suggest getting takeout until they repair the AC and maybe make it more homely. It looks very industrial with all the exposed piping and concrete. read more

The food is horrible. The worst wings I have ever had. The wings are over cooked. They are brittle and have no taste. I ordered cajun and hot. The cajun had no season and were hard as a rock. I asked them to cook some fresh ones all they did was toss the ones I had in more cajun seasoning and they were still hard and bland. The hot wings tasted like vinegar they weren't even mild. No salt on the fries no dipping sauce or celery or carrots. Just unsalted fries and over cooked hard dry tastless wings. Save your money dont go there. I will never eat there again read more

The employees were quick, polite, show you the food to confirm your order, and are not stingy with the condiments like extra ranch, etc. it helps that my gf liked them too. I'll definitely be back as it was a good experience. My only thing was that parking area... getting in and out is not the easiest but that's about all I have to say that's negative about the place. Truth is, it gets that way because there are a lot of orders for pickup/take-out so the place itself sees a bit of business. What I remembered about this place is that it has superior quality and you got your moneys worth but today was not a good experience. What I was given was some old and stale wings that were not hot at all. Some of the wings did not look completely cooked. It was atrocious. They were thrown in the box and the season was drizzled on top and majority of the season it was at the bottom of the box. I was able to get a refund but I highly Encourage you to to find somewhere else to get your wings. The fact that these people would just throw something together and expect you to accept it is not acceptable. I ordered two of the specials with lemon pepper wings and spicy honey garlic. The flavor of the wings was really good. However, hot wings should be crispy! I believe they didn't allow the wings to fry hard or the fries because of how many orders they were pushing out so quickly. Most of the fries weren't done and soggy. The wings were super soft in texture. I love that they offer many flavors and other options like fish, fried rice, tenders, etc. I think the $5.99 was a good marketing idea, but I'd love to give them another shot when it's not busy.
