Wifey was craving some wings, so we decided to check out The Wing Suite. Overall, it was a good experience. I ordered the chicken Philly with a wing combo. The food was good, and the Chicken Parmesan wings were definitely worth trying. I also had one of their house lemonades, and that was a highlight of the meal. The only thing I'd change next time is the Philly. It came with a lot of vegetables--more than I personally prefer. It almost felt like I was eating a veggie Philly instead of a chicken Philly. That's just my preference though. Next time, I'll probably ask for fewer vegetables. They don't make their own ranch; it comes in the packaged cups. It's not my favorite brand, but at least they had ranch available. The restaurant has plenty of seating if you want to dine in, TVs playing in the background, and a nice atmosphere. They had a good mix of old-school '90s R&B along with some current R&B, which made the experience even better. The customer service was good from the time i walked in until I left. I'd say order your food before you get there to eliminate the time just sitting there. Overall, I'd definitely come back and try some of the other items on the menu. If you're in the area and looking for some good wings and a relaxed place to enjoy your meal, I'd recommend giving this spot a try. read more

Located in a strip mall so parking is not a problem at all. Modern little shop with limited seating, but it should be enough for like 3 groups. I came in on a weekday evening and we were the only people in the establishment. It still took about 30 minutes for our order to come out. Granted, there were a few online delivery orders in between. This place has a wiiiiide selection of flavors! And you can mix flavors too. The worker taking my order was very patient with me as I took a while to choose, and she gave some recommendations catered to my preferences. The sauce on my wings was good but the wings themselves were subpar-- tiny, no meat, dry. I ordered 5 pieces but it came with 7, probably because they're tiny. I gave this location 2 chances before I wrote this review . The first visit the food was great . The second visit the food was horribly undercooked and soggy However, BOTH visits were a nightmare in how long you have to wait for your food. The employees themselves were very kind but they need to be more communicative with customers about the excessively long wait time. Both times it took me literally an hour to get my food. No exaggeration. And each time there were other customers before me waiting that same time. They don't tell you that you have to wait that long. The first time i attributed to it being a new location and they were getting the swing of things but after being here some time there is really no excuse ESPECIALLY when there weren't many people inside . I waited so long I was no longer hungry. I was offered a cheesecake for the inconvenience of waiting but at no point in that hour inform of the reason for the wait or the approximate of sit time. I also added on a blue raspberry beverage and a peach cobbler cheesecake. The wings are small but the flavor is great. If you want an excellent chicken wing, The Wing Suite is where you need to be. We ordered wings, shrimp, fish, fried okra, and Mac and cheese. Everything was great. Perfect wing size and flavorful. Fried shrimp were juicy and flavorful with the hot honey garlic sauce. Service was excellent. We called in the order, we didn't feel rushed and the employee was helpful as we went through the order. We were quoted a 25-minute wait which was great for such a large order and when I arrived the food was ready right on time. The restaurant was clean, bright, and new. Like many others I found out about this black owned wing spot from TikTok. I was near by, starving so I had to stop in. They have a kiosk you can place your order on, easy to use or you can use the counter. I did like the variety of flavors that were different. Next time I'll try other flavors. The Wing Suite was excellent in every way! Customer service was professional and helpful, the cashier was very friendly and kind to my son which is always a plus. The ambience is very modern and has an industrial vibe, with a few tables in the front room (don't bring a huge crowd). They have a rack in the front for pick up orders and a kiosk if you'd like to order yourself. The screen at the top will tell you your order status, which I appreciated. I had family over so ordered wings through their website, a pack of 50 was $48 which I think is reasonable. Time quoted for pickup was 20 minutes, which was accurate. The wings themselves were cooked fresh and the standout was the garlic Parmesan. No powders used here, it was freshly chopped garlic and shredded real Parmesan cheese. I've never had wings like that before and now I'll definitely get them here in the future! The Piping Peach had the perfect amount of heat and sweetness, with real peaches. I like the dedication to using fresh ingredients. Sides were good, the candied yams were delicious and sweet as expected, with a hint of spice. The dirty rice was great, deep flavors with layered spice. I saw some banana pudding in their refrigerated case that I would definitely try the next time! Today was my first visit to Wing Suite in Lawrenceville. The outside is clean and the inside even cleaner. Its dining area is very nice with nicely spaced tables and benches. This location has an "A" score which is always a good thing to see. I was greeted by Kartisha (owner/cook) who was so friendly and gave me the rundown on the various wing rubs and sauces. I opted for the Honey Hickory rubbed 5 piece wings with fried okra, Mac & cheese and greens sides. The wings were well seasoned with a nice sweet smokey flavor, the fried okra was nicely fried with just the right amount of batter, the greens delicious and the Mac & cheese very good. Everything was well seasoned considering the dietary needs/likes of most people. The wait was about 10min. but everything was hot, not mildly warm, but like it just came off the stove. Oh, and Kartisha even gave me a sample of their dirty rice. I'll definitely make the dirty rice a side order choice on my next visit. The Lawrenceville location is newly opened and does not take cash at this time so be sure to have a card for payment.
