I've come here multiple times enough to confidently say the food is consistently good. I've tried a lot of the menu items and portion size is fair for the price and the food always comes out hot. You really can't go wrong with any of the chicken items or apps. The chicken is the perfect size and crispy on the outside while juicy on the inside. The only miss on the menu is the tteokbokki. It's a bit bland and the sauce has an odd aftertaste that does not go well with the chicken. However, a big plus is that they give the salad and radish without adding an extra charge unlike other Korean chicken places. You can order with the server or at the kiosk in front of the counter. It's self-serve so you don't have to worry about tipping as well. The servers are all very attentive and helpful if you have questions. I believe this place used to be Joy Chicken & Pizza and it seems like they've maintained the quality. Love that they provide an option for a solid KFC place! They're located to the left of the Walmart on Lawrenceville-Suwanee which can be overlooked, so I highly recommend giving it a try! read more

I was shopping in the area and stumbled upon 99k. So happy I did! The restaurant staff was friendly and every area was so clean we ordered the pizza and wings combo. The wing flavor was the sweet spicy soy. I believe it was topped with chopped jalapeños, which was a great touch of spice. If you're looking for an authentic Korean-style pizza, this is your place. I was craving potato pizza and this restaurant does it well--I would have liked pickles on the side but I understand that isn't popular here. The restaurant itself is clean and modern, and the gentleman at the register was so accommodating. We came with two toddlers and he made sure they had silverware and kid friendly cups. WooooooW!!! I had such high expectations, but this place was underwhelming. Which was very surprising because there were so many people eating the food. I went for wings based on the prior Yelp reviews and they definitely did not meet my high standards. As a matter of fact, the wings tasted like somebody sprinkled sugar on them. We ordered at the kiosk, but you can also order with the cashier. This is a family owned business, and you can tell the owners truly care about their guests. We received exceptional customer service. The food was freshly made and delicious! The portion sizes were generous. We could have just ordered a pizza and 1 basket of chicken between the 3 of us, but we wanted to try various food items on their menu. The Sweet Mild Pepper Mayo was particularly my favorite flavor. We got the cheesling garlic parm chicken and I am so glad we did. It is not the typical salty garlic parm you find in American restaurants. This garlic parm was sweet and salty which was perfectly balanced. I have to talk about how crunchy this chicken is! Oh man the crunch was so satisfying. They also gave us free calamari. They said it's a promotion? Not sure but I was so grateful because I love calamari and this calamari was well seasoned and crunchy. Tried this new place for Korean fried chicken. Especially because they had a flavor that other places didn't have that I've always wanted to try. Ordered pepper mayo fried Chicken and a medium pizza for my son. We got a few calamari as a grand opening gift which was nice. The chicken was good but the pizza was terrible. It barely had pizza sauce and tasted too salty AND sweet. I don't know what that sweetness is but even my 9yr old son who always can finish the whole pizza himself stopped eating after a slice and half. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I specifically asked about the Korean fried chicken because the picture looked like regular chicken wings with sauce on top.
