I did not expect under the layer of pork they added onions, carrots, and sweet potato, but I love that they did this. It added texture. They serve very great portions of food. We ordered wayyy to much. Like we thought the portions were small and it all felt like a bunch of sides but we were wrong. These are big portions and they are delicious!
