No tipping is the best! They also have half priced Jajangmyeon and Jjampong if you order the main dishes. Today we had the combo for 8 people, which is only $200, very good value, perfect for large party.

Best Jamppong, Jjanmyung, Tang Su Yuk in Atlanta I've found! Seriously great flavors! Service is quick and best yet: NO TIPS! Seriously in an age when everyone is trying to grift a tip, a place rejecting tips is amazing! Loved the cool Korean vibe as well. Definitely coming back! Many times!

10/05/24 update I went again with the folks today. Another Gan Jjajang and Jjampong. The Gan Jjajang was as yummy as last time. Again I didn't get to taste the Jjampong broth but my mom liked it as much as last time. The noodles always have a good texture. This time I ordered Nanja Wansu- pork meatballs in a savory sauce with veges. I loved this dish when I was younger. The dish was pricey for $33. The Nanja Wansu I was used to had small flat meatballs. Theirs has huge round meatballs. I think the meat they used was mixed with some sort of flour and then fried. the inside wasn't too bad, but was a little pasty, it also had onions. If you've never tasted Nanja Wansu it wouldn't be bad. If you're used to the kind you would have in Bayside/Flushing at places like Guh Sung , then this will disappoint a little. Service is always friendly and prompt. I hope this place stays open for a long time, so many other dishes to try. Also, the place is very casual, open 7 days a week and there is plenty of parking

My friend had an inside scoop about a complimentary jjajangmyeon so I was more than happy to check this place out! We got seated right away on a Wednesday during lunch and found parking easily. We liked the ban Chan which included the classic kimchi, soy marinated onion and daikon, as well as some vegetable I am unfamiliar with. The jjajangmyeon itself was a huge portion with plenty of sauce on top of the noodles. We shared a fried spicy and sweet chicken dish as well which was flavorful and crispy. Overall, we had a good experience and would come again for the family and locally owned vibe. I recommend others to check them out too!

Heard good things about Chai Hong and decided to order Chinese take out. Oh man, what a delicious feast! Our family of 4 enjoyed jjajang myun, sweet and sour pork aka tangsooyook, gangpoong sehwoo, and fried dumplings. Everything was tasty and fresh. Service was friendly as they opened the door for my wife as she went to pick up our order. Ambiance is great and clean. They got a 100 on their health score. Well done. 5 stars for Chai Hong! We will be back.

I came here for free jjajjangmyun because they were doing it for back to school week for students. I was skeptical at first because I've never been a huge fan of it, but since it was free I thought might as well. They weren't busy, so I was sat immediately and ordered right away. Service was good, the staff were nice and the food was pretty good. The portions were bigger than expected, so it definitely did fill me up. Originally, it's $9.99 so it's very affordable. Would stop by again for other menu items.

Food was very good! Service was quick! The ambiance was so cool. It was my 1st time here with some friends.. everything was so tasty.. we all ordered the Gan Jja Jang (black bean noodles with stir-fry sauce and the tang su yuk (crispy fried pork in sweet and sour sauce). I'll definitely be back again.

The jjampongs were really good! The red one was the normal jjampong but had a variety of veggies. It was piping hot when it came out and just very good. Spicy but not too spicy.. my 7 year old was able to eat some. White jjampong had a very strong black pepper taste. Less spicy than the red one. Husband liked it. They dont go shy with their ingredients! The jjajang was decent but not amazing. The mandoo was homemade and chinese korean style. Very gingery. We all liked it. The tangsooyuk was crispy and super hot when it came out. The sauce was very vinegary. I like vinegar but my husband thought it was a but much. Overall we loved eating here and will come here regularly. Our usual was samwongak but they are doing renovations and unsure when they open back up. The ladies serving were very attentive and nice. They pickle their own danmooji! Quite impressive! We have peanut and treenut allergies and we ate here without issues.

Korean Chinese Cuisine is one of my fav cuisines so l was very excited to try this new restaurant. They offer tasty and authentic dishes. Everything was amazing and I can't wait to visit again but one of my fav dishes was the yurin gi which is a crispy, fried chicken topped with garlic sauce. There's open booths and private rooms as well. So it's great for any occasion. The service was friendly and quick. They helped us choose great dishes.

Dishes are big and flavorful. Definitely come with friends. The fried dumplings are full and crispy. The noodles are spicy! The fried chicken garlic and peppers were delicious!!!

Good Service we ordered to To-Go but I wish I had eaten inside. The ambience and service was great. The Tang Su Yook was good.

I was very skeptical of their spicy jjajangmyun thinking how could thai chilis make it taste good? oh boy was I wrong to assume It was 10/10. I have never finished a dish of black bean noodles because of how sweet everyone makes it. Not Chef Fung Mei! They did an amazing job and I know I'll be back for my next craving. My husband really enjoyed his jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle). To be honest it wasn't all the rave. it was decent but we definitely had better. However, it wasn't horrible either. The sweet fried pork was probably our least favorite dish. It wasn't bad! but it was just very basic. I like when restaurants use the mochi type of batter to make it more crispy yet chewy. They do have a big menu so I hope to stop by and try their other dishes.

Not good - a good decade or two behind what the other Kor-Chinese joints offer, and they are not even that great either. Noodles were soggy with no depth, beef/pork that came in with noodles (jjm) and dishes (tsy) were tough and smelled old. Dry jjm was not dry-fried but wet and soggy. Not tryna be too critical, but restaurants should be graded and supported with what it delivers ultimately bringing to what the clients want and expect to receive. Good luck.

My wife and I were craving Szechuan chicken for lunch, and since she wanted to try a new matcha tea…read morespot in Duluth, we decided to turn it into a little date day. We found a restaurant not far from the matcha shop. It felt more like a Chinese takeout spot than a traditional sit-down restaurant, so there wasn't much to speak of in terms of decor. We decided to share everything we ordered. The first dish we tried was the Szechuan noodles. The flavor was excellent, but unfortunately, the dish arrived only lukewarm, as it appeared to have been sitting for a while before being brought to the table. Next, we ordered soup dumplings, but the restaurant accidentally brought out pan-seared dumplings instead. Thankfully, they let us keep them while they prepared our original order. The pan-seared dumplings were actually very good--piping hot and full of flavor. When the soup dumplings finally arrived, they were decent but didn't quite live up to the pan-seared version and lacked the same level of flavor. Finally, our Szechuan chicken arrived. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. The chicken was crispy with a great spice profile that delivered the classic Szechuan kick without being overwhelming. It was served with fried rice, which was fine but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, the experience was good but not exceptional. The food had some strong points, especially the Szechuan chicken and pan-seared dumplings, but the restaurant ultimately felt more like a solid Chinese takeout spot than a destination dining experience.
