I've visited Kyuramen back home in FL and decided to try this location while I was in town. As soon as we walked in, we noticed the honeycomb booth wall -- such a cool visual touch -- though it was unfortunately full. We were offered standard seating or a private table room, and we chose the private room. Our server was attentive from the start, quickly providing menus and waters for the table. We began with drinks and appetizers. The drinks were refreshing and well-balanced. The pork bao buns were a standout -- warm, pillowy buns with tender pork that was slightly sweet, savory, and melt-in-your-mouth soft. The takoyaki had a rich, creamy interior and was topped beautifully, though the octopus itself was a bit chewy. Still, the flavors were bold and satisfying. The ramen arrived shortly after, and every bowl was truly excellent. The broth was deep and layered, full of umami, and clearly simmered with care. The noodles had that perfect springy, chewy texture that makes each bite satisfying. The pork slices were tender, juicy, and well-seasoned, adding great balance to the bowl. Every spoonful had both comfort and flavor -- the kind of ramen you pause mid-meal just to appreciate. If you're looking for a delicious ramen spot with a unique dining experience at a reasonable price, this is definitely the place!

Went for lunch and the lunch special hit the spot. Ramen was tasty and well seasoned. Service was amazing and I love the location.

We stopped by for a quick lunch. Tried something new on the menu. The seafood kamameshi was too salty for me. The seafood was not that fresh. The eel tasted like the one I can get at the frozen section at the market. The egg was cooked well and the rice is seasoned well. The tokyo tonkatsu didn't let me down; the broth is flavorful and the chashu is good. I wish they torch it a bit though.

My husband and I came here for a date night and throughly enjoyed ourselves. I really loved how the seating was arranged against the wall. They had little honey comb type booths and we got to sit in one. We ordered drinks and the robot delivered them to our table which was fun and cool to see. We ordered the fried squid for our appetizer and it was good. I would have enjoyed it a little more if a sauce had came with it on the side. For our main dishes my husband ordered the Katsuobushi Pork Ramen and he really liked it. I ordered the Kyushu Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and it was phenomenal. I love spicy and it was just the right amount of spice. The pork was so tender and delicious I was impressed. I will definitely be coming back in the future. This place is top tier for ramen in my book. Service was great and staff was attentive.

This review is on behalf of my family who went for the first time to pick up & bring home; carry out. They ordered online, an easy process. Their order was ready when they got there & said staff was very nice. Came home & were pleased by the portion size & that everything was well packaged & broth was HOT! Here is a picture of 1 of their bowls & I apologize I don't know which flavor this is- A lot to choose from!! Looks pretty amazing & they slurpped these up. Happy bellies!!! If in Suwanee, check them out. They have a fun interior for dining in as well. I'll go myself soon & YELP again.

The ramen was good, no egg noodles which was a bit disappointing but the broth was flavorful. My friend also got the free dot at the end of her bowl (iykyk)!

You're definitely paying for the "interior" at this place. Service sucks. Had to ask a hostess for a refill of water twice. The ramen is mediocre. It is most certainly missing flavor. I won't be back to this establishment. If you want delicious ramen, checkout Jinya!

I swung in here for a super-early dinner on my way out of Duluth toward home... The place was as stunning as I remembered it...especially with its spectacular cubicle seatings! Again, I ended up in one of the cubicle slots lol...this time, upstairs. I wasn't hungry, but wanted to try so many items on their menu...so I ordered the following: Lobster & Chasu Salad Balls, Negima Skewer, Baby Octopus Skewer, Chili Garlic Edamame, and Matcha Pudding with Red Bean! Also, tried their Lemonade drink. Well, basically, I loved them all...but for me, the winner was the dessert, Matcha Pudding with Red Bean! HOW did I not get this the first time?? This pudding was more like Matcha flavored Panna Cotta with Red Bean, AND Milk topping! SO delish!! I remember being impressed with the ambiance, but only halfway with the foods I ordered last time...but this time, I was just as impressed with the foods. Guess it all depends on what you order. Still, thing about this place is that it offers a huge variety of appetizers...and some of them are truly unique! Then that dessert...WOW. I'm basically addicted now. I'll definitely be back for more on my future trips to Duluth and the surrounding areas!

Eel kamameshi - looks great but tastes bad :/ too sweet and salty, not even hot, rice was undercooked

I haven't been here in 2 years but I was sorely disappointed when I came here for dinner with my family. #1 Tonkatsu ramen white garlic - tasted good, came out super fast, this is the only main menu I'd recommend from here Teriyaki Beef Rice burger - rice was falling apart, beef was lacking in flavor, very underwhelming Purple sweet potato fries - super delicious and soft, I'd highly recommend getting these. This came with the combo set with the rice burger Tonkatsu omurice - tonkatsu was very oily, rice was undercooked Eel Kamameshi - this took 15-20 min (which is ok since they let us know in advance) but I was extremely disappointed in this beautiful dish. Eel was way too salty and sweet. It was not even warm. Egg was overly sweet. Rice was undercooked and sweet too. The waitresses were okay but they did not bring the food out at the same time. This was extremely frustrating as each food item came out every 5-10 minutes. We spent $100 for very mediocre food and service. I've been to other Kyuramens before and never had such a poor experience. Maybe try going to a different location.

Very nice themed and designed place, waiters were nice and food was great. Also the drinks came from a robot.

Delicious ramen with excellent lunch deals! Highly recommend trying their lunch special, the ramen was delicious and the broth was rich, the meats were cooked fantastically too. Also love the instagram friendly vibes, such a cute shop with great service!

Its a decent ramen experience in a nice setting. The atmosphere is nice, making it a pleasant spot to enjoy your meal. However, I found the prices to be a bit steep for what you get--while the ramen is good, it doesn't quite stand out compared to other ramen places. Overall, it's worth a visit if you're in the mood for ramen, but be prepared for higher prices for average dishes.

I genuinely love the atmosphere at Kyuramen in Suwanee. The decor catches your eye right away with its honeycomb seating stacked up the back wall like an art installation and little robots zipping around delivering boba drinks and steaming bowls of ramen with precision. One visit I couldn't help but notice a Japanese woman sitting at a table in a full traditional kimono, calmly enjoying her meal. It struck me as a quiet stamp of authenticity. If someone from Japan is choosing this spot for ramen it's a pretty strong sign they're doing something right. I've come here more times than I can count and my usual order is the original chicken ramen paired with crispy gyoza and a refreshing Thai tea that hits just the right balance of sweet and creamy. This last time though I decided to mix it up a bit. I kept the chicken ramen because it's too good to skip but added the tonkatsu omurice with beef gravy. That dish was a revelation. The fluffy egg draped over the rice and the rich savory gravy mingling with the tender pork cutlet made every bite absolutely delicious. By the end I was so stuffed I felt like I might need to roll out the door but it was worth every second of that happy food coma. The place itself is impressively spacious with high ceilings and spotless tables and it's always bustling with people which adds to the lively feel. Kyuramen in Suwanee has cemented itself as my go-to ramen destination without a doubt.

I saw a video there is a robot that serves you. Does anyone know if there is one at this location?

Hi, this location does have the robots. They don’t service your entire stay. However, when we ordered boba at our table it brought us the drinks. Hope this helps!

Are there vegan options? I see the vegetable ramen on the menu, but not sure if the noodles and all other ingredients are vegan or contain egg or dairy.

Honestly, I am not sure if there is vegan options you would probably have to call. I did come across a fabulous vegan restaurant in Lawrenceville called bougeeSouthern kitchen.

Do they take apple pay here?

    Yes they do.

Are the miso, kimchi, and curry ramen also made of pork broth?

    Are reservations possible?

No reservations, not even on the app.

In there a vegan menu available?

i know they have vegetarian ramen.

Is this location officially open yet? I saw that there is a lit up OPEN sign on the front, but there is also a banner that says "Coming Soon."

    It's open!

It completely fits with the nostalgia we were feeling and hanging out with each other again. Service was efficient, and we were easily able to converse with each other. One of the standout things about this place is that they have DonPas. When we first heard of it, we though it would be fun to get. The donkatsu used for it is thin and fried well. The pork wasn't dry at all, and it was able to hold the pasta and its sauce while remaining crunchy though you definitely should eat it before the sauce truly sets in and changes the texture. For the pasta portion, we went with carbonara pasta, and it was good! Creamy and paired pretty well with donkatsu, which normally has a different type of sauce with it.
