It felt like they were pinching pennies--the noodles tasted more like Italian spaghetti than true lo mein, lacking the light, springy texture you expect from proper wheat noodles. The beef was extremely dry and sliced so thin it seemed like they were trying to tenderize a cheaper cut, yet it was still tough and hard to chew. Even the bok choy was poorly prepped, with pieces cut too close to the root and essentially inedible. The employees were kind and the space itself was nice, and I'm sure there may be other dishes that are better. However, based on this experience, I don't think I'd return. read more

Ramen. It's easy yet it's hard. But no substitutions should be made when it comes to the flavor of any tonkatsu ramen. Unfortunately, Rinoo does that with some weird type of ramen broth. I've been meaning to try this place since they opened but when you're next to Hallel Guys, the choice between a rice bowl of chicken and beef gyro meat vs a ramen bowl is just a difficult choice and I err on the side of protein. But after my really subpar ramen experience, I may not really come back to this place... So I order the Tonkatsu ramen because, it's the basic ramen anyone can get. And with any noodle soup dish, you need to try the broth first. Suffice to say, the broth is funky! I couldn't taste the pork flavor of it at all. It was MSG or at least seemed like it was laden w/ MSG. Whatever rich porky flavor the broth had was masked by MSG which was a massive let down. Between it being this milky white broth, a sharp uncomfortable savory tinge, and the fact that it was just not enjoyable in the slightest started the disappointing experience for me. The noodles were also not quite the ramen noodles we all know. They had chew but it seemed like they weren't cooked through properly resulting in stiff, knotted strings of what appeared to be buckwheat which was sitting in the plastic ramen bowl in a tangled mess. It was palpable but you have to savor and enjoy ramen, not slurp it down just because you dropped $13 for it. The cha-shu was just strips of curled bacon, the bamboo shoots tasted off, the naruto didn't help, and it was just a massive let down. Not sure with the other options like the pho or the teriyaki bowls but rest assured, ramen isn't this place's strong suit and you're going to be better off with a different ramen option. read more

New to the world. When I heard of this place, I was excited since I wanted a ramen place nearby where I work and live. When they first open, I didn't just got ramen but I got a variety of different cuisine. There was Pho, Ramen, Bibim Myun, Pasta etc. I am a huge noodle fan therefore this place checks all my boxes. I ordered the Bibim Myun and it was pretty refreshing. Spicy and sweet, the noodles are fine but they used spaghetti noodles which was weird however, it wasn't bad. Still enjoy this place. There's music in this place now, we liked it when the music was either quieter or none. We had the lo mein, spicy tuna roll, and miso ramen. We are not used to the cooked tuna roll and it's not spicy. The owner is a hard working man who always serve us with a smile and patience. We have kids who takes a while to make decisions. read more
