We ordered three items from the menu: - Takoyaki (6 pieces for $11.40): The balls were crispy on the outside, and the inside included a blend of octopus and cabbage. The balls were topped with bonito flakes and beni shoga. They came out piping hot and full of flavor, which made it a great starter. - Tonkotsu Black Ramen ($19.38): It was a creamy pork and chicken broth with noodles, chashu, marinated egg, mushrooms, scallions, bean sprouts, and a drizzle of black garlic oil that gave it a deep, savory punch. - Tonkotsu Ramen ($18.75): It had the same silky broth and toppings as the above but without the garlic oil.
