    Ramen and dumplings

They're doing a soft opening - limited choices for ramen but the taste was overall good and better than most of the other self serve ramen places around the area. They come out with the ramen and toppings and you get to cook the ramen with their machines and take it back to your table. Interior aesthetic is nice and the owners had a handful of their friends coming in to congratulate them on their opening. Might go back if I'm hungry for a quick meal around the area!

It's a cool concept, bringing Southeast Asia convenient store style instant noodles here. Place is clean. Ordering from kiosk is easy. We ordered a couple of the popular ramen choices with added toppings. It's of course just like instant noodles you make at home. But the whole concept is fun to try at least once.

I went in a few min after they opened and was the first order of the day, I didn't feel rushed or anything and they have some great options, nice little spot and the food was delicious as well as the drinks!

My friend introduced us to this place while it's still soft opening. Free ramyun!! The restaurant is well - organized & very clean. Our server "Kevin" was so helpful to guide us through a new concept. You can build our own bowl or pick a design. I did a BYOB - shin ramyun green - it was pretty good with 5 toppings. Cooked about 5 mins. It was a nice experience.

The gyoza was delicate and flavorful, and it held together nicely. The soup was quite savory. At first I thought there might not have been enough sliced pork in there but by the time I reached the end of my meal I was very satisfied with the portion. I also like how the carryout bag included everything I needed: sauce for the gyoza, salad dressing, a napkin and flatware. I went out of my way to come here and I'm happy I did.

I wouldn't say you need a reservation on a normal occasion, and the people here are pretty nice. We specifically only came for their Demon Slayer collab spoons, and thankfully, they had some! We didn't realize until we were there that you MUST order the Tokyo Yatai Classic to receive a blind spoon though. We weren't interested in the promo ramen, but we ordered it anyway. And as expected, it was alright. We ate it, but it wasn't anything to write home about. It's only getting a Yelp review bc I liked their apps. The appetizers I've had were much better than the ramen, even outside of this one instance with their promotional ramen. If I wanted ramen, it wouldn't be here, but for a quick bite or many small plates... maybe. The eggplant and brussels sprouts were probably my favorite of what I had, and it's all due to the miso soy marinade. It masked some bitterness with sweetness. If I were to come again, it'll have to be during happy hour. That's the only time I feel it's worth coming for.

When I opened the omurice, the rich egg and cheese aroma covered the entire dish, and every spoonful of rice was full of flavor. The sweet and tangy fried chicken skewers were also delicious. I also tried their mandu (beef dumplings) -- juicy and full of savory flavor. The second time, I ordered the Alfredo pasta, which had a strong creamy aroma and an addictive white sauce flavor. The only downside was the portion -- it was a bit small and disappeared too quickly!

Surprisingly, craving this got me to come back a second time. The Fire Chicken Omelette Ramen had the same presentation, but Buddok ramen instead of sushi rice. Disappointing, because I could have just made Buddok ramen at home. The Schewan noodles were not spicy nor tasty. Takoyaki was good, on a bed of potato fries. Would order again. For the Beef Bulgogi Cheese Fries, the bulgogi is good, the fries are not. These fries are from the frozen section at Costco, make no mistake. They are bland, 2/5 star fries. Even if the bulgogi was on top of better fries, the bulgogi is dry and the cheese on it isn't melty or saucy, so the fries and the topping don't mix together well. Just a pile of dry food.

The process is straightforward and efficient: you order right at the counter, and then they deliver the food directly to your table. The service was incredibly quick, which is perfect for a casual lunch or a busy weeknight. Most importantly, the food was awesome across the board. We tried a variety of bowls and rolls, and everything tasted high-quality and fresh. What We Ordered: * Build Your Own Bowl (Salmon): Loaded with fresh salmon, avocado, shredded carrots, edamame, and seaweed salad. The eel sauce tied it all together perfectly. * Build Your Own Bowl (Crispy Chicken): This was a standout. The chicken was perfectly crispy and paired well with the spring mix, edamame, and the ginger miso and teriyaki dressings. The addition of cream cheese added a nice richness. * Mighty Green Bowl: A great option if you're looking for something vibrant and healthy (just remember to ask for no cucumber if that's your preference like we did!). * Fried Pork Gyoza & Bagel Roll: Both were excellent starters/sides that rounded out the meal. The presentation of the bowls is beautiful, and the portions are generous. Whether you're a fan of poke-style bowls or crispy chicken, there's something here for everyone. Highly recommend for a reliable and delicious spot!
