    Taiwanese spicy
    Sarah T.

Pop pot was chosen on a whim and there's no regrets on it. I ordered the Taiwanese spicy with noodles. Food was delicious and plentiful I had to take some home. The sauces also complemented the pot. My only gripe is you don't have control over the fire. Other places give you the tool to put it out or partially cover it but here you have to call someone to do so. It seems like extra work for them but I had to call them over because my broth was boiling over. It's unfortunate because I like to keep my flame going as long as possible because I like my food hot throughout my meal. Small detail but makes a difference.

Delicious!!! Perfect for a chilly day, the pots come with a good amount and variety of food (fried tofu, quail eggs, enoki, etc). Plenty of parking and located in a square with lots of food/dessert options! 5/5 food - loved the lamb pot, my friends got the seafood and original pot 5/5 service - quick service and very nice waiter!! 5/5 vibes - not too busy on the weekdays

Are you looking for an authentic Taiwanese hotpot experience ? As the weather gets colder, the hot noodle soup cravings increase. There is nothing as comforting as sitting by your own personal hotpot with a real flame, not an induction burner like most places. Both the mild and spicy house sauces are soooo delicious. In reel: 1 沙茶牛肉锅 Beef Satay Hotpot - My favorite classic satay flavor with tender beef slices and tons of veggies. 2 台式羊肉锅 Lamb Hotpot - Was not a fan of this pot and will order a different option next time. The lamb meat was tough and was on the spine. Was looking for more tender meat. 3 鹽酥雞 Taiwanese style chicken nuggets - So crispy and delightful. I love that the meat is sliced into small strips for a crispy texture, with not too much breading. 4 香腸 Sliced Taiwanese Sausages - Perfectly heated and sliced sausages, served with thinly sliced raw gatlic. Eat a bite with garlic and you will be pleasantly surprised how delicious the pairing is.

When we walked in, the smell of the food was amazing, I knew instantly when I walked in, that I would love the food, the service was great, they sat us down as soon as we got there. I ordered the fried dumplings and they tasted amazing, some of the best I've ever had, and I've had many. I also got hot pot and it was full of flavor and the soup base was extraordinary.

A very solid hot pot place! Everything I've tried has been flavorful and packed with the ingredients. I love spicy food, and their spicy is actually p spicy. Individual servings (not AYCE or shard with the table), and I get so full from a little over half; I can usually take my leftovers for another meal! So the price ($15-19) is worth it for me, imo. There's usually a few parties/tables whenever I come, and the service has been good. If the soup is too boiling hot for you, you can ask them to extinguish the flame.

Yummy! I prefer this style over the communal hot pot/AYCE restaurants because the soups have more flavor and options and you don't have to keep reaching and fishing for specific items. Also, decent price ($15-19) that is really filling. I got the sour napa pot medium spicy, and got to also try the satay beef. They all come with a choice of rice or glass noodles, and a savory/sweet/spicy sauce. My sour napa comes with pork and was soo delicious - the sour soup flavor is quite strong and I couldn't stop drinking the soup. Also I think the amount of cabbage really filled me up. The satay beef was also good and had a lot of beef, but I think the soup could have used more satay flavor. Each pot has a slightly different set of additional ingredients (meat balls, pig blood cake, intestines, etc) but they are all pretty generous and complete the hotpot experience.

We love this Taiwanese hot pot in Duluth! We got the seafood hotpot medium spicy and sukiyaki hot pot mild. The service is quick and attentive. The ambiance is comfortable and great for catching up with people.

Good quantity of food for the price! Feels more worth compared to the all you can eat hotpots nearby if you have a small appetite. The various hotpot flavors are also interesting and would love to try more in the future. The 100% spicy isnt that spicy so if you are good with spice go for 150

After years of dining here and ordering to go, This is still my favorite non-AYCe hot pot place. The pot is just so flavorful and full of toppings. The service is great. But the dipping sauce is the reason I keep coming back.

It is a nice little walk in, in the teso Plaza and I can say with certainty the taste of Taiwan is definitely reflected in the hot pot. The atmosphere is oddly quiet but in a nice way, everyone seems focused on their hot pot and there isn't really loud bustling chatter. The service can definitely feel a little cold at first but perhaps it is because there are a lot of orders and only 2 servers when I went. But of course on to the food. I got the data beef and the Taiwanese spicy hotpot and they were absolutely amazing. The satay beef tasted authentic, bringing be back to my home kitchen where the flavor is almost exactly the same as my mother's home cooking. The ingredients such as the fish cakes and the blood rice cake are essential to any Taiwanese hot pot. One thing I do have to say is thay the add-ons seem a bit excessive in price. The amount of add on received seems a bit small and harsh. 3$ for 2 blood rice cakes that are about an inch long and 3/4 of a centimeter on both sides is interesting. However I have nothing to complain about the flavor as it is simply savory, intricate, and aromatic.

I got the Taiwanese Beef Pop Pot and wow, so much food! You better come hungry or there's no way you'll be able to finish. I thought my Hot Pot was delicious! I got 100% spicy and it was perfect! They did not skimp on the toppings, there was plenty of everything. This hot pot already comes with ramen noodles, but you also get glass noodles or rice on the side, which is awesome! The broth was super tasty and everything just tasted so good! The service was great also. I'm really glad I got to try this place, it was delicious and I have no complaints!

I have been to this location so many times when I come to Atlanta. Such a comfort food. Good quality broth and food in the soup. I got the popcorn chicken pot with glass noodles, added fish tofu. My boyfriend got Japanese miso pot. Delicious! This restaurant is so great and the service is fast and professional, clean restaurant.

The customer service is great - they seat you as soon as you walk in. They seem attentive where they make sure to take your oder as soon as you ready, remember to come back when you need more time. The hot pot's each come with a warmer and they make sure you are okay with the heat or turn off the fire when you are ready, they also fill your hot pot with soup if you want more. I got the satay beef pot and I would definitely give it a 5/5. The restaurant gave plenty beef and did not skimp out on the amount unlike some other restaurants. You can tell the quality of the beef was good. There were other ingredients like fish cakes, vegetables, tofu which gave a good variety and all tasted fresh. I got the mild spice but I would go for no spice as I feel like the broth in general already has some spice. I felt that the mild spice was a little too spicy for me at first. Over time though, the spice went away and I did not notice it anymore! I previously got the mushroom pot before - i would say it is definitely yummy but not very filling. So I would give it a 4.6/5!

Even though it was crowded, our server was very friendly and attentive. They cooked the meat right at the table, which made the experience better. The fried rice (볶음밤) they made on the grill at the end, especially with the pork belly, was honestly the best part. Overall, really enjoyed it and would definitely come back.

My partner and I came in around roughly 9:50-10pm. When we arrived we're were initially informed that we had to order soon because they were closing in 30 minutes and were understandings of that. Shortly after we were seated, (literally 1-2 minutes) about 3 employees came to our table letting us know we needed to order within the next few minutes. It was like 10:05. I tried asking one of the employee what the meat options were and was just interrupted by him being persistent in us ordering and did not really answer our questions, mainly because I noticed some of the meat options were pork and I do not consume pork for personal reasons. My partner and I felt overwhelmed and just ordered something we thought would not include pork. After submitting our order another employee came by with the check already without us asking insisting for us to pay before our food even came out. Mind you the restaurant closed within 20 minutes at this point. When our food did come out, it did contain PORK!!! We just left shortly afterwards and left the food on the table.

We were greeted quickly at both the door and table. For a dumpling house, there weren't that many options for dumplings. We order two types of dumplings, a noodle dish and an entree on recommendation of the staff. The pork soup dumplings were very soupy on the inside and had a good flavor. The pan fried bao dumplings were alright but morning to write home about; I thought the bun to filling ratio was good for a bao though. For noodles we got the house rice noodles. I typically don't order this but I thought it was really well done with a good ratio of ingredients and flavor. Lastly we ordered the sales egg pork ribs. They were cut to bite size pieces but that's deceptive since they were bone in. Some pieces were all bone and some all meat. While the flavor was good, some might call it dry and the cut made it difficult to eat. While the seasoning for all the dishes were flavorful, I thought the salt was a little heavy. Overall the restaurant was clean with a semi modern decor. The staff were all friendly and tried to be helpful throughout the visit. I'd give it a try if you're in the neighborhood.
