Honestly I'd give it a 3.5/5 because it was good but nothing too special. Ambiance: Large TVs to watch sports games and there is a bar, so good for casual hang out with friends! Service is fast too. Food: 3.5/5 - For reference, my ratings are food dependent. It is good don't get me wrong. 1) Gochujang and Cheese Rotisserie Chicken: Presentation is amazing! It comes on a hot sizzling plate that they roll over and do a table-side cheese show where they pour the melted cheese directly on top of the chicken in front of you. Big portion, I mean it's a whole chicken (not dry, relatively juicy, so it is a good quality chicken). Flavor wise, I feel like it needs more of the gochujang sauce because it just tasted like chicken with cheese on top. I do love cheese. The best part was the crispy rice at the bottom wow that was great, I loved it. 2) Corn Cheese: This wasn't good. First, the cheese was not very melty, it was hard like a block (perhaps they use a low fat content cheese-not sure). The flavor is also lacking, it just tasted like corn and cheese. I feel like there is still an art to corn cheese where it needs to have a bit of sweetness, some flavor and seasoning. Overall, I would come back if friends wanted to try. The staff did not seem energetic or enthusiastic, almost as if they were unhappy working there. At one point, I had to remind the server to bring my beer, and even then there was no apology or acknowledgment for the oversight. Small interactions like that can greatly affect the overall dining experience. In addition, the portion sizes were not particularly generous considering the price. While the food was decent, the combination of average portions, uninspiring service, and a dining experience that lacked warmth made the visit less satisfying overall. I've always come to this spot during lunch for their spicy chicken bowl, so I was pretty disappointed when I saw that it was no longer on the updated menu. I decided to try a few different dishes instead. So we was on our 1 hour lunch break, took 10 mins to get here, we got sat down and ordered but it took roughly 30-35 mins for the food to arrive, so we was already late coming back to work. You figured that it took so long for the food to be made that it would be delicious but nope, it went downhill from here. I ordered the chicken over rice, and it was extremely bland. It was basically fried, unseasoned chicken over plain white rice with a few drizzles of white sauce and teriyaki sauce. There was very little flavor overall. I also tried the spicy chicken sandwich combo with fries. The sandwich tasted like cardboard, and the chicken was extremely dry. Honestly, it was disgusting. The fries were completely unseasoned, had a weird hollow texture, and were easily some of the worst fries I've ever had. Even In-N-Out's "trash" fries are better. It's disappointing because I used to come here specifically for the spicy chicken bowl, but after trying the new menu, I honestly don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon. read more

For about $34 for a whole chicken plus the scorched rice, I would say that the price is justified. You can easily split this with someone or even between three people. It comes with a really delicious mustard sauce and salt/pepper for dipping, and coleslaw and pickled radish sides. They also have different appetizers and even other dishes if you don't want the rotisserie chicken. The also have lunch specials! Rotisserie was nice and juicy for like $35. I prefer the gochujang glaze over corn cheese just for the flavor. The cheese got cold fairly quick and didn't have much taste to it. I don't have an image but the pork belly was too fatty for me and sticky while eating for some reason. The scallion chicken pancake is of my fav Korean pancakes I've had bc of how crispy it was and not too thick. What will make me come again is their 50 cent wings on Wednesday. This amazingly delicious dish is famous in Korea as 누룽지통닭 " nurungji chicken " If you follow food trends and culture in Korea, you have seen it all over your socials. Fun fact: What makes this dish famous is of course the roasted spatchcock chicken, but also the toasted crispy rice underneath that absorbes all of the delicious sauces and juices from the chicken. Toasted crispy rice is called nurungji 누룽지, and is a sensational delicacy on it's own. I ordered the 고추장 치즈 누룽지 통닭 Gochujang & Cheese Chicken $35.95, which was tender, juicy, and loaded with cheese. The price appeared expensive at first, but once I saw the 4 person serving arrive at my table, it was a massive amount of food for the price. Can't wait to return and try their chicken wings as well as other toppings, as well as their gluten free fried chicken. The lunch specials are under $15, so will try some of those in the future as well. If you are looking to try a place that specializes in all types of chicken, not just fried, I highly recommend. I decided to visit this place for the second time because I remembered enjoying the food before. I ordered a whole chicken and several side dishes. About 15 minutes later, only some of the sides came out, and one side dish along with the chicken never arrived. Since I assumed the chicken would naturally take longer, I didn't ask about it and only checked with the server about the missing side dish. Only then did they admit it had been completely left out of the order, so I canceled it and continued waiting for the chicken. However, even after that, the chicken still didn't come out for over an hour. When I asked again, I was told it would be "out in 5 minutes," but another 15 minutes passed and nothing happened. When I checked again, that's when they finally told me the chicken had run out and was taking a long time to cook. If they had informed me at the time of ordering, I would have chosen something else. Not giving such crucial information upfront was extremely frustrating. When the chicken finally came, I was already too full from waiting so long that I could only take a few bites and asked to have the rest packed. But they put it in a flimsy Styrofoam container that clearly wasn't meant for hot food. By the time I got home, the container had melted, and the chicken was ruined. When I asked if they could offer any compensation for making me wait over an hour, I was simply told "no," without even a single word of apology. That was honestly the most disappointing part. I heard this location recently opened, which should mean they'd be paying extra attention to service. Even if discounts or compensation weren't possible, the very least the manager could've done was give a sincere apology.
