The Korean Short Ribs were literally pot roast with sesame seeds and green onions served a top a serving of dry potatoes. We enjoyed the ambience and the wine but would not go back due to the food. Fried Calamari ($13) - The calamari was a good portion, crispy, leering a little bit on the oily side, but tasty. The tangy, creamy, and fresh dill sauce cut the oiliness so it was a great pairing. The lack of hush puppies was pretty disappointing as I LOVE hush puppies. I love a little fat on a well cooked ribeye and do not mind paying for it. But paying $50 for a probably 8oz "waygu" ribeye with only half of it palatable is wild.
