The Burger Experience The description promised a lot: a double 1/4lb burger on a toasted brioche bun, loaded with fried mozzarella, crispy bacon, sweet-smoky bourbon bacon jam, fresh lettuce, and ripe tomato. While the burger was definitely tasty it sadly missed  the mark as vibes didn't  match the promo photo or description. Maybe it was due to Burger Week Kitchen Fatigue, who knows but I hope the kitchen sees this review and steps up their presentation.  Comparing the promo shot to the actual burger was a big miss. The promo showed a perfectly architectural tower with massive onion straws, while the actual burger relied more on the fried mozzarella and bacon for bulk. It was a solid burger, but the kitchen missed the mark IMO. The Sides & Service The real star of the show might have been the Waffle Sweet Potato Fries. I asked for them to be extra crispy, and the kitchen nailed it--perfectly crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. As for the service, it was just okay. It was a busy Saturday afternoon during a Burger Week so it was a packed house, so while it wasn't stellar, it was functional. In fact, the table next to use was seated after us, had more people 4vs2 and  they served and nearly finished before our food even arrived to the table. Final Verdict If you're in Norcross it's worth a stop to check out B&W based on the menu options but don't expect too much from the Burger Week Burger.

They have a few seats outside and of course they offer plastic cups for their beverages as well. Not sure how often they change their beer list, but they do bring in new brews and change up their menu. They also offer flights to get a good sample of their beers. I do not think they have a kitchen, so they do not serve any food, but there are plenty of places nearby to grab a tasty bite. Definitely, a great place to just relax and grab a drink with friends.

Upon entry, there was seating in a bar area with additional TVs, and a larger dining area to the right of entrance and beyond the front section were pool/billiards tables with TVs around the tables. I sat at a hi-top table with my group, who had already arrived, in the larger dining area. Noticed that the booths had their own personal TVs. I let our server know that I had just arrived and would like to see a menu. She barely acknowledged me, and never returned with requested menu. My partner had arrived prior to me and had ordered the grouper sandwich with a side of okra. The grouper was grilled and fairly tasty. The okra was fried and came with a sauce that was really good. After we shared his meal, I was still interested in ordering. When the menu finally made it to me, I looked at the options and decided that I wanted to stick with fish. There were only a few options, including fish and chips, a salmon entrée, and the grouper sandwich. I decided on the fish and chips as it was described to be cod served on a bed of fries, and wanted to order a different type of fish. I pointedly asked the server if the fries had a batter similar to other establishments, and she said no. She went on to describe several other things that were not related to my question, but did confirm that there was nothing added to the fries. Unfortunate what I received was a few pieces of heavily breaded fish, and a basket of battered fries. When sharing that this is "exactly what I did not want" and inquiring about alternatives, the server repeatedly stated that sweet potato fries were available at an up charge. She said this several times, and at no point provided any solutions. My partner later shared that she told him that the sweet potato fries were also battered fries, which was exactly what I didn't want in any form, fashion or type of potato! We ended up cutting our losses with my partner, eating the fries and me dissecting the heavy breading to actually find the cod. My server never came back to check on me as I was interested in ordering a beer to go with my meal. This experience just confirms that everyone is not suitable for the service industry! The other servers that were in the vicinity appeared to be much more comfortable with larger crowds, and I actually had to ask one of them for something because my server never returned after bringing the food. Customer Service should be number one in every establishment, as I am a proponent of rewarding good service. It was a rainy day so we opted for inside to be on the safe side (the patio is covered though, so no worries if that's your preference). Our server Nicholas was super polite and helpful.
