I had gotten here around 4:30PM and went to the pool table, I had been waiting close to 15-20 minutes to be served. I just went to the bartender with a slicked back bun and wearing a burgundy shirt named "T" to ask for a drink since my friend had gotten there before me and said she had taken his order prior to me getting there. After waiting about 3 minutes at the bar, she approached me and rudely asked if I had been sitting by the pool tables. I replied and said "yes I'm sitting near the pool tables" and she responded rudely again and said she couldn't take my order and the server sitting in my section would take it. I had told her "okay, well I have been sitting here for a while waiting to be served and I wanted to order a drink" and she responded and said "well we didn't see you over there, go back to your table and I'll get your server" The server named Dom, took my order and I asked him for her name since he either saw/heard what happened. Bless his heart for trying to rectify the situation by bringing the food out quickly and being more pleasant. What makes the story worse, is that this bartender (after she yelled at me) went back to the pool tables where we were sitting to take away plates for another table she had already served and they were sitting one table over from us. So she served them (males) and my friend (another male) and felt like she refused to help or serve me. Overall, I would come back but definitely steering clear of that rude bartender that was very sarcastic and had a nasty attitude. Definitely go there on weekend nights when different bartenders are working and aren't as rude.

I believe they have two pool tables and four or so dart boards. The pool is always popular, but the darts are almost always available the few times I've visited. The food and drink prices were pretty reasonable. Food quality is pretty average for bar food. You know how it is. Nothing of the extreme spectrum of gross or amazing, just right in the middle. I have a receipt from three years ago because I wanted to remember certain drinks that was ordered. Well... The Irish car bombs for instance has not increased in price: $7.50. I can't believe some of their prices haven't changed in years. But their drink selection has all sort of types and prices. I used to frequent the Peachtree Corners location, but that location has since closed down. This newer location is pretty spacious inside.

It is located off of the main road on a semi secluded plot of land that has ample parking, and very well lit. The patio area, which allows for smoking, is one of the first areas I noticed as several people were sitting out there on a pleasant Sunday evening. The patio also had several TVs for viewing games. Upon entry, there was seating in a bar area with additional TVs, and a larger dining area to the right of entrance and beyond the front section were pool/billiards tables with TVs around the tables. I sat at a hi-top table with my group, who had already arrived, in the larger dining area. Noticed that the booths had their own personal TVs. I let our server know that I had just arrived and would like to see a menu. She barely acknowledged me, and never returned with requested menu. My partner had arrived prior to me and had ordered the grouper sandwich with a side of okra. The grouper was grilled and fairly tasty. The okra was fried and came with a sauce that was really good. After we shared his meal, I was still interested in ordering. When the menu finally made it to me, I looked at the options and decided that I wanted to stick with fish. There were only a few options, including fish and chips, a salmon entrée, and the grouper sandwich. I decided on the fish and chips as it was described to be cod served on a bed of fries, and wanted to order a different type of fish. I pointedly asked the server if the fries had a batter similar to other establishments, and she said no. She went on to describe several other things that were not related to my question, but did confirm that there was nothing added to the fries. Unfortunate what I received was a few pieces of heavily breaded fish, and a basket of battered fries. When sharing that this is "exactly what I did not want" and inquiring about alternatives, the server repeatedly stated that sweet potato fries were available at an up charge. She said this several times, and at no point provided any solutions. My partner later shared that she told him that the sweet potato fries were also battered fries, which was exactly what I didn't want in any form, fashion or type of potato! We ended up cutting our losses with my partner, eating the fries and me dissecting the heavy breading to actually find the cod. My server never came back to check on me as I was interested in ordering a beer to go with my meal. This experience just confirms that everyone is not suitable for the service industry! The other servers that were in the vicinity appeared to be much more comfortable with larger crowds, and I actually had to ask one of them for something because my server never returned after bringing the food. Customer Service should be number one in every establishment, as I am a proponent of rewarding good service. I may return again after eating elsewhere to just enjoy the games, get a few drinks and possibly play pool as it was closed by the time I finished eating (access to the pool tables end 20 minutes prior to restaurant close time per another server - still not mine).

There wasn't anyone to greet me at the door - waiters seemed occupied with their tables. I didn't see a register or take out sign so after a few minutes of awkwardly trying to get a workers attention, I walked towards their kitchen. A few workers were chatting and entering things on the kiosk but none of them came to help me. After another few awkward minutes, a worker behind them finally asked me if I was helped. I had to wait a few minutes but I didn't see anywhere to sit/stand so I was just hanging out by their kitchen. The salad was tasty- crunchy and flavorful. The tavern burger was okay. I had it medium well and it felt a bit heavy and bland towards the last few bites.

The Burger Experience The description promised a lot: a double 1/4lb burger on a toasted brioche bun, loaded with fried mozzarella, crispy bacon, sweet-smoky bourbon bacon jam, fresh lettuce, and ripe tomato. While the burger was definitely tasty it sadly missed  the mark as vibes didn't  match the promo photo or description. Maybe it was due to Burger Week Kitchen Fatigue, who knows but I hope the kitchen sees this review and steps up their presentation.  Comparing the promo shot to the actual burger was a big miss. The promo showed a perfectly architectural tower with massive onion straws, while the actual burger relied more on the fried mozzarella and bacon for bulk. It was a solid burger, but the kitchen missed the mark IMO. The Sides & Service The real star of the show might have been the Waffle Sweet Potato Fries. I asked for them to be extra crispy, and the kitchen nailed it--perfectly crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. As for the service, it was just okay. It was a busy Saturday afternoon during a Burger Week so it was a packed house, so while it wasn't stellar, it was functional. In fact, the table next to use was seated after us, had more people 4vs2 and  they served and nearly finished before our food even arrived to the table. The chicken had a nice seasoning on it. It was served with sour cream and salsa. I asked for hot sauce which was $0.50 extra. Beers were nice and cold. Leslie was our bartender and she was great. Very welcoming and nice. It looks a bit like a dive bar, but it really isn't. There menu had a lot of options and it was a lot more than bar food. For both of our entrees and two beers it came to about $36. That's not bad at all! I would return next time I'm in the area.

Sound is very decent, could be a little too high; but it's a performance space, so I might be in the minority here.
