Simple dish, but very easy to keep eating. They were crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the sauce worked really well with them. For something a little heavier, we tried the steak with chimichurri and roasted potatoes. The steak had a good sear and was cooked nicely, and the chimichurri added a lot of fresh garlic and herb flavor. The potatoes on the side were tender and soaked up some of the juices from the steak. Overall, the food was flavorful and the portions worked well for sharing. I like places where you can order several different things instead of committing to one entrée, and Eclipse Di Luna definitely gives you that experience.
