    I came here tonight and my experience was just okay. Our server Nicole started out okay but then it took 25 minutes for her to come back with a wine list and the manager Johnathan came out and noticed our wine glasses were empty and filled them up quickly. (We never got the wine list and just decided to go off on a whim). The food was great but the service was really slow. Thanks to Cran who kept coming back to check on us and brought us our check quickly so we can leave. The ambiance is perfect and very warm. I'd come back but stay in the lounge area as the live music was the highlight of the entire night.

    Amazing atmosphere, drinks and music. Not sure if it's daily but they usually have someone playing live music. The lychee martini is always my go to. Dinner was great too. I ordered the lamp chops 10/10 & the rest of food my family ordered was great too. For where it's located, it's really not a bad place at all. 8/10

    We absolutely loved Cuts. The decor is just what you want for date night. Low lights, modern and elegant ambiance. Two servers taking care of you. The food quality is top notch. The wine selection is crazy big. And the live music is also fantastic! We enjoyed a great night out with a nice filet cooked to a perfect medium rare, mashed potatoes, and creamed spinach. We shared a wedge salad and the crab cake too. The crabcake was so good!! Looking forward to our next visit!

    Became a regular here the last few months. Ask for the main room dining booths for quality seating. Service here is phenomenal to start, and they take care of you. I would order chefs cut and ask for the showing--personal favorite is the large Tomahawk. Their steak sides of bernaise, Hollander and chimichurri are much needed for flavor enhancers. For appetizers and sides, get the truffle fries and their fried tomatoes. Dessert is mid and once you get served the service slows down. Lobster is not good, so I avoid that now. Ask for a bread basket to go-- the butter is amazing

    I think Thi's is going to be my new steakhouse spot. Happy to see Gwinnett got a nice one and I no longer need to drive all the way to in the perimeter to get some good eats. Service was wonderful - everyone from the hostess to the managers were friendly. They check on you often and seem like they genuinely are happy to see you dining with them. Ambiance is not loud at all, even with the room I was in being completely full. It definitely looks new but is a good mix of an old school steakhouse with modern decor. The food - wow. Star of the show was the ceviche. We didn't expect much from it but it was SO refreshing and the fish had just enough bounce to it. I could drown in the creamy sauce it came with. The cuts ribeye is a ribeye marinated in a tropical sauce - makes for a very sweet steak but we didn't mind that at all. The meat was tender as could be with just enough fat left on for flavor. The steak bites were a great starter, especially since Thi's was our first time and we wanted to try their meat quality. That is the reason why we went on to order an actual cut of steak. The chimichurri it came with is also phenomenal - citrus flavor comes through with all the herbs. The carpaccio - stunning. The truffle is actually shaved on yet not overpowering at all. The soft meat combined with the bite of the arugula paired wonderfully. The crab cake was a little misleading. It's plural on the menu but you definitely only get a singular crab cake so that was a bit disappointing but the cake itself was delicious. Not much filler, if any at all. Crab was sweet and not fishy. I dipped it with the ceviche sauce and I think that's a nice hack if you end up loving the ceviche sauce as I did. Will be coming back. Great for a date but it appears anyone and everyone can come and find something they like. I wanna try their burger next time, the table next to us did and it looked like a treat.

    Went here for our Valentines dinner, I love the atmosphere! It's beautifully decorated and has a cozy lounge area with 2 large fireplaces. The live music last night was awesome, I would have stayed longer but I was tired and full. They have a nice wine/cocktail selection blue cheese olives in my martini just how I like it. I regret my steak choice so next time I'll try a different one. Valet parking was easy and free. Everything about this place was a yes for me!

    Came in town to work on a Production. My sister picked the most amazing steakhouse in Suwanee, Georgia before my plane leaves tomorrow and the chef and the GM and our waitress took great care of us. Steak bites, roasted beets, and goat cheese, crabcakes, martinis, chocolate, espresso, peach, the filet mignon and whatever this lovely specimen, right here is called if you're in Atlanta in Suwanee, come by cut steakhouse and just let them feed you

    Cuts Steakhouse was definitely a vibe. We made reservations for 3p on Mother's Day, but we were slightly turned off by the front staff. They made us wait while they sat a family of 5 and another couple and we couldn't understand why they kept bypassing us. The rose they provided was a nice touch. The atmosphere is wonderful, it is truly a good steakhouse, menu was great, and our waitress was good and knowledgeable. The sides were really good but I've honestly had better steak. The Picahna was too chewy for it to be medium and the cowgirl ribeye was too well done for it to be a medium steak. The Lobster Tail and mushrooms, crab cake, asparagus, garlic mashed potatoes and Pimento Mac & Cheese were excellent. They did forget our cilantro fries but we forgot until we after we got home. I would go back and expect a better front staff and steak. It was definitely on the pricy side, as we spent well over $400 for two of us. The Caymus Wine and Don Julio Reposado was superb though. I'd recommend this place to get a feel for yourself, worth a second chance in my book. The environment was a little busy but it was nice that they had a live piano player/singer who was really good.

    First time trying Cuts and did not disappoint. Service was top notch, the staff is very much on top of their game. My steak was cooked perfectly and everything was delicious.

    First time trying this place out with my family. I was blown away by the level of service and it had a great vibe. Great menu with a lot of different selections and a lot of really unique appetizers. I can cook a mean steak so I do not give good reviews out lightly when it comes to steakhouses. This one was excellent. Will definitely be back.

    I enjoyed the lamb but the the ribeye steaks didn't really hit the spot for me. The texture of the steak was tough and the there was no depth in the flavor. Also, the ambiance of the restaurant didn't feel fancy especially for the price I paid for the meal. The waitress was super nice though.

    Let me tell you all something! This place is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. In all seriousness, we were impressed from the start. If you all have read any of my reviews, you all know I am a sucker for excellent customer service. The staff here is fantastic, and the food is even better, so compliments to the chef. The establishment is spacious; they have a large group room and live music on certain nights. Now on to the food! We went with goat cheese fritters, salmon poke, broiled octopus, fried green tomatoes, lamb chops, and a fried lobster tail. I usually rank these dishes from my least favorite to my favorite, but I loved all of these. Everything was seasoned to perfection, and the food just melted in my mouth. Heck, my mouth is starting to water just typing this out. The plating was phenomenal; the bartenders got down with the drinks, and to top it off, Xavier (the manager) stopped by and cracked a few jokes with us. Especially after I said, the food was horrible, but my plate was clean. The entire evening was a great dining experience and one we needed. We will certainly be back. You all need to go check them out, and when you do, tell'em Drew sent ya! Y'all be easy now! Drew

    Ambiance is great and so is the band in the lounge! Good service and good food...who could ask for more?! Highly recommend!

Mean while, my son ate his ribeye and my wife at a little of her way over cooked and dry salmon. Finally, my steak comes out. I cut into it and it was so rare, the middle was cool to the touch. If you want an American Steakhouse dinner, go elsewhere. It's just not worth it here.

When we asked the same hostess who put us down on the wait list, she seemed alarmed when I gave her my name and was like "oh you're (my name)". We asked if we missed something for the wait list and she said no. A table was leaving and she said we could have that one and this was when the wait list said there were 2 tables ahead of us left. My group felt that she may have skipped us or forgotten about us based on her reaction. Our server was very nice. We waited another 30 minutes for food after being seated. They also asked if we wanted cheese on our grits. We both said yes and it turned out there was a dollar charge added to our receipt for each one. I noticed mine didn't have cheese once I looked back at my photos, but my sister's did based on the color and taste. Hers was yellow on top and more savory. Mine was plainer and white, so I think they forgot my cheese. The shrimp was blackened and seasoned well though. The salmon was also a little dry and didn't pair as well with shrimp since it wasn't crunchy according to my sis. The chicken and biscuit ($18) had a lightly fried and crispy chicken that was very good. However, there was very little gravy just on the bottom of the plate, which was different from the photos where it was covered with gravy sauce on top. It made the dish a bit dry without more gravy. The side of potatoes for $5 was incredibly bland and plain. We barely touched them. The server automatically gave us 10% off our check because our food "took a while to come out" when we did not say anything to them. I wondered if its because they really did forget to seat us from the wait list. The food was pretty good outside of the lack of gravy on the chicken and bland potato side. But the wait time and overall experience to actually dine really took away from the overall experience. The seating is pretty limited to 2 seat tables and bigger groups would take up conjoined tables, which I believe is why the wait was so long. I think we would have had better luck with timing to going our food as so many people were picking up to go orders. The hostess also kept coming to our table to take the menu qr sign and would say sorry and interrupt our meal and then bring it back to interrupt again. She did this twice. The strange thing was that every table had one and we were seated furthest from where she was standing at the front door. I didn't understand why she couldn't have taken it from a closer table or why they didn't have a copy up front. It was disruptive. Overall, the potential for all of our dishes to be really good was definitely there. Some stuff was forgotten on our plates and the long wait really took away from the experience unfortunately.
