I went to the new location on the beltline. Beautiful location. Great service. Amazing food. Would definitely go back again and again

I love Casi Cielo! It's dimly lit, vibrant, and thoughtfully designed. The service is always amazing and the staff is very friendly. I always get the enchilidas when I come - they are my favorite! So flavorful and I always have leftover to take home after. The queso and guacamole here is also delicious and would recommend as an appetizer to share. I am curious to check out the new location on the Beltline next!

I will preface this by saying Mexican food is not a favorite of mine so I don't have many other upscale Mexican restaurants to compare my experience to. Parking: they offer valet and there's a nearby parking deck. The parking deck was full so we opted in for street parking just around the corner from the restaurant but valet may be easiest due to the busyness of that area on the weekends. Ambiance: Nice vibe inside. My friend said this was her first time being able to get a reservation so I recommend reservations. Looked great for solo dining, date nights, or friend night outs. Service: Service was great from the time you arrived to the time you left! I'm very big on this and Casi Cielo is a stand out in this department. From the hostesses to our waitress, Alondra?, who was new were all great. I loved that they took such pride in their menu from their in-house cocktail ingredients, their extensive Mezcal selection, or the culture that went into each of their dishes were all shared with us as we decided between the menu. Cocktail: I got the Raicilla Punch. For $17 I was honestly pretty underwhelmed and would skip it next time. It was sweet, but just nothing special to me. Food: For an appetizer, we had Fundido de Queso which was the highlight of the night for me. I'm a cheese lover and loved the nuttiness and smoothness plus the cheesy crust. I was also a big fan of the freshness of their chips and different salad. For my main course, I got the Enchiladas Verdes. Everything was seasoned well and it paired great with what we had left of the queso. My only feedback is I would've appreciated a little bit more if the sauce. My friend also mentioned that when she had the dish previously, it had more sauce. To conclude, my friend ordered the Capirotada which is like a bread pudding. Their vanilla ice cream was to die for and the dish had a good flavor and was served hot! The verdict is still out as to whether id go back for dinner, but I am curious about their brunch because I like chilaquiles and would like to try their horchata. I took off a star because the fire alarm kept going off which was a tiny bit disruptive.

We were greeted with live music on a Sunday noon. Our server understood that we were celebrating special occasions and did a wonderful job recommending menu items that we would like. He provided us with an amazing service and even gifted us painted little pots with flowers. The flavored water was refreshing! We had the Tiradito for appetizer and all the flavors complemented each other so well! That was seriously the best appetizer I've tried at a restaurant. My espresso martini was delicious. I think I had two? The dessert we had was called De Verano and it blew my mind. It is soursop mousse with meringue, black berry and lemon zest. I thought I've had it all until I tasted it. It was an unforgettable taste.

Wow. I didn't have much expectations coming in but my husband and I were blown away by the food and service! The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. Vani was our server and he was awesome, but all the other staff we interacted with was great too. I got to try a bunch of things with our party of 4: Aguachile de pescado - loved the tender fish contrast with the fresh and crunchy onions. Acidity level was perfect. Croquetas de platano - a little sweet, a little savory, soft inside and crispy outside. Nice taste of mole as well with the sauce. Tostada de pork belly - the pork belly itself is the tostada base. Kind of reminded me of candied bacon. It was a bit too sweet for me but others in my group loved it. Cochinillo tacos - didn't get to try this one but my friend said it was good - her second time ordering it! Quesabirria - not your traditional quesabirria. Filled with delicious lobster. It was cooked perfectly with tender meat, stretchy cheese, crispy tortilla but juicy on the inside. The lobster bisque was rich and tasty. Lime and guac was refreshing. One of their newest additions go the menu! Entraña - husband didn't expect much from skirt steak but he said this was perfectly tender and flavored. Cooked to perfection! The salad was refreshing and potatoes tasty with cheese. Volcan de chocolate - mexican twist on a chocolate lava cake. Great for dark chocolate lovers as it is not too sweet and has a little kick from chile powder. Topped with a delicious coconut gelato. De verano - a soursop cream our birthday girl got. Great for those who like acidic desserts like lime or lemon flavored things. Tostada francesa - this was literally the highlight of our night and a wonderful way to end the meal. Hands down best french toast we've ever had!! Definitely more of a dessert than a breakfast item. The toast is sooo soft and custardy on the inside and the refreshing cream and fruit on top is the perfect pair. A must try and favorite of the staff too. Can't wait to come back just for this. While I didn't LOVE everything, the whole meal was generally good so I think this spot deserves 5 stars. A lot of times the customer service is great but the food is just average. But here at Casi Cielo not only is the service great but the food also matches the caliber of the staff. Definitely a must try for elevated Mexican food! I have been to Oaxaca, MX and the food here reminds me of one of the fancy restaurants we went to :)

My absolute fave restaurant in ATL. You can never go wrong. Order anything off the menu and you'll probably enjoy it. Great vibes for a nice brunch or dinner or to bring out of town guests to experience good food, good service, good atmosphere, and good live music. I love the French toast, the bone marrow, the plantains, the special Oaxacan coffee, the squash soup. But above all, they do steak so well here.

Casa Cielo in ATL did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, the vibes were on point and the service was top tier. We were lucky enough to be taken care of by Giancarlos and Laura, absolute gems behind the bar. Their energy and attention made the experience even better. Now let's talk food * The plantain cheese balls were next level delicious, crispy on the outside, melty perfection on the inside, all sitting in a rich flavorful sauce * The queso was smooth, savory, and seriously addictive * But the real star was that green sauce. I would drink it straight. It's that good * My husband devoured the pork belly tostada with mango pico and gave it a solid 10 out of 10 Between the beautiful ambiance, elevated flavors, and impeccable service, Casa Cielo is officially a new favorite in ATL. Can't wait to come back!

First time here and this place didn't disappoint. S/o to my waitress Wendy, she was great. She definitely gave some good suggestions. The food was flavorful and overall tasted great. The atmosphere was welcoming and worth a trip back. Also located in a good area, you can walk some calories off after. Lots of options on the menu so try a few small options with your entree.

Had heard this was a great upscale Mexican spot in Sandy springs. Great location , ample parking in the adjacent parking garage and nice selection of options to choose. We sat at the bar and had 2 great bar tenders who knew the menu, made great recommendations and the food was delish. I had the fried fish tacos and my accompaniment had the chicken tacos . Both had a great flavor profile that was delish. We had 2 cocktails- pineapple margarita with a hint of spice and tahin on the rim. The guac owed fresh and flavorful and we had a blue chip appetizer as well. I would definitely return but is a bit pricey. Not your average Mexican spot but found out they are the sister restaurant to LaParilla which is also great for their food and margaritas.

I came here with my friends for brunch and it was amazing. We were the first reservations so it was a little confusing to get inside since I wasn't sure it was open or not. Once we were seated, the waitress was gracious and asked about dietary restrictions or allergies. Then the group ordered and I got chilaquiles and mexican hot chocolate. The food was delicious and only downside was that I had asked for hot sauce and didn't receive. Despite it the drink and food was absolutely delicious! The amaniance was amazing and they were playing live jazz music which really added to the mood.

A fav! Brunch or dinner is never a miss. One nice touch I like is their infused water. It's a different flavor every time I go. On the weekends they have an amazing saxophonist that plays beautiful music. They have the best mezcal variety and their food transports me to Mexico every time. Service is great, waitresses listen well and check in at the right intervals. Valet parking is available as well.

I went to this restaurant this past weekend as a recommendation. This is not your normal Mexican restaurant. This is an upscale Mexican restaurant where you will NOT find your traditional options like fajitas, flautas, quesadillas, etc. This restaurant has ana amazing flavor and it is for the foodies out there. Their sushi service was a bit slow but once the waiter engaged, he was on point. He made some suggestions and I adhere to them. I am glad that I did as it was the best decision that I could have made. I had the steak and eggs . The steak was very tender and flavorful. Their sushi eggs were made to order and the seasoning was on point. If you want quality food and a great experience, this is your place. I highly suggest making reservations Valet park for $3 as it is hard to find parking and the parking deck was completely full.

You can get a lot for a little when you go. I think I did too much that day LOL! But the happy hour is really good. You can see the stuff that I got below. The service was actually pretty good and was fast so I didn't wait a whole long time to get my food and everybody was really cool and friendly. Brussel sprouts - The brussel sprouts were okay. They came temporary style so they were fried and battered. I'm pretty sure those are ranch dressing that went along with them, or maybe the sauce for the fries was that and sauce, I'm not sure. But they were okay. But I wouldn't rush back to them necessarily. Crispy chicken - The crispy chicken was decent. It came in very large chunks of chicken, kind of like smaller chicken tenders. Nothing out of the box though. They were only so seasoned, nothing got to make your mouth explode LOL Beef chashu bowl - This bowl was good. Kind of reminds me of that. I'm getting your beef kind of flavor. It's basically a rice bowl if you traded the ramen and the broth for rice. And you have that beef and the egg and a couple of other accompaniments, but it's really good or very far too. I kind of a brown sugar teriyaki kind of blend and if you want to know the flavor profile. Spicy chicken ramen - was good. I got it spicy but it's another level above that. If you want more heat. It comes with two chicken in it, and plenty of very good news. The broth is super savory and it will make you tingle a little bit LOL. French fries - The fries are shoestring fries and they're okay. They tell me the sauce. I'm not sure what it is though. But they are decent, nothing pretty out of the box. Even though it's a chain, the ramen is totally worth it.

We call ahead again, closer to the time we were planning to arrive to double check. THIS TIME they said they could reserve us a space and that it wouldn't be a problem. We get there and everything is seemingly fine. The vibes are good and the waiters are taking orders diligently. We understand that this is a huge group (16 of us) and that we would have to be patient with them as they are with us. So everyone puts in there orders. First wave comes out... I noticed that all the food is cold. Not ideal but the food was good so whatever. Second wave comes out, again the food is cold and peoples orders are missing. Fine. We are a big group, it happens. 3rd wave comes and they are seemingly trying to land the plane with us, finalizing anything that may have been missed while also getting refills. One of my friends that was a part of that first wave was still waiting his burger that he ordered (he had informed them twice at this point). 45 mins later the waiter checks on us again... My friend still doesn't have his burger. Cool AGAIN this is a big group... It happens. My side of the table who got all their food are ready to play some games now. We go to the front counter and there is seemingly a good cop/bad cop routine going on. One host says we can rent a station the other says we can't unless all 16 of go to that station. I told him not everyone wants to play games so what if we just cash out now then the 4 of us that do can just play/sit at the station. "YOU CAN'T DO THAT ITS AGAINST THE POLICIES" O....kay... whatever don't take my money, I then tell him I'd like to cash out anyway. "YOU CAN'T DO THAT!" I can't pay you now? "THE TAB CAN ONLY BE SPLIT 5 WAYS" Huh? So not only was this not brought to our attention beforehand but you want to be a jerk about it? There reason was because some people run out on the bill and things get missed. Meanwhile the entire table is sitting here with their cards out ready to pay you? Not to mention if something is missed thats on YOU as you are the person entering the stuff into the system. Mind you we still have folks that were missing food or order was taken only for it to be sitting under a heat lamp. After some back and forth we paid (which they REFUSED to give us an itemized receipt) only for a smug waiter to come out with the missing deserts with creepy smile to literally say to us "I hope you enjoy it..." Nope. Not eating that. Matter fact we will never eat here again. This has been a yearly tradition for some Dreamhack attendees and I can wholeheartedly say that I'll NEVER step foot in here again more will anyone I associate with. If I could give it a 0 I would.

Let's start of with how beautifully embellished the restaurant is. It's a refined fusion of modern elegance & old-world Persian heritage, that celebrates Persian hospitality & culture. You're greeted by the hostess that radiates warmth and geniality. Once seated you're gifted a complimentary starter Sabzi Plate that includes fresh herbs, feta cheese, walnuts, Castelvetrano olives, crunchy radish, and premium walnuts. It also comes with side of freshly baked Persian flatbread. We ordered a plethora of dishes. Our favorite plates were the hummus [we paired with the mushroom add on], lamb chops, and the Adas Polo rice. Trust me get the Adas Polo rice, it absolutely mouthwatering. As for beverages there is a variety of curated cocktails that we tasted but my top pick had to be the Tehran Mule! As for desserts our favorite was the Persian ice cream sandwich, it has unique flavors with rose being one of them. So good! For parking they offer a combination of valet services and validated garage parking depending on which location you go. The dress code is business casual. It's a perfect place for any accession, I definitely am planning on coming back to try more dishes. Take my word and come check it out! Your taste buds will thank you!

Tucked away on Roswell Road with almost no signage, so keep an eye out or you'll drive right past…read moreit. Valet is your only parking option ($3, tip not included, cards accepted). Reservations were honored even though my party wasn't fully together yet, which I appreciated. I was seated by the patio window -- nice view, and honestly a relief since it was warm out. Service started on a slightly odd note: I asked for ice and was told the water was chilled, as if that answered the question. The Orange Umbrella cocktail was billed as a margarita but didn't really compare, and a large ice block took up most of the glass -- made me wonder how much actual drink I was getting. The promised blue salt rim never showed up either. The crudité tray, a nice touch, didn't arrive until 15-20 minutes in (we'd already ordered). The bread service was just flatbread and butter -- a hummus or spread alongside would've rounded it out better. A feta with black sesame seeds was a nice addition, though. Food-wise, the eggplant and beef stew was genuinely good -- tagine-like, reminded me of something I'd make at home. The saffron potato rice was solid too. Since it was a belated birthday meal, they brought out a complimentary date cake with preserved orange and a small scoop of vanilla ice cream -- tasted like gingerbread, perfectly fine. The one real friction point: when the check came, the waiter pushed back on splitting it by what each of us actually ordered and insisted on splitting down the middle instead. I gave in just to move on, but it left a slightly sour note at the end. Valet redeemed things a bit -- quick and easy getting the car back, tipped $3 there (so $6 total on parking). For comparison, Del Bar in Inman Park is still my favorite Persian spot in Atlanta -- better execution, and I believe they comp parking. Rumi's is worth a try if you're in the area, but the overbearing service moments held it back from being great. Food: 4/5 -- Eggplant and beef stew was a standout; rice was solid; date cake was a nice complimentary touch. Drinks: 2/5 -- Orange Umbrella didn't deliver on the margarita comparison, oversized ice displaced the liquid, and the promised salt rim never showed. Service: 2.5/5 -- Reservation flexibility was a plus, but the ice/water exchange and the check-splitting pushback were real missteps. Ambiance/Seating: 3.5/5 -- Good window seat, though findability and signage outside were a struggle. Value: 3/5 -- Parking add-on and drink quality made the price feel less justified than it should. Valet: 4.5/5 -- Smooth, fast, best part of the whole visit. Overall: 3.5/5

I ordered the Añejo Espresso Martini, shrimp quesadilla, and elote corn--every bite was incredible. The kids enjoyed the beef taco kids meals, and my friend ordered the birria tacos, which were equally delicious. A special shoutout to Justice, our server. Exceptional service, great recommendations, and he made the entire experience memorable. If you visit, definitely ask for him. Now for the part I probably should keep to myself... Agave Bandido has an incredible speakeasy that comes alive Wednesday through Saturday after hours. The ambiance, cocktails, and overall vibe make it a hidden gem worth discovering. I almost want to keep it a secret, but it's simply too good not to share. Safe to say, I'll be back. Again and again.

They have an "88 Health Score", but none of their violations is "Standard not met: Insects,…read morerodents, and animals NOT present", so I can live with that. I was a little late on the introductions, so I missed the names of our server and the hostess, but BOTH were awesome!! The food was excellent (The guacamole was made fresh at the table, to our specifications - You can't beat that, right!!??), with a nice ambiance and their prices are sufferable. They have multiple "FREE" parking decks available for the area's establishments, so in comparison to downtown or Midtown, that's absolutely a plus!! Agave Bandido deserves some additional decimal points, to push them up closer to a "5", but since that's not an option, a "4-star" review it is...I'd absolutely make a return visit or 2!!

I opted to park at the Wal-Mart and wasn't as familiar with the trail so I took the street route. Well-light and populated for safe crossing. The venue is very open and was relatively empty since we arrived shortly after it opened. I love the indoor seating concept with plenty of couches, movable chairs, tables near the open-area space and smaller sections for 2-4 people tucked away along the wall. The DJ was already doing his thing and the bartenders remained busy. As someone who wasn't interested in the drinks, I appreciate that there was a self-serve water cooler in the center of the room. The Jenga and jumbo Uno cards were a hit!!!! It was so nice to have these options available. And as others mentioned, the large screen was playing a classic movie - which we could still see from inside. I didn't stay long and this was a Sunday night but the parking lot was much busier when I left. I imagine the outdoor space gets crowded later in the evening as well. The DJ was just okay - not my cup of tea - but folks seemed to be enjoying themselves. I can definitely see why this place is popular. Although parking is less than desirable, it is not unreasonable. The venue is well-lit and easy to move around. The crowd was diverse, with various ages and backgrounds represented. And depending on the DJ, this would be a great place for meeting with friends, date night or just zoning out to some wonderful music ... especially on a beautiful night. If you're in the mood for something different AND don't mind the trek to Chamblee, check it out.
