[[HIGHLIGHT]]Amazing food in a lovely setting near downtown Suwanee.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We arrived a little later than expected so I felt a bit rushed but everything was perfectly prepared and delicious. We got the hummus and pita. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the best hummus I've ever had. And I don't particularly like hummus! We also got the fattoush salad and the lamb skewers. The portions are generous so we had leftovers as well. There are a lot of Mediterranean restaurants in the Atlanta area but this is definitely one of my favorites. It's worth the drive.

Love that we found this spot. Service was friendly. Food was perfection. Drinks were good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's not a huge restaurant but it's big enough and can be considered casual or romantic.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The dessert was a big surprise. I never would have thought cheese would go with syrup and ice cream! It was yummy! The mixture of all of those items together kept it on the sweet side. I'll definitely be back.

I had an amazing time at this restaurant! The food was absolutely incredible, and I will definitely stop by here again for lunch, or dinner!

This was our first visit and it did not disappoint! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space is beautiful and very clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our server, Johanna, provided excellent customer service. We ordered from the lunch menu and tried the majadera and chicken bowls - both were incredibly fresh and flavorful, with the perfect portion of chicken. Will definitely be back to try more!

I spent 1.5 hrs in rush hour traffic to get to Raik and it was sooo worth it! The staff was super welcoming and there is free and ample parking nearby, which is always superb. I ordered the blueberry lemonade, which was refreshing. My friends and I then started off our meal with the eggplant baladi and Palestinian Mhammar flatbread, which were both so flavorful and delicious. I ended up getting the chicken kabob with za'atar fries as my entree. Both were wonderful, of course, but I especially loved how tender the chicken. For dessert, we split the knafeh, of course, which was among the best knafeh I have ever had. Overall, I loved my experience at Raik and cannot wait to visit again!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Love the atmosphere![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The happy hour is fun (bar only), Melissa was our bartender! She made the best drink (Detox Please), it was smooth, refreshing in 3 different ways and it had great eye appeal! Food was delicious, the dressings were fabulous- but Detox Please, I've told about to more people than I know!

Came here for lunch with a friend while I was in town. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This was a really nice Mediterranean place with great ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There were lots of vegetarian and halal options. The food was very fresh and tasty. Really enjoyed this place for lunch.

Raik restaurant is such a good option for Mediterranean food. Their menu is extensive and has something good for everyone. The restaurant itself is very nicely decorated and the ambience is quite lovely. The seating is very nice and comfortable. The service I would say is bit on the slower side but overall the food is the main attraction of this place. If I was talking to management I would tell them to get their servers to pay attention and make sure that their tables are taken care of. We started our meal with baba ganoush dip and fluffy pita bread. Their bread was nice and piping hot. Then we had their beef flatbread which tasted amazing. For my entree I had chicken kabobs with lentil and bulgar mix. My entree was great. Lastly in desserts we tried the chocolate cake with kunafe layers and that was pretty good as well. I will definitely will be going back and trying more food choices. I really enjoyed the food quality of this place.

This was a great experience. The space is bright and beautiful. They have live music on Fridays. We couldn't snag a last minute reservation so we chose to sit at the bar. Our service was excellent. I tried one of their winter cocktails, the sugar cookie espresso martini. It was delicious. We started off with the baba ganoush. The pita that comes with it is so light fluffy. It's one of the best I've had. I got the chicken kebab which was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Hubby got the lamb, and it was a huge portion. He liked it a lot. I like the offer the lentil side instead of just rice. We can't wait to be back.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Went on a Friday night and enjoyed the atmosphere--nicely decorated interior with live music.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered the fried calamari, fried cauliflower, salmon kabob, and filet mignon kabob. The filet mignon was tender and super tasty, definitely the star for me. Our server was friendly and attentive. The calamari portion was small for the price and the pieces were cut a bit too tiny, and cocktail menu could use more variety. It was the main reason I'm taking a star off. Overall, good vibes and food, I'll be back!

You knew this place had the right atmosphere because of the parties who were just standing around and talking right outside the restaurant. Every course we had was impeccable. This ranks with some of the best Mediterranean food we have ever had. And our server was fast, friendly and made great recommendations. Another plus was outlet next to the table so that you can charge your phone or get some work done while you dine. But the atmosphere lends itself to a more romantic setting with a nice bar, soft lighting and nice, decorative touches.

You get more than you paid!!! RAIK has quickly become my new favorite Mediterranean restaurant in Suwanee. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior design is stylish and well thought-out, giving off a near high-end vibe, yet the prices remain very reasonable for the value you get.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The salad and hummus were fresh and flavorful, while both the chicken and beef kabobs were excellent. We came as a group of 10 with plenty of orders, yet the food arrived promptly, and our table was well attended to. The service is efficient, though not quite at a professional fine-dining level--something to keep in mind if you're planning an early-stage date or an important occasion, as you might encounter a more casual approach. [[HIGHLIGHT]]That said, you can clearly feel the owner's vision throughout the restaurant--great location, delicious food, inviting atmosphere, and fair menu pricing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The highlight during my visit was the live jazz saxophone, which added a special touch to the evening.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Considering all these positives, I'm happy to overlook the slightly less formal service at this price point. In fact, I left feeling that I got more than what I paid for at RAIK today.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice cozy Mediterranean restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food was good, however, it was a little on the pricy side. We ordered the chicken and beef/lamb kabob. Both were good! Customer service was nice!

I was really looking forward to trying the oysters, but I didn't realize their menu changes often so unfortunately, no oysters this time. A little sad about that! We decided to order pretty much everything off the à la carte menu. Overall, the food was just okay to me. The Brussels sprouts were the hardest to eat they were basically raw, just thinly sliced with sauce poured over. It would've been much better if they were at least steamed or grilled a bit. The mushrooms, though, were absolutely BOMB! If I didn't know what it was, I would've thought it was some sort of meat dish super soft, flavorful, and delicious. Definitely the highlight of the meal. The Wagyu, on the other hand, was a big disappointment. For the price, it was tough and chewy when it should've been buttery and melt-in-your-mouth tender. Overall, the place is cute and the vibes are nice, but the food was overpriced for what it was. I'd only come back for those mushrooms they were that good.

I placed an order for everything on the carte menu. Food was fun and a few of the dishes caught me off guard, in a good way. Pros. We loveeed the maitake mushrooms. This dish was one dish my friend and I had low expectations for. Ironically it's the only dish we would go back for! The bucatini I also had low expectations for. I hardly order pasta, from non pasta specialty places, because the pasta is 99% of the time going to be overcooked. BUT this bucatini was cooked perfectly al dente. The sauce was rich but not too heavy and just enough to cover the noodles without drowning. The crab taste was pretty faint. If it weren't listed on the menu I wouldn't even think it were in the dish. Cons. The brussel sprout salad was honestly almost inedible. It is a raw shaved brussel sprout salad, dressed as a Caesar salad. Although not bad tasting, the core of the sprouts was not tender but dry and hard. There was also a lot of it. Most disappointing was the "waygu ribeye". The quality was pretty horrible. The piece we got had silver skin as well as chunks of fat. I wish I got a picture of the leftover fat from the steak but if you look at my picture you can clearly see slices of just fat. I love a little fat on a well cooked ribeye and do not mind paying for it. But paying $50 for a probably 8oz "waygu" ribeye with only half of it palatable is wild. Regardless, I'm actually going back in a couple of days with my husband because of those amazing mushrooms.. though as I am writing this review I'm debating on canceling my reservation, ordering the mushrooms to go, and just going elsewhere. lol

The table was decorated with little hearts and a card to wish us a happy anniversary. Our servers were a team made up of Deija, Celia and Jackson. They were all very attentive and friendly. Deija was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and when we had any questions she was able to answer them without missing a beat. They brought out their warm rolls with a side of butter. Those were very good. We started off with an appetizer of their fritto misto. This dish was fried lightly and very delicious. I wanted a caesar salad and my husband mentioned sampling some of my salad. Deija overheard this and split the caesar salad which I thought was very thoughtful and nice. I couldn't have imagined eating it in addition to the bread, appetizer, entree and side that was ordered. So I really appreciated it being split. For our entrees I ordered the double cut filet mignon with shareable mashed potatoes and my husband ordered the bone in ribeye with the corn soufflé. My picture of the ribeye came out blurry so it is not pictured, sadly. We really enjoyed our steaks, they were phenomenal. The char, temperature and the way they were cooked were very delicious and to our liking. After we finished up our entrees we were going to ask for their dessert menu. Celia brought out a cheesecake with strawberries with a plate decorated in chocolate that said Happy Anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised and thankful for the dish. Deija mentioned that she hoped it was a good choice based on some food items I mentioned to her I could and could not have. We were excited and happy with the surprise dessert, it was delightful. My mother had never had them before (we didn't tell her what they were) and she also thoroughly enjoyed them. The bruschetta was ok; it was very different than I'm used to because it had tiny mozzarella balls in it, which were nice, but seriously lacked garlic and the tomatoes were blah. The thing I like about the most were the slices of bread around the bruschetta because they were soft and crunchy in all the right places.
