‍ Professional Indian Chefs from South India. Chicken Cheekulu, Chicken Biryani Daawat Indian Platter, Black magic chicken, Palle Pitta (Quail) Roast, Old monk chicken on Fire, and Guntur Karam Kodi Kebab. The star of the night? Their Biryani Daawat - the BIGGEST Indian biryani platter I've ever seen, and trust me, it tastes even better than it looks. My Favs: Each dish was bursting with flavor and totally unique! Black Magic Chicken Old Monk Chicken on Fire Chicken Cheekulu Palle Pitta (Quail) Roast And the cocktails? Next-level: Espresso Martini - bold & smooth Jamun Jackson - fruity & refreshing Summer Dosth - perfect for the season Smoky Señorita - dramatic & fun Pakka Local - desi, bold & addictive Chill Yaari Tini- refreshing, sweet lychee, & delicious @kiiki_beast Amazing professional bartender, love all my drinks! Plus, the staff were super friendly, making the whole experience feel true to the name 'Dosti'. If you're in Atlanta and craving next-level Indian food, this is the spot you can't miss!

I really enjoyed the street-style chicken fried rice (mild, without red onions on top) along with the cheese naan. The dish wasn't spicy overall, though I did bite into one pepper that packed quite a punch, maybe it slipped in by mistake, but it was fine. The restaurant is new and looks great on the inside. The service was outstanding; they even let us split our checks and were incredibly accommodating, allowing our large group to stay for over 4.5 hours. We had a wonderful time.

Chicken Biryani was horrible. So moist. I have never tried biryani that way. Veg fried rice is nice. Over all in the buffet apart from Gulab Jamoon I haven't liked anything at all. Price was 15$ and tax which was ok but not worth it. Service was ok. Parking is huge.

The food is kind of decent not the best considering the cost. The Food: So we ordered Kadai Paneer as our main entree with Garlic Naan and Butter Roti, along with Masala fries as starters. Kadai Paneer Story:: We specifically mentioned mild spice for Kadai Paneer since we are dining in with a 1 y/o. So we got the order and to our surprise it was way too spicy and definitely it's out of reach for kids. I don't know if the Spice level was conveyed to kitchen. So we called out the staffs and we told them it was very spicy. They acknowledged and took it back, and told it starts from Medium spicy; we felt it could have been clearly told to us before at the time of order, but even then it was not just medium level spicy it was on the extreme. I really wish they consider this. They were kind enough to offer us a different gravy that was totally the opposite made out of Malai gravy. It was super bland, sweet and no salt but that's alright I felt at least the kid was able to have some Paneer pieces. One doubt I had was the cauliflower in the Malai gravy was not cooked to perfection and it smelt unusual, so I took it out. The Garlic naan got super cold and the Roti's became very hard immediately on arrival. So nothing much to say about that and mainly because the spice spoiled the party. The Cheesy Masala fries were just okay and they literally had very little cheese, and the masala was too cliche. Nothing special there. Service and Ambience: Despite being a Friday night at around 7:30 it was not that much crowded like it's supposed to be. The best part of the restaurant is that their service, the staffs and the atmosphere. It's full of amazing colorful vibes. The staffs are extremely friendly, considerate and understanding. The moment we brought about this spice issue, the staffs immediately helped us with another dish as mentioned above and clearly explained the efforts they put behind this to make it as simple and spicy-less as possible. Kudos to their management on this! Totally deserve 5 stars if they had done the food part better. The looks and aesthetic were so good. The downside of this place was I'm not sure why they had kept AC on when the temperatures are around 30-40* F outside. It also made the food go cold as soon as it was placed on the table. BOTTOMLINE: A very decent place for Indian fine dining experience and some fabulous service. I would like to try this place one more time before I totally write off this place. And I would give a 3.5. MY PICKS FOR YOU: Kadai Paneer

I ordered the catfish with hushpuppies, and my friend ordered the salmon with mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, and sautéed bell peppers. The food was okay. The mashed potatoes were tasty. That was the highlight of our meal. Now, the service was poor. Our server kept disappearing for long periods of time, and it was very frustrating. Most of the servers need a class on customer service and waiting tables, but I guess no one cares when you get your tip regardless of how you treat your customers. I feel like this place should have been packed on a Saturday night, but it wasn't. Sapphire has the potential to be great, but there is most definitely a lot of work to be done, starting with the staff and possibly advertise more.

I was really looking forward to trying the oysters, but I didn't realize their menu changes often so unfortunately, no oysters this time. A little sad about that! We decided to order pretty much everything off the à la carte menu. Overall, the food was just okay to me. The Brussels sprouts were the hardest to eat they were basically raw, just thinly sliced with sauce poured over. It would've been much better if they were at least steamed or grilled a bit. The mushrooms, though, were absolutely BOMB! If I didn't know what it was, I would've thought it was some sort of meat dish super soft, flavorful, and delicious. Definitely the highlight of the meal. The Wagyu, on the other hand, was a big disappointment. For the price, it was tough and chewy when it should've been buttery and melt-in-your-mouth tender. Overall, the place is cute and the vibes are nice, but the food was overpriced for what it was. I'd only come back for those mushrooms they were that good.

I placed an order for everything on the carte menu. Food was fun and a few of the dishes caught me off guard, in a good way. Pros. We loveeed the maitake mushrooms. This dish was one dish my friend and I had low expectations for. Ironically it's the only dish we would go back for! The bucatini I also had low expectations for. I hardly order pasta, from non pasta specialty places, because the pasta is 99% of the time going to be overcooked. BUT this bucatini was cooked perfectly al dente. The sauce was rich but not too heavy and just enough to cover the noodles without drowning. The crab taste was pretty faint. If it weren't listed on the menu I wouldn't even think it were in the dish. Cons. The brussel sprout salad was honestly almost inedible. It is a raw shaved brussel sprout salad, dressed as a Caesar salad. Although not bad tasting, the core of the sprouts was not tender but dry and hard. There was also a lot of it. Most disappointing was the "waygu ribeye". The quality was pretty horrible. The piece we got had silver skin as well as chunks of fat. I wish I got a picture of the leftover fat from the steak but if you look at my picture you can clearly see slices of just fat. I love a little fat on a well cooked ribeye and do not mind paying for it. But paying $50 for a probably 8oz "waygu" ribeye with only half of it palatable is wild. Regardless, I'm actually going back in a couple of days with my husband because of those amazing mushrooms.. though as I am writing this review I'm debating on canceling my reservation, ordering the mushrooms to go, and just going elsewhere. lol

If you're in the city, it's a little far…read moreout but it's still a really good environment and it's worth it if the comedian is what you want to see. It's free parking because it's out in Alpharetta and it's in a shopping center area so you don't have to worry about paying for parking like you would in the city . You'll come in and immediately be greeted by the bar. If you want to drink, this is your first chance to do so. The bar actually has a nice selection so you can probably find what they're looking for, so that's good ! You'll walk back and go to the showing area and there are all sorts of tables there that you sit at. The reason that there are tables there is that you can actually order food during the show as well. They have a waitstaff that will come around and take care of you. Our waitress was really good and she took care of everybody. I have no complaints about that. I tried the Caesar wrap and some French fries just because I wanted something to snack on and it was pretty good. Nothing to write home about but it was still pretty good . The show itself can vary depending on what you're doing or who you're seeing but the comedians we saw were top-tier for the most part. I had no complaints about that and they tore the house down . If you are walking into the showing area, you'll see promotions on the wall about who's going to be coming next. You can definitely check that out and see who all is going to be next on your list of people to see . Overall it was a really good experience and they had really good customer service. The show was hilarious. All in all it was a worthy trip out to Alpharetta and I would definitely consider doing it again .
