The authentic, fresh flavor of the 12-month aged cheese (imported straight from Italy!) and fresh cracked pepper was like no other pasta I'd ever tasted. I loved the presentation by the knowledgeable chef. It was absolutely worth the upcharge. He was personable and taught me all about Italian cuisine, tradition, and (of course) cheese. I got chicken on the side but would say it's worth skipping. The cheese and pepper are the stars of this dish and the flavor of the chicken paled in comparison. If you're afraid you won't fill up on a vegetarian dish, don't worry. The cacio e pepe is extremely filling and I had to take half of my dish home. I discovered Millie's through an Instagram post and visited for the tableside experience. I would say it's definitely worth the visit and that I will be coming back. I plan to try the chicken pesto pizza dough sandwich and limoncello cake next.
