This place is so cool! And it runs very well for only being opened for about a year. Service is great, the place is clean, and the food is amazing!! I love the vintage charm about this place too. Some days I wake up craving a glass of orange juice and fried deviled eggs from Budders (they have amazing chai lattes as well!) The only reason they lose a star is because of the cost. It's just a bit too pricey for this to be a common restaurant. But honestly everyplace is getting to be really expensive. If you want a cool experience, and heavenly food, come here! read more

Lions, tigers and benes, oh my! This place has a great Benedict selection and the build your own grits option is to die for. I went fried chicken Benedict with pepper gravy and it was amazing. My mom found this place a few weeks ago with her friends and bought me for breakfast. I will start out by staying everything on the menu looked really good and it was had to choose. I finally settled in the breakfast poutine since it's totally different than your average breakfast fare. 100/ 10 would get again. Don't sleep on this. It's absolutely delicious. The short rib gravy is flavorful, the French fries are the perfect thickness and the eggs were cooked perfectly. The start tho is the fried garlic cheese curds. They out this dish over the top. I'm gonna dream about the cheese curds. I also got a side of grits which I did not get a picture of because I was too busy shoveling them into my mouth. 5 stars to Curtis our server. He was so attentive to our needs and so conversational that I mistakenly assumed he was the owner of the place. Ordered the Bananas Foster Pancakes and it came out quickly. Was delicious and grateful it was genuine maple syrup, but wished the syrup was on the side since I prefer my pancakes not drenched. Great breakfast/brunch spot. The place is clean and very kid friendly. Our service was great, food was fresh with some non traditional options. The kids enjoyed their traditional breakfast and grilled cheese. We liked the kid friendly cups and coloring activity. Highly recommend getting the baklava cinnamon roll, available on Saturdays and Sundays only. It's one of the best breakfast pastries I've gotten in a long time. It has large pistachio pieces in it, was warm, and not too sweet. The chilaquiles were delicious. Liked that it wasn't just plain tortilla chips. The cilbir eggs were a new dish for us. Excited to see a new breakfast place with good reviews, we tried Budders and loved it! Unique offerings like their shrimp and avocado benedict, which was fantastic, their unique take on hash browns which has a hit of au gratin style, and their out of this world banana bread really wowed me. The first time and won't be the last! The staff was all so welcoming and wonderful on Valentine's Day! They even had a special VDay strawberry croissant (not on the menu). We started with one of those coffee for the Mr. and a hot Peppermint tea for muah Mr. had the Chilaquiles - it had some heat to it, so be mindful if you don't do spicy I had the Basic but Budder! You get two eggs a choice of meat, a choice of grits, hashbrown casserole (tasted like cheesy potatoes- YUM ) and a choice of toast, biscuit or pancake . The pancake was amazing! I wish I could give it more stars. It's been a long time since we have had "simple" food done so fresh and flavorfully . The classic eggs Benedict were perfectly poached, the hollandaise sauce was the best I've had in forever, and the Canadian bacon was a big thick slab of flavorful ham My husband enjoyed the Ghirardelli chocolate pancakes, perfectly fluffy in the middle and crisp around the edges with REAL maple syrup. The orange juice is 100% fresh squeezed, and the coffee from a local vendor is fresh and delicious. When the owner noticed that we didn't have our drinks a mere 3 minutes after seating she immediately had them on our table We were visited by the store manager, and he apologized for the "delay" can't say enough about Budders. This place is incredible! The staff was super friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in and our server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Inside, it feels like a classic diner with booth seating, regular tables, and counter spots. We started with the banana bread topped with peanut butter, sliced strawberries, and bananas -- it was phenomenal. I ordered the Basic but Better breakfast and it lived up to the name. Everything was cooked perfectly. The chicken sausage was packed with flavor, and the hash brown casserole was outstanding. I also had a biscuit, which was excellent, and our server offered to bring out some homemade jam the owner had made. It was a strawberry and blueberry mix, and honestly better than anything store-bought. The owner came by a couple of times to check on us, which really stood out. It shows they care and are truly involved in the experience. I can't say enough good things about Budders. This place is very close to the house and I'm surprised it took me this long to find it. I cannot for the life of me remember what it was before this restaurant but in any case it's a wide open dinner feel (although the kitchen is in the back and you can't see it) Staff were super friendly, we were greeted and checked in on by no fewer than 3 people. I had the burger and the wife had the fried chicken Benedict and both were very good. The prices are very reasonable as well for what you get. I'll be back for sure to try the banana fosters French toast that I saw come out of the kitchen...portions are very plentiful...we need more places like this period read more

Wow, what an experience! It was our first time visiting Budder's. There was a bit of a wait, but the wait was worth it. We were lucky to have Curtis as our waiter today. He was so fun and interactive with all of us, but especially with our son. The baklava cinnamon roll was amazing! Our juices and food were excellent as well (banana foster pancakes and Mediterranean scrambles, orange juice and strawberry lemonade). The restaurant itself was cool. Budder's in Suwanee is one of our favorite brunch spots! The staff is always warm and welcoming, and the managers, Harvey and Curtis, are truly the best -- they make every visit feel special. The food is consistently delicious, and we have to give a huge thank‑you to the owner Shawn for giving in to his wife Sara and adding the sweet potato pancakes to the menu... they're our favorites! We also can't get enough of the fried deviled eggs with sriracha and honey -- such a unique and amazing dish. Recently moved to the area and I hadn't found a good, go-to, breakfast/brunch spot--until now. By far the best in the John's Creek area. Food is excellent. Came here for brunch with the family. The kids had pancakes and bacon. It should say something that the normally picky five year old ate nearly a whole adult order or three stacks. The lady had the traditional benedict and, as hard as it is to say, she said it is as good as mine that I make at home. I leaned towards lunch and ordered the steak sandwich. As a good ole southern boy, I've put away some steak sandwiches in my time, and I can honestly say this is one of the better ones I've had anywhere. Overall the experience was excellent. The restaurant offers a modern, clean, and bright take on the classic diner vibe. Service was on point and good came out quick, hot and fresh. What a nice treat!. It was like going back to the 50 - 60s. Decor was great. The staff were very helpful and unusually friendly. (unlike what you find elsewhere) They wanted to make everything just right. The food was good. I didn't like the fact that they put cheese in the hashbrowns. They should offer it either way. Their menu was varied and I look forward to trying other dishes. Since it is winter they should heat the serving dishes to help keep food and coffees/ teas warm. Before I could finish my eggs they were cold. Even with this problem I highly recommend Budders. read more

This is a new breakfast spot in the Target shopping center in South Forsyth, and we gave it a shot this morning. Verdict? Zero regrets and full bellies. The place is spotless--like, "I'd eat off the floor" clean (though I didn't, because the food actually comes on plates). Service was fast and friendly, and everything ran like a well-buttered machine. It's got a sleek diner vibe, and it's locally owned, which means you can feel good about supporting a small business while housing a plate of pancakes your mom would claim as her own. Speaking of--my blueberry pancake was fluffy and fabulous, the creamy grits were basically velvet in a bowl, and the bacon had the kind of crunch that could wake the neighbors. My husband gave his over-medium eggs a thumbs-up--cooked just the way the breakfast gods intended. If you're on the hunt for a new breakfast spot, Budder's is definitely worth a try. They serve lunch too, but we were too full to commit--next time, we'll wear stretchy pants and pace ourselves. read more
