This place used to be my go-to place when I was in college. I remember going here almost every evening. My friend and I would order their saporous loaded fries and paan flavored hookah while studying for our exams. The best part about Anatolia is their prices, everything on the menu is reasonable and easily affordable for students. Anyways, going to Suwanee Anatolia tonight, reminded me of those good old days. F.Y.I. The ownership changed for the Suwanee location, and I'm in love with this new interior design. I felt very welcoming tonight because the new owner, Rezwan, is very generous towards his customers. Even though the kitchen closes at midnight on the weekends, they took our second order of loaded fries without hesitation 5 minutes after midnight. FIRST let's talk about Noe they add water to their alcohol... we watched them take bottles from the shelf and to the back and bring it back out full. They lied and said they were adding large bottles into small bottles since they can't keep large bottles at the bar which was the exact opposite . The bottles removed were the core t size.. THIS Goes along with the weak taste of the drink the EVIL AND RUDE bartender made. The food seasoning was decent but over priced and the drinks were as well. The server was sweet but she really should be working somewhere else with class, that can afford to remake a pizza for someone who's allergic to sauce that THEY put on the pizza by mistake, then argued with a friend and said she had to pay for it anyway after THEY got the order wrong. The bartender sits behind the bar smoking her own vape and talk about customers while looking mean and cutting lines with her unwashed hands between her vape pulls. The hookah refills are pushed on people right before they closed and not allow to smoke it but 10 minutes .. then here comes the evil bartender snatching hoses from people's vapes without saying a word. The DJ was good bit she needs to pay somewhere else as well. If you want a good experience all around this isn't your place. I only know of 1 place that used to offer this in Atlanta but has since closed! I think this is awesome! Awesome place! I use to frequented their other location that was located near Georgia State University. I was suprised when I happened to stumble upon this place in Suwannee too. I didn't know they had opened up another location! The place itself is very chill and laidback. Upon entering, there is plenty of seating and they also have a "lounge" part that is located on the side of the store. The lounge is nice but it's kind of cold so make sure you bring a sweater if you get cold easily. My friend and I had ordered the Hookah and a Brownie sundae. The Hookah was great! It had a wonderful flavor to it. The flavors were blue mist, mint and watermelon. Our waiter was extremely nice and attentive and checked on us often. The brownie sundae was warm and gooey, delicious! The pricing wasn't too bad about $15 for the hookah and $6 for the brownie sundae. Love the renovations. Great hookahs at great prices. Plentiful food. My favs are the lentil soup, chicken kabobs with rehire rice and green beans, pepperoni pita pizza and the phillo dough rolls. This has truly a horrible experience. Soon as we entered the establishment the host asked for ID. No greeting. Asked if the kitchen was open and was told no at 10:30. We get to our table that are extremely sticky. Server ask if we want anything. We order our drinks and hookah. Which arrived 15-20min later. While we had waited for our hookah.. we see another table across from us being severed food. We asked if the kitchen was still open as we were told by the host that it was closed.. to our surprise the kitchen was open til 12!? Order chicken masala. The food quantity is great by the quality of food was terrible. The chicken was covered in MUSHROOM sauce. The serve checked in twice from beginning to the end. coal was changed 10mins before we left and that was by us approaching someone to request a new coal. Had checked in a bit later on yelp and were given $5 off $25 or more tap and as expected the check did not show $5 off. Had to flag another sever down to get our check! Omar the on duty manager ((08/17/21) told us that pungent lamb was fresh because he tasted it and never even offered us another option. He said it was recently cut so that makes it fresh - he was unwilling to provide any service and told us "The lamb shawarma will be on the bill" like wow - ok I told him as frequent customers we will not be back ... he could care less. Never Again Will We Be Customers Again.. This is probably my favorite hookah spot in the area. I can get food, drinks, hookah and great service all in one! I don't know what's taken me so long to write a review, but I love this place. The place is decorated in Persian rugs, evil eyes and beer signs! It's a great sight because it looks inviting! The area is very spacious, they have a longer area, booths, tables and a bar! Food: I always have the chicken kabob because it's amazing and you get a big serving of two sides! I love pairing this with potatoes and rice! (YUM) The chicken is so flavorful. And it only cost 11$. Way cheaper than other places and very delicious. Drinks: They are probably one of the main reasons for me coming here, other than hookah. They have a full bar, with lots of liquor and a large assortment of beers both on draft and bottle! The house mojito is soooo good. The drinks are cheap here, and super good! Who doesn't like that! :) Hookah: I love hookah. This is one of the only places I can get QUALITY HOOKAH. no matter what anyone else says. It last long and they have lots of variety. I like al fahker and it's only 12$ here. A refill will cost you 8$. My hookah today lasted 2 hours and could've kept going if I wanted to stay longer! Service: Every single time we come here we get blessed with service from this gentleman, unfortunately I don't recall his name. But his service is great. He's very attentive. He engages in conversations with us and always seems to know what to recommend. The fact that we get great service alone gets 3 stars because that's important. Many other hookah spots don't have the service which prevents me from going back. Never a bad experience here. I have come here with friends to just chill and hang out, but I have also come here alone to do some light studying. The staff is very pleasant. Anatolia's has a pretty large dining area where they have chairs and sofa's/love-seats. I ordered the Mixed Grill Platter for $18 which is very pricey for the amount of food received. The platter came with four different kinds of meat like chicken and kofta; & I can't remember the names of the other two kinds of meat. With the platter you get two sides with tahini sauce; I ordered french fries which were the frozen kinds and falafel which tasted bland and extremely dry. The best meat I liked was the chicken, and they also have decent tzatziki sauce. My friends order the fettuccini Alfredo with chicken and shrimp which is really tasty! My other friend ordered the phillo dough rolls filled with feta and mozzarella cheese with herbs for $7; it wasn't that tasty nor was it justified for $7. Their calamari was good but again they were the frozen rings you can buy at the grocery store. I would recommend to go to either Real Olive or Adriatic Grill to eat some awesome Mediterranean food for better quality, quantity, and better prices!!! read more

Anatolia is my go-to hookah spot. I love me some good good hookah and you're bound to get it here. I love the decorations and the vibe of this place! It's a Turkish restaurant and they have all kinds of Turkish decor that make the place look spectacular. They have rugs all over. When you walk in, you're greeted by the host. You usually have to show some form of identification to prove that you're old enough to smoke hookah (18 years old). They'll ask you if you want to sit in the booths or in the room sitting on the floor. I always choose to sit on the floor because it makes the experience more fun for me! Their hookah is ALWAYS spot on. I always order a blue mist peach mint. It usually lasts about an hour and a half. I order their pitchers of margaritas to split with a friend because they're only $20! I think it's such a steal. Sometimes I get a cider and it's only about $5. They have a ton of drinks on drafts!!! It's insane. They pretty much have everything you need. They have excellent food here! I love fries and they have some of the most incredibly seasoned fries. I can't find another place that sells fries like that. I did order their chicken fingers meal one time. I'm a chicken fingers fan, and theirs is perfectly crispy. My friend ordered the Bruschetta and she said it was good! Their bruschetta mix had some feta in, which gave it a Mediterranean feel. But they have a wide variety of options on the menu. Lots of Turkish food on the menu, such as kebabs. The service is always excellent here. Shout out to Jonathan and Aaron! Those two are my favorite waiters there. I love coming here because they always make it a great experience here! They are always checking up on us and getting everything we need. There's free parking located right in front the parking lot. I looooove Anatolia!! It's open until midnight on the week days, not too far from my house, has a nice menu selection of food, a full bar, and it's HUGE! There's a big dining room with table and couch seating, plus a floor seating room for big parties who just want to sit Turkish style. The biggest thing for me about this hookah spot though is that they offer fumari shisha and coconut coals. Fumari is literally the best shisha in the world because it's the most flavorful shisha (so potent!) and the shisha is the cleanest. My fav is the blueberry muffin flavor. Anatolia offers this for only $20! The other brands are just $15 which is also a good deal if you don't have a shisha preference. Your typical starbuzz or Alfakar shisha in other lounges will be $20 and the quality of those shishas aren't as good as Fumari. I had their tabouleh salad and tomato basil soup with my hookah. They have a great deal to create your own sampler platter and I really wish the server had suggested this to me when I ordered the tabouleh because I would've loved to try their Philloh rolls and another salad. I was alone so I couldn't finish a whole dish of philloh rolls by myself. The tomato soup was absolutely delicious and served with four pieces of garlic bread on the side. The bread was clearly over toasted though, I had to leave it sitting in my soup to soften it up. The service was slow and the restaurant wasn't even busy, they could definitely improve in that. I had to personally go up to my server sometimes, even to ask AND pay my check. Although the staff could be more attentive, they are friendly! In combination with the good hookah, hours, and menu, this is definitely my favorite spot for a good smoke in Gwinnett county. read more

The ambience is pretty nice, i enjoy sitting in the separate little area on the left side of the restaurant with pillows, etc. Pretty comfy, but if you sit too long, your behind starts to hurt. The location is difficult to find for some, so if you can't find it, just remember it's right behind the chikfila, and on the far right hand side of the plaza with the movie theatre. Its next to a cupcake shop! Anyway, this place is great with good food, good people, and good hookah/full bar. Nice beer list although my first choice was unavailable even if listed on the blackboard. Although hookahs are available, only one was in use and it was far from my table.
