This place is THE VIBE! Such a wonderful find! The humidor is well stocked with premium brands and the staff is knowledgeable! The bonus is they serve exceptional food like lamb chops and salmon! Yes sir!!! One for lounge etiquette, I asked if there was a minimum purchase and received a resounding NO. You can smoke your own stick! The price was so good, I nearly purchased all of the their LFD's! The service was top notch too! My server was Coco! Attentive and on it! The music was well curated for the mature crowd! No lies! The Cigar Bar was highly recommended by locals and they insisted that we come here for the hookah and live band. I absolutely enjoyed myself! This is a gorgeous establishment with beautiful staff. I like the location and the vibe here. We had cocktails --so good and hookah. I was not hungry when I arrived but seeing how everyone else's food looked I settled on a burger. What a burger it was!!!! The menu prices are quite reasonable and I was shocked at the quality of the burger. The fries were crispy and fresh too. I came in on a Wednesday night hungry wanting to get out of the rush hour traffic and had the most pleasant experience with the bar tender and hookah is on mf point! I was craving a burger and they did not disappoint! Prices are so good I can't complain at all! Happy customer here! I believe this is a chain cigar lounge as I see others around the city. I was invited here by a friend. It is also considered a cigar lounge and it's not too far from my house. In addition - they stay open until about 2am during the week! Impressive for this area. The parking is great! I found a good spot by the door. Once in side - the atmosphere gives you that old school cigar lounge, wooded accents, and great music selection. Service - initially it was trash. We waited about 20 mins for someone to come over to us, then I went up to someone about 3 xs and they kept saying give us a min, give us a min.. after 50 mins you don't want to serve me. So we went to the bar where coco was amazing!! There was another bar tender named Brittany who was also amazing! The bar and DJ alone made up for the 3 stars. We didn't order food but did have drinks which were made great. Would definitely go again but I notice some servers don't like to service women because they may feel we don't tip well so just something to add. read more

When I say....if it was not for the fact I love late night lamb chops....I would never step foot in this place ever again in life. The service is probably the worst I have ever had in Atlanta. They are always understaffed. The must only hire the servers based on their ass size? And, the management seems to give less then 2 f**# about how it is ran. We used to frequent The Cigar Bar, but now only every once in a while. And every time we make the mistake of stopping in, I'm reminded of why... This time the service was even worse than the previous visits, food was burnt and they did not have simple ingredients for mixed drinks! We are simple patrons and don't require a lot of attention but, our server seemed to be mute, the three times she approached the table she would just stand there, and look at us as if we needed to address her or read her mind. Wings were so burnt I can't even believe they brought them to us. More experienced and versatile bar tenders would be a plus. The only syrup they had for mixed drinks was strawberry. I'm giving 2 stars because it's convenient to my home and the DJ was decent. read more

Unfortunately I can not recommend this establishment. This place advertises a Martini Monday event with a complimentary meal. This is false advertisement. You can only get the meal free with the purchase of two drinks. They make you download coupons for this event, but the coupons do not mention that you must purchase for two drinks so I purchased a chocolate martini and a lemon drop martini. The chocolate martini was horrible , Tasted like chocolate syrup with a bunch of bottom shelf vodka in it. I took one sip and alerted my waitress. She said she couldn't take it off the bill or make another one. So let's move on to the inedible meal that was not complimentary. The fish was okay but I ordered flounder and was given cat fish. The collards had no flavor and the Mac and cheese cheese had a rancid flavor. The cornbread muffin was burned beyond recognition. I asked if I could swap it for one I could actually eat. The answer was no. Last night was so disappointing that I can't decide which was worse the food or the service. Needless to say we left and will not be back. Management really needs to get this place under control. Overall we had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and will not return. read more

So my second time going to this place and behold...not a great experience. Went the 1st time with a friend and her company made the outing worth while. I decided to visit a 2nd time alone before I wrote a review. The Bar: The bartender Coco was not very friendly from jump. Stoic and her energy was not very inviting. I tried small talk because I was in a decent mood. My Old-fashioned tasted like a glass of simple syrup. I asked to fix it and she poured more alcohol. Fine...but it was downhill from there. She sat a drink next to me and I got her attention. I said, "Hey, the guy that was sitting here he just left. Don't know if you realized it". Her response - "I know that - are you trying to tend my bar? I got this...". and walked TF off! Now I know what you're thinking - what did I say to her? What's the context around that response. Absolutely nothing! I was baffled. From that point, I finished my drink, left her half the tip I intended and left. The food: Lack-luster. These restaurants are getting away with this foolishness. You pay all this money for food thats wanting and tasteless. Gone are the days where a $20 meal meant well prepared, delicious with a nice quantity. I had to order two meals to feel like I was full. Everybody seemed cordial but Coco put a damper on my 2nd visit. Will I go again? Maybe. I'll just make sure she isn't my bartender and see how it goes. read more
