I've come a few times to listen to live music and am never disappointed. Good food, desserts and service, especially from Colina. She was very attentive, very nice and even remembered me from previous visits. Not expected in a bar setting but it made me feel welcome. Keep up the good work, girl! read more

A friend of mine was in this establishment two nights ago. When she went to the restroom she ingested something (by air or touch) that caused her to almost die. She couldn't walk she did stop breathing. The proprietor told her friends to "get her out of here". They did not offer Narcan. Only a month or so ago a few people went to the hospital with fentanyl poisoning at this establishment. Details can probably be found on line. Something needs to be done and the owners need to have an emergency protocol. "Getting her out of ...there" is not the procedure. The bar has Narcan, yet they didn't offer it! Be very careful. This place is dangerous. Is it going to take a death before something is done? read more

The food was top tier. The owner and staff are the funniest and kindest people ever. The women's bathroom was stocked with anything one might need! Vibes of a small town bar were on high while being welcoming and diverse. read more

Friendly People. Great price strong drinks! BUT daytime cook food sucks, bland, no flavor at all !!! read more

This is absolutely the place to go for an inexpensive night out with friends. I've always felt welcomed and the bartenders are the best. It's got an old established bar feel and there aren't many places left in the East Atlanta area that have lasted or have the character the Will Henry's has. read more

The men's bathroom at the Stone Mtn. location has been disgusting for at least five years. Broken toilet seats and/or loose toilet seats, and filthy, is the norm. I can't imagine what the women's restroom is like. As dirty as it is, I would never order food at this tavern. read more

Bartenders are really nice and crowd is not bad. Food is not the best but okay for bar food

This place is super divey but my husband and I enjoy it. The bartenders are hilarious and snarky. The sticky wings are good and they try to keep a little craft on draft. read more

Will Henry's has new owners and there have been a lot of great changes. Awesome bands most every Friday & Saturday & great drink prices. Great local hangout with great people. I don't smoke and its really not that bad. The new owners have a filtration system that helps a lot. Oh- and the food is great! Fresh food- always! The wings are amazing and tater tots are a must! Burgers are fresh ground beef and Kimbo does some amazing home cooking. Kimbo, Danny & Todd are doing a great job with this place!!! read more

Will Henry's Tavern - a fireball shot sign - Bars Near Me - Stone Mountain, Georgia

This place is pretty hilarious if you want to time warp back to the 80s or admire a plethora of nascar memorabilia. They have a live band on Fridays that plays all covers and the food is decent just dont get the chicken wings, they weren't very good. Its close to my work so ill be back there to check out karaoke night which goes down on thursdays. read more

Greatly improved version of Will Henry's. I've stopped in off and on over many years, but the cigarette smoke was difficult to bear. I stopped by in November, 2016 and had no problems. The new owner has a filtration system that really clears the air. There were also just fewer smokers. The old Will Henry's had pretty good food. I haven't tried the food under the new owner. The staff were very pleasant. The band was good. The customers were mostly 40 years old and older. I'm sure there were a few youngsters around somewhere. The people at Will Henry's are fun. You usually leave with a story to tell. I need to try the chow and stop by for karaoke night. Will post an update. read more

Will Henry's Tavern - the interior of the pub - Bars Near Me - Stone Mountain, Georgia

Best kept secret. Good food. Good people. Good service. Perfect for a weeknight evening hangout. All welcomed. Everything you love in a neighborhood bar. read more

Will Henry's is freaking HILARIOUS. I used to date a guy who lived down the street from the place, making it one of the only options for just running out and grabbing some quick drinks. As a result, I spent a LOT more time here than I would have under any other circumstances. I have lived in Georgia since 1979, when I was almost 3 years old. At that time, Dunwoody was still predominantly farmland. When I was in the fourth grade, there was a huge horse barn behind the subdivision where I lived. I tell you this because until I found Will Henry's, I mistakenly thought that I knew what "redneck" was. But let me tell you, I was wrong. Will Henry's exemplifies all that is redneck. Its clientele is loud, mulleted, and NASCAR-logoed. The beer selection is not great (think Budweiser and its ilk), but the drinks are strong. Despite the vast difference between Will Henry's and any bar to which I was accustomed at that point in my life, I have to admit that it was a rip-roaring good time. The people there were almost always really nice. Sure, you had your typical booty-staring redneck, but his behavior wasn't really much different from that of your average Midtown bar-hopping male. And the karaoke night was freaking fun! Out in the boonies, nobody cares about being hip and they're not too cool to come up and caterwaul. That can be painful on the ears, but that's nothing a good stiff drink (or 20) can't fix. read more

This place rocks. Went there to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday on Friday night, and it was a GREAT time. What a phenomenal place to people watch...you walk in and everyone's hair and clothing is comin' at you from 1983. We're talking mullets, people - and on the ladies, too. Awesome. I saw some woman walking around wearing chaps and I got slapped on my behind by a precious Redneck who promptly declared "Ladies LOVE that sh*i." Where else does that happen? There's a live band on Friday nights, and they were great - all 80s, of course, which was more than fine with the crowd we went with. The food was surprisingly good too - the wings are sub-par, but the potato skins are very good, as are the tater tots and chicken salad. My only complaint? They really only have crap beer. But, the many pool tables and band made up for it. A little smoky towards the end of the evening, but it was actually fine until about 9:00. read more

Mackenzie and crystal are lazy bartenders. The truth hurts, they like to argue over feedback from a customer standpoint. The food was not made right. Plus, a customer got nasty with me, read more

Will Henrys is a good place. That guy Elijah G who wrote that ridiculous review full of poor grammar and spelling also wrote almost the same review for Gold Dust. I know the cooks. They are good and clean and know how to cook. I doubt very much any body had a broken fork in their food. read more

One of the friendliest bars I've ever gone too! The staff was amazing the food was great and the drinks were strong! My kinda place!

Had a great time there last night! Rhonda was our server and was ON POINT. The prices are reasonable. We live close and will be back for sure! The patio is pretty awesome too! read more

Absolutely the worst wings I have ever consumed in my life. It takes less then zero to make your own Blue Cheese...and an idiot to serve watered down mega-jar to your customers. The bartener was more concerned with frikkin everything , other than "her" customers....amd I understand the whole "local customers" concept...but....if you wanna see a bunch of dry old guys hittin on everything that walks through the door...this may be your place...smack, trash talk and your less than substancial boobs get you no where....do NOT see a reason to ever come back. read more

Never made it in the door. Opened it and the smoke smell was sooo bad we didn't go in. Too bad because the place is really close to home. Smoky and outdated from what I saw. Until they change their smoking policy I'll never be there! read more

If you went to school in Lilburn and if you want a high school reunion.. Pop in and you'll find yourself knowing many people you know from the Lilburn area! Lol the floors are disgusting and sticky. Apparently they have free pool and karaoke nights.. Sounds fun.. But no thanks. I've been there many times and it's just not my scene anymore. read more

I came to play pool. After realizing that the bracket was set up so someone would only have to win 2 games then they would advance all the way to the finals without even having to play another game I brought it up to the person running I was immediately kicked out of the tournament even after I purchased food and drink. I later realize the person who was on the bottom was good and a friend of the person who ran it and she wanted him to win the tournament. I felt as if favoritism was shown and they do not want outside people in the bar. Even the manager told me that she would not do anything about it because these players were all friends and that I should just pay my tab and leave. Not a friendly bar for anyone new. read more

Some friends and I were in town for a work event, and we came here specifically for the karaoke. The cigarette smoke was pretty intense, but none of us had to leave because of it, so I guess that's a good thing! Heidi, our server, was amazing! The food was a little slow getting out to us, but perhaps that's because there were 8 of us and they didn't know we were coming. I felt it was a kitchen issue rather than a server issue. Karaoke was a LOT of fun, and we had a really great time. Drinks were strong, which was what we wanted too. I think we plan to make Will Henry's a regular hangout of ours whenever we are in town! read more

great bar and they have great food too. there's even 2 pool tables and there's live performances on the weekends.

WOW !!!!!!!!!!!! The new owners are GREAT, the place is fun, the food is REALLY GOOD, and the people that were there are very friendly !!!!!

First of all I have been going to this bar since I was a little boy tag along with my mom and I got kicked out about a year ago for something I didn't do and I can go ahead and say a whole bunch of mean things and a whole bunch of crap that they do in there that ain't right but what matters is Justice and I was not giving my side of the story at all but I will go on to say that the food is amazing and I do know everybody in that kitchen can cook and they got a good management system going on but as far as them kicking me out of my hometown bar it kind of hurts a little bit but I'm moving on but it's definitely worth it. read more

It's a dive but one that you'll probably be entertained at. Not my bar of choice but I don't mind going sometimes.

This is a fun bar, a decent choice for a night out considering the limited nightlife and cultural options in Gwinnett. The food isIt is definitely not what I consider family friendly due to one of the bartenders acting inappropriately with male customers. Although she is very nice, and good at her job, she does not seem to understand professional boundaries. I expect that anyone working for tips must be very attentive, even flirty, to keep the customers happy and make money , but continuing flirtations with married men after they have left the bar, and sharing half-naked photos of herself through the Internet and cellular phone, is extremely unprofessional. I am not sure if she is escorting on her days off and sharing lingerie photos with a lot of the regulars, or if she is just very naive and doesn't know any better. It is sad to see such a pretty girl lacking self-worth and desperate for attention. Just because a man comes in on his way home from work and you don't see him with his family, it doesn't mean he is available for continued interaction at all hours of the night. It would be better if she focused on running the bar, and kept the web cam work separate. read more

This place is awesome. It is under new ownership and boy can you tell the difference!!! There is something fun going on every night and the food is delicious. The new owners have cleaned the place up and it has a great new look. If you haven't been in Will Henry's Tavern is the last six months and you live nearby you are really missing out. read more

Very smoky, no/poor ventilation, no A/C (or if on- was not working properly), floor was dirty & absolutely no service. Played pool (now only 2 tables) for 2 hours and not once did a waitress ask if we wanted a drink or to see a menu and they were not busy. Karaoke was lame & music choice was lousy. Will not be back. Place has gone down hill with new owners. read more

Great place!! I always have a good time here. The place has been fixed up, mixed crowd, good people, good music. Every night there is something different to do. Poker, Bingo, Karaoke, live bands, and the prices are great. Not overpriced like most bars. The staff is friendly, the food is good. And it's the only bar around my area but even if it wasn't, I'd make the drive to come here. Sheri is the best!!!!! read more
