Fair warning - if you Uber Eat from this restaurant, you may not get everything you ordered. Oh, the receipt READ that everything was in the bag so the delivery girl was also duped. (and the bag was sealed so - not her fault) Got ONE drink and ONE sandwich - missing were three other sandwiches and some fries. This was not a difficult order so all I can think is that one of your employees must have been hungry and decided we wouldn't miss our sandwiches. I mean - come on - my granddaughter can count up to four (as in four sandwiches in the bag) so it wasn't a math problem. Do you know what a pain it is to get your money back from Uber Eats, re-order AND get it re-delivered? Chick-Fil-A also owes me a tip - not gonna NOT tip the new delivery person just because y'all can't fill a simple kind of order. So, yes, you also owe me a ten dollar tip! I ordered a chicken sandwich and when I got home there was literally no chicken inside, just the bun and toppings. I understand mistakes happen, but forgetting the main item on the sandwich is pretty disappointing. Please double check orders before sending them out. read more

This store doesn't really live up the the consistently excellent experience you can usually expect at Chick-fil-A. Everyone was as friendly as usual, so that keeps it at three stars. But the order was incorrect, and the end of the drive through line was odd. Orders came to cars out of order, so I had to wait a few minutes extra for the car in front of me to get their order. When complaining to "manager" Nohuel or whatever the hell his name is he basically shoos you and says nope no we can't do anything about it even tho when I called to let them know all I got was a busy signal. I woke up this morning and my girlfriend was really carving some chick fa la. We stopped by picked up our usual order and left, but after she nibbled on 2 fries she pulled it out for us and we saw we were almost done. The medium fries had 9 total fries in them. She was frustrated so she called and the worker was so kind and understanding! We didn't catch her name, but she said to come inside and she would fix the problem. We walk in and they already had a little bag for us with 2 fries fully filled when we only ordered 1 and a cookie! I know mistakes get made sometimes but it's really how you remedy them. This is a shame how Chick-Fil-A is ripping people off. I spent $30 on three Chick-Fil-A salads and this is what they do to make it appear that you're getting a lot of salad. They put all of the garbage chunks that should be thrown in the trash underneath the good pieces of lettuce to make your salad look full. All three of the salads I bought today had this junk in it, but I only took a picture of what was in just one of the salads. Shame on you Chick-Fil-A, do you really think this is worth what you charge for your salads. DO BETTER! read more

This Chick-fil-A seems to have some low reviews and I will say -- I usually give CFA 5 stars as long as everything is consistent. While I don't think it's worth two or three stars, I do think that it did not meet the standards of a typical CFA. This location has been recently renovated/remodeled so it has a sleeker design and look -- it also is a smaller location than many of the other Chick-fil-A's, which is surprising because it's in a highly trafficked area (Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road). I ordered drive-thru for breakfast and I went very early around opening time so it wasn't busy at all, I was one of the only few people in line. I got a spicy chicken biscuit meal -- everything was good from food to friendliness. The only thing that I was confused about was the wait time I had to wait. There were not a lot of people in line but despite that -- I had to wait a significantly long time in line, which docks off the one star, because even during the longest lines, I've been extremely impressed with wait times. Nevertheless, it was a good breakfast so they still deserve the 4 stars. read more

Don't be fooled. Someone threw a Chick-fil-A sign on a McDonalds. This place is slow - super slow. It wasn't even busy and it took forever. They couldn't figure out the mobile order that I made, so they finally just waved me along to the window. Waiting three cars deep at the window it took about 10 more minutes. They left out every sauce so I had to ask for that again. No one at that location was polite or said the usual "my pleasure". Come to find out when I got home, they even shorted me a couple nuggets. This is the worst run Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The food was okay, so if you have extra time and no other option, by all means go here. Personally I'll be making the longer drive to the PIB location. In reflection it was odd seeing a Chick-fil-A so dead. Guess I know why now. I know they haven't been open that long, but they have a LONG way to go. I hope they get there, but I have my doubts. read more

This Chick-fil-A is not up to Chick-fil-A standards. We've had many sub-par experiences, but the biggest recurring (food-related) issue we've had is with their gluten free bun. The last 5 times we purchased their GF Bun, it has been frozen in the middle. We finally asked them to warm it up a little and they simply said they can't because it is in plastic. I would understand this argument, but we are not asking for warm bread (just not frozen) and somehow every other Chick-fil-A has figured how to serve us bread that is not frozen. We've also had several instances where it's hard to get an employee's attention when you need something (like some of your order they forgot to bring you). Anytime I ask for something, it just feels like you are inconveniencing them. I think other Chick-fil-A's have spoiled me with their "it's my pleasure" mentality. We have been visiting this location often because of convenience, but will be shifting to a nearby location that's a little farther but serves great food and seems to have a much better morale. read more

I've lived in GA for freakin 10 years of my life, came home to visit my parents and decided to stop here before leaving back to the PNW. Whoever was working on putting our order in must've been racist or deaf because we said Tim and got Chin. She wasn't enthusiastic at all as most franchises usually are. They didn't even think to be like " sorry we got your name wrong" after we were like "oh that's rude" We had legit 3 in the PNW and they're way nicer. Stopped to get a quick biscuit and coffee and if there was anyway to get myself out of this line I would. I have watched them mess up multiple orders going out to cars. It was raining very and waited 20+ minutes 10:00 AM to 10:25 in line Thursday to get to the window. transaction number 951 Everyone nice as always. HOWEVER the chicken mini order was wrong, 4 instead 10, they fixed that, the problem was when I opened the box the mini rolls were almost to dry (hard) to eat. The chicken was not very tender (fresh). I can not guess how long they had been sitting out. one should always check the order before leaving the window. Service is slow and teens are outside goofing off as I drove up (reason for my incorrect order) to place an order. I left with the wrong order and called back to tell them; and the guy admitted he saw the order come through but then a red flag not to make it, and said it was totally their mistake. He did offer to correct it and give a refund too, but I never got my refund just my order after having to drive all the way back up there. Zero stars, ALWAYS Short staff, Poor management, Food is never fresh, even when you request it. Never go to this location in the morning for breakfast you'll be late for work/school. CFA lover but WOW--- This location is INSANELY slow. Definitely preference drive thru over dine in / carry out. Placed carry out order on CFA app in advance and still took 15+ minutes to get food. Asked for extra honey roasted BBQ sauce and they gave me BBQ and CFA sauce.... once we received our food, waited on 2 milkshakes that were in the order for 10 more minutes.
