Got the chicken club sandwich and it might be one of the best chicken clubs I've had in my entire life. Just absolutely delicious. Got a black coffee with it and it was good: What really sold me was the vibe. They had this cozy music playing, nothing crazy, and it was quiet enough that you could actually sit down and get some work done. The dessert case looked amazing too. Ham & Cheese Croissant ($10.50) - It was good, but next time I'll stick with the ham, egg, and cheese sandwich ($7.50), which also comes with an arugula salad and balsamic dressing that I really enjoy. Croissant Donut ($6.50) - It was just okay, and we probably wouldn't order it again. It was served with fresh strawberry and kiwi slices and whipped cream on the side. White Chocolate Frappe ($5.95) - There was a $0.75 upcharge for whipped cream, which I wasn't told about. Since I don't like whipped cream, I asked them afterward not to include it. I'll be sure to mention that when ordering next time. The drink itself was excellent, less sweet than Starbucks, and we actually liked it better. Prosciutto di Parma ($11.50) and Iced Matcha Green Latte ($5.95) - JA really enjoyed both and said she would definitely order them again. What a cute little cafe tucked away in Suwannee Town Center! I came here with a friend and lucked out on finding a table since there is limited seating. I went with the Thai tea and almond croissant, and my friend got the latte and pumpkin cheesecake. Overall, I really enjoyed the almond croissant which was crisp on the outside and nice and soft on the inside with plenty of almonds and an almond paste on the inside. The Thai tea blue ocean was also super pretty and quite good. I liked that it wasn't overly sweet but wished I could taste the Thai tea a bit more. I tried a bite of the pumpkin cheesecake which was tasty but dense. There's plenty of parking at the town center and love that there is a cafe to stop by and grab a drink! read more

We came in because it's one of the only cafes open on Sundays in this area and it has better reviews... Unfortunately, this was one of the worst meals we've had in all the places we've eaten in Georgia. The baristas were lacking in cleanliness, customer service, and skills. There was no sense of urgency, they didn't have friendly demeanors and really seemed like they hated working there. The bathroom was very dirty, there was no toilet paper, and besides the front counter, the rest of the cafe was extremely dirty as well. None of the tables were clean, and the grime and crumbs were layered on thick. The lights and fixtures were coated in dust and from what we could see, the back kitchen was cluttered and disorganized. We worried about the state of our food, as it seemed the tools and workers did not practice general safety habits. The drinks were nothing special- the Georgia latte tasted like leftover cereal milk and the matcha latte had no flavor. We waited a while inside to be able to grab our food as it came out, but decided to wait outside as it wasn't ready. We asked for the tables to be wiped down, and the staff argued with us, saying they didn't need to be wiped down because it was "going to rain." And then we noticed our food was sitting out on the counter, and they were just hovering over the plates. We tried to grab our food so we could eat and they were adamant that we not grab them on the basis "the plates were heavy" and they "just wanted to bring them out to us." Okay, that's fine if they actually brought out our food as it was ready. And then we actually ate and it was the most underwhelming, bland, dry, barely edible food. Comparable to cafeteria food, or like a sandwich you made after digging through a pantry and finding week old bagels and a forgotten croissant. It starts from the top, the managers/owners need to do better in training their employees and then following through with standards. read more

Food is delicious. The portion is very generous considering the price, and the drinks are equally delicious. Parking is a little bit limited due to it being street parking, and the facility is a little bit cramped. There is only a few tables inside that can accommodate parties larger than 4, but this location does offer out door seats. On Wed., June 24th, I ordered a small caramel iced coffee. The manager was off to the left side watching a new employee train and newer employee. She filled the cup with ice over the top. I said, "that's a little too much ice don't you think? I'd like to have about half that much. The second girl said "so, you want only half ice?" I said, "yes, I'd like to have more than a couple sips." The manager, (young Korean girl with glasses) chimed in and said they would have to charge more for less ice. I said, "I'm paying $6 for a coffee not ice." She just stared at me. I said, "give me a refund then." She promptly walked to the register, without any effort to make me a happy customer, not even an apology... and gave me cash... but as I was walking out I realized she gave me a refund for the drink and tax but did not give me the tip back. Now, hmm, if I was so unhappy with the service and the managers attitude, that I'd ask for a refund doesn't the Cafe Amico manager, (the one with glasses), realize I would want my tip money back as well? After all it's the customer service that I had a problem with, not the drink. They never made it. Didn't even mess up the cup... only had ice in it. What a rip off this place is and with poor management. I have no complaints with the new girls, just the manager. Poor customer service and attitude. read more

What a cute little brunch place in Suwanee Town Center! There aren't a lot of seating so be aware especially if you're coming with a large group or a popular brunch time (e.g. 10am on a Saturday). All of the employees were very friendly and quick with the drinks. We ordered the avocado toast and bruschetta toast. Both different from what we had expected, but the plating was so pretty! Taste was very good too! I loved it since you don't get the heavy feeling you normally get from brunch. I'm glad I discovered this place near our house. Stopped in after visiting a store a few doors down. Gloria greeted me wth a very warm smile. That is how customer service is done! Very disappointed with my most recent visit. Breakfast sandwiches showed $6.50 on the digital menu but rang up at $7.15 on my receipt. Also comes with a side that was presented as a upcharge... When I asked, the person I assume was the manager who blamed "rise in egg prices" and admitted they hadn't updated the digital menu above her. That's not just sloppy, it's dishonest and comes across as price gouging. If you're going to raise prices, update the menu so customers know what they're paying. They have breakfast sandwiches and lunch but I get the amici special which is your choice of meat, 2 runny eggs on a toasted croissant and a side salad w balsamic glaze for around $8. It's located in a shopping center of a downtown park area in suwanee so parking can be hard but ive never had any issues or have gotten lucky each time. The baristas here are very unwelcoming. I have been here twice and had the same bad experience. I thought their attitudes were just part of their character until I saw how well they treated the gentleman before me. He a hold a single cold drink and was asked if he wanted a cup holder and was told to have a nice day. When my order was ready for my hot drink, they called the order, sat it down on the counter and turned their back. So, they are kind to certain people. I just didn't fit the mold. read more

Cute instagrammable drinks that actually taste good?? Sign me up!! Cafe Amico is conveniently located in Suwanee town center between the mellow mushroom and the city hall. They have many options for coffee, tea, and pastries. I came with a friend to get their hot chocolate specifically and the service was super fast and friendly. We were able to watch them make the drinks over the bar and they had them out in about 5 minutes. Be aware though that they are super chocolatey and VERY sweet (which I personally love but they are not for you if you don't have a sweet tooth). There isn't a ton of seating in general, but there are tables indoors and outdoors, giving their customers options to sit in whichever environment they're more comfortable in. The staff also wore masks and sanitized frequently (however they didn't enforce customers to wear masks, but there is plenty of room inside to avoid other people). I would definitely come back again maybe during breakfast to try their coffee and pastries, but the hot chocolate was 100% worth it! read more

Coffee is like wine, highly subjective, but this place has a good selection and a precision process to make you the best cup! They have almond and oat milk, frappes, iced coffees, classics as well as some signatures. Come ready to wait in line if it's a nice day and peak times, but it moves at a decent pace. We didn't get anything to eat because the gf bakery selections are slim to none. But that's an us issue, not a this place issue. Very clean. A little pricey, so be prepared for that as well.
