What a cute little cafe tucked away in Suwannee Town Center! I came here with a friend and lucked out on finding a table since there is limited seating. I went with the Thai tea and almond croissant, and my friend got the latte and pumpkin cheesecake. Overall, I really enjoyed the almond croissant which was crisp on the outside and nice and soft on the inside with plenty of almonds and an almond paste on the inside. The Thai tea blue ocean was also super pretty and quite good. I liked that it wasn't overly sweet but wished I could taste the Thai tea a bit more. I tried a bite of the pumpkin cheesecake which was tasty but dense. There's plenty of parking at the town center and love that there is a cafe to stop by and grab a drink!
Cute coffee shop with a friendly staff located in Suwannee Town Center. I tried the chocolate hazelnut latte and it was yummy! There is a $0.45 charge for iced drinks. I'm looking forward to trying the Thai Tea Ocean Blue next time.
Stopped for a quick breakfast and had a wonderful experience. Fast ,friendly service will definitely come back again.
We came in because it's one of the only cafes open on Sundays in this area and it has better reviews... Unfortunately, this was one of the worst meals we've had in all the places we've eaten in Georgia. The baristas were lacking in cleanliness, customer service, and skills. There was no sense of urgency, they didn't have friendly demeanors and really seemed like they hated working there. The bathroom was very dirty, there was no toilet paper, and besides the front counter, the rest of the cafe was extremely dirty as well. None of the tables were clean, and the grime and crumbs were layered on thick. The lights and fixtures were coated in dust and from what we could see, the back kitchen was cluttered and disorganized. We worried about the state of our food, as it seemed the tools and workers did not practice general safety habits. The drinks were nothing special- the Georgia latte tasted like leftover cereal milk and the matcha latte had no flavor. We waited a while inside to be able to grab our food as it came out, but decided to wait outside as it wasn't ready. We asked for the tables to be wiped down, and the staff argued with us, saying they didn't need to be wiped down because it was "going to rain." And then we noticed our food was sitting out on the counter, and they were just hovering over the plates. We tried to grab our food so we could eat and they were adamant that we not grab them on the basis "the plates were heavy" and they "just wanted to bring them out to us." Okay, that's fine if they actually brought out our food as it was ready. And then we actually ate and it was the most underwhelming, bland, dry, barely edible food. Comparable to cafeteria food, or like a sandwich you made after digging through a pantry and finding week old bagels and a forgotten croissant. It starts from the top, the managers/owners need to do better in training their employees and then following through with standards.
Food is delicious. The portion is very generous considering the price, and the drinks are equally delicious. Parking is a little bit limited due to it being street parking, and the facility is a little bit cramped. There is only a few tables inside that can accommodate parties larger than 4, but this location does offer out door seats. Overall, Cafe Amico in Suwanee is a beautiful place to visit and have brunch at. Will visit again!
What a cute little brunch place in Suwanee Town Center! There aren't a lot of seating so be aware especially if you're coming with a large group or a popular brunch time (e.g. 10am on a Saturday). All of the employees were very friendly and quick with the drinks. We ordered the avocado toast and bruschetta toast. Both different from what we had expected, but the plating was so pretty! Taste was very good too! I loved it since you don't get the heavy feeling you normally get from brunch. I'm glad I discovered this place near our house. Seems like a great place to grab coffee and food while visiting the town center.
Perfect little cafe coffee shop!!! Their food is delicious and the coffee I had was so good too!! They have breakfast sandwiches and lunch but I get the amici special which is your choice of meat, 2 runny eggs on a toasted croissant and a side salad w balsamic glaze for around $8. I paid it w an iced mocha latte and I'm set !!! Service is friendly and fast !! It's located in a shopping center of a downtown park area in suwanee so parking can be hard but ive never had any issues or have gotten lucky each time. It's not for big groups of people but there is seating at 3 tables for around 5-6. Other than that it's 2 top tables and some outside seating.
Love the London Fog is was perfect! And bf like the Chica Bonita. The area is very nice & would recommend study/ chat here. **Please fix the hand soap in the bathroom. Thx!
I wish they had more menu options. I had a lemon berry drink and it was yummy. I also had a chicken pesto sandwich, which was good. Definitely plan to come back.

This place is amazing! I was wondering why my latte took so long, and then I saw the barista working on it at the counter with the most patience and detail to prep it. The avocado toast is not like any I've ever had, something about the bread! There's also a nice and clean splash pad, one of the biggest ones I've seen, just a block away, so I'm definitely taking my mom friends here and let our kids play there. This is such a great local Asian Fusion coffee place tucked in the Suwanee Town Center Plaza. Purely food based review: KBBQ sandwich - Really delightful sandwich if you're craving some Korean bulgogi! Comes with your choice of salad or chips. Ocean Blue Thai Tea - Really cool take on Thai Tea with a hint of fruity, sour taste. It tastes as refreshing as it looks! Ho Chi Minh Frappe - If you're looking for a Viet coffee version of a frappe, this cafe does this right! read more

There are some reasons why I decided on 3 stars. So the drinks were good, actually better than alot of other cafes I've been to. The interior is very cute and clean. If it were just based on the drinks, I would of given it a five. Not like a full five, but it is a tad better than giving it a 4. Here are the reasons for 3 stars.. the space inside is tiny and there are only a few tables. There are a few outside tables, but when those get filled up really fast as well on the weekends. There isnt like any lining up space so it's very uncomfortable, esp. Because there are people at sitting at the tables right next to you. Like right next to you. Maybe they didnt expect there to be that many customers?.. Another reason would be because it took 20 minutes for our drinks to be ready. They had 3 people making the drinks and one would go back and forth taking people's orders and taking food to people that were sitting outside. I've seen the same scenario at other places and gotten my order under 10 minutes. I think they just need to be a little bit more organized and in sync with one another. Other than that, all the workers seem nice and the drinks r good! read more
I recently visited Amico and ordered a latte, no flavors nothing extra. Normally I ask beans are used as their espresso but I failed to do so. Some coffees I don't usually like, Kenyans are not my favorite so that could have been why I ended up taking a few sips and throwing it out. The barista was nice and I was greeted when I came in, hence the four stars. Next time before ordering I will ask to get more info. They did have a selection of pasties and the space was well lit from the windows. It looked like a good space for meeting for coffee or studying. read more

I live right near this cute coffee shop...smells like a little shop in Paris. Got a Carmel macchiato and it was pretty good. But while ordering I learned a few things. So they charge for ice in your ice coffee...yup ice...in a ice coffee is a charge. Small is $0.25 and large is $1.50.... There coffee is kinda bitter and not in a great way. I did like the vibe and the friendliness of the staff. I'll try one more time and update my review. read more

Cafe Amico is located in Suwanee Town Center. I've passed by it so many times while going for a walk/jog but finally get a chance to stop by. It's such a cute place & the avocado toast was super delicious!!! Def will come back to try their coffee!! read more

I had this cafe in my list to visit for quite a while. Finally had the chance to go yesterday and I am severely underwhelmed. I went for breakfast and I or the bacon egg and cheese and my friend got a croissant. First of all the menu is very confusing because it has 2 different columns of food and the one I chose from wasn't in the sandwich column but somehow when I received my food after at least 15-30 minute wait it was on bread. I asked before I ordered if it was just egg or an omelet etc and the cashier said no it's just bacon egg and cheese and mentioned no bread. So when I got the item I just shrugged and went to eat it. The experience was not great though. The egg was blah, the bacon was okay. The cheese was not specified to be American which I don't love but to top it all off after that , the cheese was just plopped on not melted and the bread was not even toasted. If anyone is reading this I don't know what your tastes are ,this is my personal opinions. But Just based on what was provided to me yesterday I would stick with their drinks because that was the only good things I had and the only reason the rating wasn't lower. read more

Have been coming here for a long time and have enjoyed every drink I've had. It has a wonderful atmosphere and excellent staff. I usually order the Nutella latte but I recently tried the crème bruelle latte. It's gorgeous and totally worth the wait. read more

I'm never in suwanee so I was so surprised to be in this little area! The big field/park next to it, town hall, small boutiques and restaurants. Super cute! We came across Cafe Amico on Yelp so we stopped by. Love the interior and wide menu selection. My cold brew (pumpkin spice-- gotta do it before PS season ends!) was delicious. Would definitely come by again the next time I'm in this area. read more

Yes! Will be back for more. Ordered to go for brunch. My wife and I each got the Amico Special (sub meat for avo). This lovely Croissant contained Warm runny egg with greens and balsamic glaze. We added avocado which was an extra nice filling in place of meat. The meal came with a delectable small salad which added good substance to an overall wholesome meal. Paired with a flavorful aromatic tea. I was greeted by sincere and happy staff with all appropriate COVID measures in place. Felt safe and welcomed. read more
I ordered the Ocean Blue Thai Iced Tea ($4.75). The flavors were okay- it was a little too sweet for me. Unfortunately, the real tragedy was the drink was 95% ice. For $5, I was expecting more to drink, but I finished it only a few minutes later. Pretty overpriced for what it is. read more
Literally love love this place. I drive out of my way by 20+ minutes each way, a couple times a week for them. I left Starbucks for them. They are so sweet! They remember me and my order every time I come in. I love the avocado toast and they're coconut frappe with 2 shot of espresso! Literally it's heaven. And I don't even like coconut but something about taste great. The coconut flavor isn't overwhelming at all. read more

Wonderful little non-corporate chain from Seattle coffee tucked away in a beautiful little commercial district in downtown Suwanee. Service was great, offerings were plentiful and prices were reasonable. I relaxed on the outdoor patio with my delicious Cortado and the late afternoon sun and quiet. Thank you. read more

Barista Jonathan was really helpful and made my coffee orders to perfection each time. My favorite is iced Ho Chi Minh with an extra shot. Highly recommend! Good place to study and chat with friends. Good ambiance! read more

This was my second time, and both times were fantastic! Love the atmosphere; there's a mellow coffee shop vibe with great, chill music. Excellent customer service, clean, drinks on point (had a cappuccino this time, a fancy Nutella hot chocolate last time). I haven't eaten here yet, but there's a good selection of light lunch foods (like bagel sandwiches and salads, etc). Lots and lots of drink choices. I drove 30 minutes to Suwannee to go to Cafe Amico and it won't be the last time. Definitely recommend! read more

I was having high hopes for this cute little coffee shop because it was located in my local Suwanee Town center along the cute boutiques and restaurants. But the Matcha Latté I ordered was terrible. Very watery and barely Latté. I would compare it to a hot green tea with some slight milk... I asked the barista and she said they don't do an actual Matcha Latté like Starbucks or other places... They only do subtle flavors. I hope they just did not advertise it as Matcha Latté. The drink was really expensive, like $4.50 for a green tea. I would pass up this place because the Korean coffee shops like Cafe Benne in the area are wayyyy better than this one. I would probably drag myself to Starbucks if I really need some tasty and flavorful coffee. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is that the location is nice and quaint and I have yet to try the cappuccino. Because I don't wanna bet on their Lattés anymore Don't expect too much from this place! read more

This cute little coffeeshop is located conveniently in the shopping plaza in suwanee town center in front of the green. Its tucked away so you may need to look for it, but to make things easy, it is right next to the pet store. I was so happy this trendy cafe opened up because it seems like there arent enough coffee shops in the area that serves up good quality coffee with craftmanship, and even variety away from the standard caramel macciattos and flavored lattes. The seating is quite limited, but the interior is very cozy and welcoming. I havent stayed to enjoy my coffee but also it was quite full with people on their grand opening. They also have fresh pastry items, i think it varies daily(?) And light bites you can order as well. Now for the good goods, the caffe! My husband had the ho chi minh coffee which is a vietnamese style coffee. Usually we know this as the really strong coffee with condensed milk, but they had a different approach. It was dark nutty expresso with cream, and it wasnt sweetened. It was excellent, and not too heavy or overpowering. I had their non coffee coco tango drink. It was so yums! It was like a coconutty-lemony popiscle in liquid form sweetened with condensed milk. I drank it so fast and we kept fighting over it. We also had tried their cappuccino, which was really good! I saw a previous reviewer saying that it had no flavor, but it was flavorful for us. It almost tasted like the dancing goats cappuccino with less bitterness. Also, im sure if you ask real nice, they can make you an instagrammable yums cup of foam art latte/cappuccino! read more
