Grapefruit Ade

Service was great, the drinks were delicious, and the ambiance was perfect for getting work done. It's comfortable, quiet enough to focus, and overall a great spot to study or unwind. Next time, I will try the bingsu!

I ordered a taro latte, which I found a tad sweet, but the misugaru latte my friend got was nice. I'm not sure about ordering bubble tea here... My friend got their taro bubble tea, and it was really sweet. There didn't seem to be a choice for sweetness or ice level. The desserts looked yummy though! We didn't originally plan to come here, so I might have to find another time to stop by and try them. A warm atmosphere to hang out with friends plus pretty fast service with getting out drink orders, I'll have to remember to stop by when I'm around.

-interior was cute -service was just okay -big menu -bingsoo size was smaller than expected; snow was good but the gelato on top wasn't -croffle was really grainy in texture -a lot of people studying here but the chair don't seem comfortable enough for me -was told the dessert toast was the item that they're known for but I didn't order :( -maybe would come back for the toast and to try their drinks but def would not get the croffle again

Small but cute. The taro bingsu was sweet but we enjoyed! Probably won't return but it was good to experience. Nothing out of the ordinary and a bit pricey.

Very cute!

The cafe is very cute and spacious. The lady taking orders was nice and friendly. The white mocha latte was good. The waffles were good.. but nothing special for $11. Another bougie over priced coffee shop. It's a nice place to meet a friend on occasion for a drink but would not visit often due to prices. We did not try the sandwiches. The sandwiches looked pretty good on the pictures in the front of the store.

Quiet spacious cafe great for study/work.The menu/prices are similar to other Korean cafes but nothing was particularly good. Most outlets are at the back of the cafe so seating can get limited if you need to charge your laptop.

New Mini Snowflake flavors 7/4/2020

We were super excited to check out Caffe Bene in Suwanee, which I raved as the chain I tried in NYC a few years ago. We stopped by after dinner instead of our usual post dinner boba. The menu wasn't like the Caffe Bene I've seen... which is fine but not sure why they use the brand. Based on past reviews, it looks like they used to be a part of the franchise but it's possible that they're aren't any longer. We noticed the new Mini Snowflake on the menu. We weren't super hungry but wanted something small and sweet to share, so we settled on the mango mini snowflake. The mini snowflake was basically shaved ice, ice cream... and yogurt maybe? It was interesting... but satisfied my sweet tooth. I noticed they serve Stumptown coffee - it was too late for coffee this time - but next time I need to get some work down in a quiet space, I definitely recommend Caffe Bene because it was nice and quiet when we were there. Perfect for focus! I sometimes take my dog to the groomer next door, so next time I may stop in to grab some coffee and get some remote work done while I wait.

currently one of my favorite study spots. the music isn't too loud here, and the drinks are pretty good. I tried the bulgogi sandwich and i loved that it was sweet and savory.

The vibes of this place are so cute! It's the perfect place to come study or just hangout with your friends. If you're trying to peacefully study with a cup of coffee, go in the morning as the afternoons tend to get super busy. I ordered the matcha latte and it was SO tasty. It was the perfect amount of sugar, ice and drink! I'll definitely be ordering this again and trying something new like the bingsu! The options tend to lean more on the expensive side, but there so many things to choose from! Would definitely recommend to a coffee or dessert lover!

Mango bingsu

I have been here twice and both times have left very satisfied. The food here is incredible, very fresh and delicious with friendly and relatively quick service. Also a great place to study since it is pretty quiet and very comfortable. The mango bingsu isn't just shaved milk like I've had in a couple other places; somehow they make it super soft and pillowy instead of being sharp and crunchy. The yogurt is a great addition to the mango ice cream and mangoes (cuts the sweetness super well.) The strawberry toast was alright, nothing special, especially given the price. Tastes exactly like it sounds like. The Bulgogi and portabella sandwiches are incredible, some of the best sandwiches I've ever had. They are pricey but 100% worth it. Nutritious and flavorful, although just a bit sweeter than my preference. Do not skip out on these!

Peach green mojito

Plenty of parking by the cafe. Staff wore masks but no social distancing between tables. And this place was pretty packed for how late it was (we went around 7pm). Good selection on the menu, drinks, desserts and even more savory food items. Hazelnut latte: super excited they had latte art even though it was in a to go cup. Tasted delicious, not too sweet or bitter. Triple Choco honey bread: a bit too sweet for me but others enjoyed it. Just the honey bread by itself is tasty too! Carmel banana waffle: this was a little less sweet. The waffle had a nice texture to it. Strawberry snowflake parfait: more light and not sweet. Would've been even more enjoyable on a hot day! Peach green mojito: helps reset the palette from all the sweetness. Very refreshing. Overall really enjoyed it and looking forward to trying some of the savory items!

Caffe Bene has to be one of the best places to come for some pastries, sweets, coffee, and specially Bingsu with this hot weather. Today we came in specifically to have some bingsu (Korean style shaved Iced) and as always very satisfying. We usually order the Misugaru red bean, but we wanted something more fruity so we went for the mango version and we were definitely glad we tried it. It's not too sweet and very refreshing. The service was super smooth and the cashier was so nice and helpful in helping us with our order. I will try some of their other menu items in the near future since I'm becoming fond of this place. Also the wife approved it so that's a big plus!

Their menu is full of creative coffee drinks, and everything we tried was spot on. I ordered the Verde latte, a unique blend of coffee and matcha, and it was perfectly balanced--not too sweet, which I really appreciate. My husband got the Tiramisu coffee and was "very impressed." As a Colombian, he's particular about his coffee, and he said he was very impressed. That says a lot coming from him--he even told me more than once that I needed to write a raving review because of how much he enjoyed it. We also tried one of their Croffles (a croissant-waffle hybrid), and learning that they import the croissant ingredients from France made it feel extra special. The shop itself is bright and welcoming. I loved the little touches, like protective padding on table corners for kids--such thoughtful detail for families. They even surprised our son with a prebiotic drink, which made the experience even more memorable. On top of the great drinks and food, the service was warm and genuine. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in Suwanee. This spot is going to be the next big coffee destination!

I've been a regular at this café for a while, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing…read more I placed my order with the Asian woman at the counter -- who I later learned could be the owner -- paid for it, and waited. After 45 minutes with no update, I finally asked about my drink -- only to find out they had completely forgotten my order. Waiting 45 minutes for a simple drink is already unreasonable, but being blamed for bringing it up was even worse. They didn't offer a free drink or even bring the drink to my table after realizing the mistake. Instead of apologizing, the staff member (or the owner) who took my order walked away and ignored me. Another employee stepped in, apologized, and made the drink, leaving it nearby for me to pick up. About 30 minutes later, the original staff member(who could be the owner) approached me and, speaking quietly in Korean, told me it wasn't her responsibility to remember my order because I hadn't ordered any pastries. She also claimed their system prevented staff in the back from seeing orders--an excuse I later learned wasn't true. This means that all other staff don't know the order and still manage to fill the orders in the back when we place them. The way she spoke, switching to Korean and keeping her voice low, seemed intended to appear polite to others while implying that I should accept her illogical talking, while wasting my time there. I don't see the point that the owner is making that when she didn't apologize for her mistake, and instead deflected blame onto me while treating me like I was in poverty, since I didn't order pastries. Not everyone likes the old, stale pastries they have. But other workers are so understanding and great people, though. Overall, the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, and I left feeling gaslit and disrespected despite being a loyal customer.
