Easilyyyy has become a top 3 favorite, and I have to go at least once a week. NOTHING has disappointed me here at Blue Mountain. My favorite order is the iced strawberry ceremonial matcha and fruit tart. I have also tried their iced Dutch latte, their strawberry cloud and a variety of their baked goods. Everything is always absolutely perfect. This is the best spot to get work done, catch up with friends, or for a quick coffee run. The inside is absolutely beautiful and serene. You can even see their cold brew and roasting through a window. Make sure to get their stamp card loyalty as well! I believe 10 stamps gets you a free drink of your choice! Love that they are open til 8PM, though I wish they were open a bit later. read more

I've been a regular at this café for a while, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I placed my order with the Asian woman at the counter -- who I later learned could be the owner -- paid for it, and waited. After 45 minutes with no update, I finally asked about my drink -- only to find out they had completely forgotten my order. Waiting 45 minutes for a simple drink is already unreasonable, but being blamed for bringing it up was even worse. They didn't offer a free drink or even bring the drink to my table after realizing the mistake. Instead of apologizing, the staff member (or the owner) who took my order walked away and ignored me. Another employee stepped in, apologized, and made the drink, leaving it nearby for me to pick up. About 30 minutes later, the original staff member(who could be the owner) approached me and, speaking quietly in Korean, told me it wasn't her responsibility to remember my order because I hadn't ordered any pastries. She also claimed their system prevented staff in the back from seeing orders--an excuse I later learned wasn't true. This means that all other staff don't know the order and still manage to fill the orders in the back when we place them. The way she spoke, switching to Korean and keeping her voice low, seemed intended to appear polite to others while implying that I should accept her illogical talking, while wasting my time there. I don't see the point that the owner is making that when she didn't apologize for her mistake, and instead deflected blame onto me while treating me like I was in poverty, since I didn't order pastries. Not everyone likes the old, stale pastries they have. But other workers are so understanding and great people, though. Overall, the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, and I left feeling gaslit and disrespected despite being a loyal customer. read more

I really enjoyed my half sweet London Fog. It was creamy and served piping hot just like I wanted it. The cafe is clean and well organized. The customer service was friendly and answered a couple of questions I had about the menu. Blue Mountain Coffee Roasters is super cute inside - they definitely went above and beyond with creating a hip and modern but also welcoming vibe. I was super confused why any latte wouldn't include espresso but I suppose it's because Starbucks and most coffee shops in the US have conditioned us to believe that a "latte" should contain espresso, even though it literally means milk in Italian. The cashier didn't charge me extra for the espresso, which was nice, although they did charge extra for the drink being iced - $6.50 seems like a steal these days for flavored iced lattes but it hurt a little more back in 2022. My iced brown sugar latte was a-ok! Subtle and not too sweet. I'll have to come back next time to try their black coffee since quite a few comments have been raving over their Americanos - would love to check out the hype!! read more

Busy but good for a dessert coffee. Met a friend here for coffee and to do a little work. It seems a lot of people had the same idea. We were fortunate to find a small table. I had to bus it but not a big deal. Most of the menu was sweet espresso based drinks. It's good if you have a sweet tooth but a little much for me. The baristas were friendly and the drinks came out rather quick. The bussing did seem to be delayed though for empty tables. The space was quite comfortable though and there were a lot of outlets. Made sense a lot of people had laptops out on a Saturday. Overall good for the area and for nice dessert date. read more

Blue Mountain has been on my list of coffee shops to try for quite some time now. I was finally able to make my way over this past weekend on a drive up north. The coffee shop exceeded my expectations and was a dream. They offer interior and exterior seating, and the decor inside is exactly what you would hope to see in a place that makes you feel as if you are stepping away from real life for a little while. The staff was very friendly, and gave all of their recommendations when they realized it was my first time here. My husband and I ordered two drinks as well as one of their Macarons. His drink of choice was a Hazelnut Latte while I decided to try their Strawberry Matcha complete with Strawberry Cold Foam. The Strawberry Cold Foam alone is enough to make me want to come back here, but everything about their drinks was amazing. I myself am not someone who likes a grainy matcha and that is not what you get from here AT ALL. My Matcha was smooth and so flavorful. Some of the best espresso I've had in the Atlanta area. I've tried several dozen now and am starting to learn to appreciate a well pulled shot. Hawaiian Kona shot was the best I've had in Atlanta. I even got the elusive "sweet" taste that people say is possible from straight espresso. The Blue mountain espresso was also good but didn't taste the sweetness with that one. This is such a cute cafe in the Suwannee area! I stopped by here with a friend and love that it's open all days of the week until 8pm. I ordered the white ruby which was a white tea with peach syrup and an apple danish on the side. The tea comes as iced and was really refreshing with a hint of sweetness which is what I liked the most about it. The danish was also delicious with an apple filling, but next time I'll ask them to get it heated up. We got our drinks pretty quickly as well. There's plenty of parking out front and a drive thru as well! Inside, they are a good bit of tables to get work done or study with a friend. Wow! I've been looking for a matcha that I love close by and finally my search can come to an end! I got the summer flavor strawberry vanilla matcha. Let me start with saying the coffee is terrific. My only complaint is probably true for most coffee cafes. There are 5 double tables, a few single tables and one that can seat 8 people. The problems is that young people come in, order coffee, and then camp at the double tables and the big table forever. And I mean one person at the table, not a group of people. If it was a group, I would understand. But one personal occupying tables meant for groups, with their laptops and notebooks, prevents other patrons from being able to sit down for a few minutes with a nice cup of something hot. I was craving a latte (my every day crave), so decided to swing by here and check it out. Super cute inside! I love the vibe, and the girl who took my order was a sweetheart! They have the coolest barn sliding door towards the back...I want one! lol I seriously love the atmosphere here. What is Blue Mountain exactly? They are a speciality coffee brand that boasts using more specialty beans from places like Kona and Ethiopia. Sounded interesting, and a nice change from my usual go-to spot. They have coffee, lattes, and other drink choices along with small plates, mainly desserts, which I avoided since I've been on a sugar craze lately. They also have croffles...yum! I decided to do different, and maybe that's where I went wrong. I opted for the white chocolate latte. I could not get past the super artificial taste of the syrup and also there was like 1/4 amount foam on top, rather than actual latte to drink. I was bummed. They are a little cheaper than Starbucks, but I didn't care for the syrup and also wished there hadn't been so much foam so I have to give it 3 stars. read more

A bit pricey, but worth it for me, especially as I'm not a regular. Great pastries, too. Try the Kouign Amanh or the Raspberry Cheese Danish. Coffee: choose between Blue Mountain, Yirgacheff, or Kona. (Ask, though, otherwise you get the default). Clean, brightly lit, muted instrumental music really help to keep conversation and sounds to a minimum. First time in, I thought "This is not for me. Not my scene." But it turns out "my scene" is great coffee and a relaxed atmosphere. Oh, and I drive 20 minutes to get here and pas many other options. It's that worthwhile to me. read more

Service was friendly and efficient. The drinks and food were served hot. We ordered coffee (friend's order--I can't remember the exact one), the almond croissant, and a hot chocolate. My hot chocolate was literally one of the best I've had. It had a genuine chocolate taste. Of the coffee shops we've visited in the area, this one was more on the quiet side. Had always passed this spot up based on thinking it was another location of Cafe Blue which I love the look of but felt like their cold brew, espresso and coffee was mediocre. So similar name not the same spot and this place will have me coming back. Blue Mountain Coffee was a real treat and I am glad I stopped in for a visit. I enjoyed the Dutch cold brew which uses a Ethiopian bean which was smooth but had good flavor notes. I had a double shot of espresso which was a single origin Espresso Kona bean was very flavorful and will have me coming back for sure. I admit first off, their lattes are pretty higher priced than average but I enjoy the variety of flavors they have so I don't mind it. They also have quite the variety of pastries and desserts (cakes) that go well with their coffees. I love croffles everywhere and this one also hits the spot. I will always order their Cookie Butter latte and my fiance will order the Lavender latte. I have more of a sweet tooth than my fiance and he's more on the mild sweetness side. I'm so glad it's close to home and they offer stamp cards and after 10 orders you get a free drink! I don't know when this place opened, but it was a surprise that I've never been here! It is located in Suwanee across the street from Umaido and close by to Horizon Theater and Anatolia. I love the vibes here. It's filled with lots of natural light and they have great choices for lattes and desserts. I don't really like to compare places, but it was kind of like the yin to the yang to Cafe Blue. I like Cafe Blue, but it is a little dark inside and dimly lit compared to here. I tried a cookie butter latte and we got a croffle. It didn't taste like cookie butter to me, but it was still a great latte and the chocolate croffle was amazing!
