Greek salad with Gyro
Jason H.

Wow! That Greek Salad made my day! The gyro was great too! The staff were friendly and quick and the place has this cool vibe. All in all a great find! And I felt great after eating there too! A great healthy option!

One of the best Mediterranean restaurants I've been to in a while. Everything was perfect from…read morefood, ambience, and service. Visited numerous times. A must experience!

When I posted my videos and photos of this restaurant on my IG, everyone reached out to me asking…read morehow it was because they had always wanted to try it here. I gave my honest opinion: Positive: -Beautiful interior with a lot of space for diners -Delicious foods with big proportions -Plenty of parking in a lit plaza Negative: -VERY slow service -Not greeted -No smile -Not very friendly Restaurant opens at 11:30 AM. I got there at 1 PM with my Aunt and there was nobody there. I went to the other side of the restaurant lingering and wondering if we should just go find our seat or stand there. There was another couple that was seated already. A server finally came out to deliver foods, don't even acknowledge us, and after putting her foods down, walked away. I had to stop her and asked if we seat ourselves. No hello, welcome, or anything. She didn't smile and only gestured something and walked away. We were confused and walked back to the other side where a man was at the register finally. We asked him the same thing and he went to go get the server lady. She finally took us to our booth. Again, didn't ask us if it's our first time, if we had any questions, nothing. The didn't let the lack of enthusiasm deter my mood because I am there to try out the foods. It took forever for the server to come back to get our order. Foods did arrived in a reasonable amount of time, big proportions, and everything tasted as good as it looks. Took us 2 hours from beginning to end dining there even though there were only 3 couples eating there, including us, during lunch on a Wednesday. That's how slow service was. I can't even imagine how it'll be during a big crowd on weekend nights. The prices were on the same level as Delbar and Rumi's. However, the other restaurants has top notch service. The service here acts as if we're doing them a favor by paying them for the foods. I will probably not come here again even though it's close to my area. If it still stands by next year, I will probably give them another chance.

Went to Tazikis (in Suwanee on Old Peachtree) for dinner tonight - not too impressed. Service was…read morefine but the food was only so-so. It used to be soooo much better. I had a lamb gyro, and my husband had the fish dinner (the fish is tilapia). I have had much better gyros elsewhere. AND when you try to serve my husband a burnt piece of fish - no go. I mean like I thought we mistakenly ordered blackened. I always wonder when someone SERVES you food like that. Did no one else notice that it was burnt? Did they hope we wouldn't notice? Did they REALLY think he was going to eat it that way without saying anything? My ONE question (ALL the time): "If you wouldn't eat it, why would you serve/sell it to someone else?" I usually get a blank stare because, at that point, there isn't a good answer. Yes, we had them remake it. The cook argued a bit with the girl at the counter about remaking it too. He lost. Oh - and part of the problem was that the cook's "crew" was hanging out in the dining room - their shifts were over but that didn't stop them from being a distraction and going in and out of the kitchen (Tazikis has an open kitchen area - visible from dining). Pic of the fish. (Again, this is supposed to be grilled NOT blackened). Already on the lookout for a better Greek restaurant in the area. Probably won't be our go-to anymore.

As a frequent eater and lover of Afghani food, this place was excellent and I've been here 3 times…read moreeven though it's quite far from me. Kabuli pillow (possibly wrong spelling) was the highlight, and best in town. In fact, it was so well prepared that we came back specifically from it. They claim to be the first and best afghani restaurant in town - and honestly this checks out. They have great starters/sharables too, best for me is always the betinjan (eggplant). I like the Mantu as well, but tbh, had much better mantu elsewhere. The highlight is the pillow. Just go there! Ambiance wise - very family friendly. Simple and quite interior, nothing fancy, great for families or parties who don't want much noise and just want to eat and enjoy a conversation. Great service as always.

Visited Ariana Kabob House for a quick, last minute lunch. The restaurant is conveniently located,…read moreclean and spacious, and there's a pretty extensive menu. The prices seemed fairly reasonable. Customer service was friendly and attentive. I opted to order the chicken kebab plate, and it was quite tasty. The portions were a bit smaller than expected, and the rice was slightly bland on flavor, but I enjoyed the chicken kebab and the garlic yogurt sauce. The cucumber salad was refreshing, and was a nice addition. The green chutney sauce was alright, but a little watery in texture. We had to eat quickly due to scheduling constraints, but they were quick with providing takeout boxes, and sauce cups to take home with our leftovers. Overall, a solid place to get some great Afghan food.
