This place is a gem! We were on the hunt for Greek food and took a gamble after looking at reviews. Mo's is in a strip mall with ample parking. There was a sign outside stating they were open every day....interesting. We were greeted immediately upon entering. The friendly gentleman behind the counter made some suggestions at our request....hummus, gyro platter and Mo's platter. After paying , we seated ourselves at a table. Nothing fancy, but neat and clean. The food came out quickly. Everything was fresh and hot. The hummus was served with hot pita bread, as well as veggies. It was very tasty. Then the platters followed. The gyro meat was nice sized chunks vs thin slivers. The accompanying sides were also great (Greek salad, pita bread, rice and fried potato slices). This was served with their homemade tzatziki. We were very satisfied with the portions, but more importantly, the taste and quality of the foods. I knew when the young man that took my order was wearing a hair net - my food was going to be the bomb! I ordered the Gyro Platter. It was delicious!!! The chips that come with it are thinly sliced and remind you of a homemade potato chip only fresher. The gyro is not that thinly sliced meat you get every where else. It is some nice hearty chunks. I have enough for tomorrow. Everything was made to order! My order was for carry out. I wish I had gotten the young man's name He was SO kind. That was refreshing. Oh nooo. Used to love this place. They changed Souvlaki Platter so it's no longer rice and grilled veggies. I don't really care for the new potatoes and salad instead that it comes with now. I don't know why they changed the menu. read more

The food was great. We had 3 gyro plates and a Persian sandwich. The gyro plates came with a salad which included a house-made oil and balsamic vinegar dressing, and the plates came with a large amount of house-made potato chips. While out and about this past Friday we decided to stop off for a falafel wrap as we have just become vegetarian, and this place was close by. I was not a big fan of the falafels that we received on our wraps they were very cakey and dense. They were not light and airy as we would've liked however, the flavors were definitely there, and the garlic sauce was really good. Unfortunately, I was not able to finish my wrap because I did not like the texture. The homemade potatoes were really good. The service we received was really good. We called our order in ahead of time and was able to pick it up within 10 minutes, I was also disappointed that they did not offer fountain drinks or ice.....only canned drinks were available. Wow loved my first experience here. The service is nice and courteous. They explain what's on the menu and give suggestions based on your liking. I tried the special mo's gyro with potatoes and my husband had the lamb sandwich. Both things were amazing and I will be definitely be coming back. The food was so fresh and reminded me of food I ate in Greece. So very authentic and delicious. They also have platters and salads etc. Their sitting space is set up nicely and the tables were nice and clean. High quality, healthy food, served up by kind people. The first thing that I noticed when I walked in was the sign telling of how olive oil is the only oil used in their cooking. This is something that I've been seeking out lately after learning about how bad some of these other oils are for us. The man who took our order was very patient with us as there was a lot to choose from on the menu. The food came out in a timely manner and was delicious! The owner came out during our meal with a quick hello and to check on our experience which we really appreciated. I love that they have the spice sumac sitting out on the tables. I had no clue what it was but tried it and really liked it. So, last night I ordered some sumac and will be enjoying it at home in the next day or two. I discovered this place and ordered the eggplant platter. It was supposed to come with sautéed eggplant, sautéed vegetables, and Greek potatoes. Instead, I got baba ganoush, potato chips instead of Greek potatoes, and no sautéed vegetables. When I called, they claimed this is how they make it, which makes no sense because baba ganoush is listed separately on their menu and what I received was basically that. The hummus tastes old. They didn't even try to fix the issue when I called. They seem nice, but it feels like they just served me whatever they had ready instead of what I ordered. A friend found this spot so we stopped by for lunch. She had the spicy gyro wrap and said it's the right amount of spice. It's not overpowered by hot sauce but still has a good kick. I tried the regular gyro and loved it. It comes with "potatoes" but they're more like chips. Not what I was expecting but still tasted good. OMG!!!! This place almost had me in tears it was so good!!!! I traveled to Greece and Turkey 2 years ago and this food brought me right back. Everything was so fresh and felt like it had to much love in it. Super cute little family place, feels very homey and the service was incredible. We got the dolmatos and the beef kabob. We were in the mood for gyros today and found this GEM! First timers to Mo's Gyro & Kabob, and already thinking about our next visit ! My husband and I both had gyros, i had the amazingly yummy greek potatoes with mine, he had onion rings. Omg, so fresh and fabulous! The greek potatoes are sliced thin and scrumptious, they came out hot (i love that!!!). The gyro was very tasty as well. Please don't hesitate a moment, pick this place and support this local business. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Restaurant was very clean and organized. Its in a small strip mall behind a gas station. Once our food arrived, the chef came out to check on us. We spoke about the menu, how everything is made from scratch (using olive oil), etc. We already discussed the chicken Philly sandwich he's going to make me on our next visit - can't wait! They are open on Saturdays. I saw a few reviews that mentioned they weren't - maybe this is a recent change, but I did want to share that they are open Saturdays (till 3 for now but that may increase). I've heard very good things about this place for quite some time. So glad we finally tried it out! My family will be back here! The owner is very friendly and is proud of his food. Soups are made from scratch daily and he uses organic beans too. The pita bread is baked daily as well. This guy cares about the quality of the ingredients and you can taste it. I had the Mo's Combo salad and the lettuce, cucumbers, bell peppers, red onions, etc. we're all so crisp and fresh. The chicken and gyro meats were delicious! The kids Mo's Fun Basket is a great deal and includes chicken made from scratch and not frozen. The owner pointed this out to us when ordering. The Gyro Platter was generous with meat, pita, feta, Taziki sauce and a fresh side salad. The lamb soup was delicious with chunks of lamb, organic beans in a rich broth. Great for to go when winter comes. This place is tucked away in a plaza next to a gas station. It's small inside but very clean and bright. Mo's is a small, unassuming place you should not pass by. The food is always fresh and delicious. We've dined in a time or two, but we usually get takeout. Sometimes they offer a drink or a sample while you wait, which is a bonus! If you're eating there, get the greek potatoes. If you're getting takeout, go with the fries, as they tend to hold up better. The gyros are large and they have a few different proteins to choose from, in addition to falafel. The grape leaves are seasoned perfectly and have just the right amount of oil. The side of hummus is large, so make sure you order some extra pita. That would be my only "complaint", last time I ordered a side of hummus, it came with a few thin strips of green pepper, 2 baby carrots, 1 pepperoncini, and 1 pita (full size). There was so much hummus left, luckily I had some veggies in the fridge to finish it the next day. read more
