Very dissatisfied compared to previous visits. Wings (portions, not whole wings) were tiny (but tasty). Rice serving skimpy compared to prior visits. Onion rings not as good as before (new batter?). New to-go packaging creates smaller portions. For the price, we will not be going back. read more

And I told him to make sure my lemon pepper dry rub was spread evenly throughout the chicken wings and to add extra he looked at me like I was talking a different language he said I can use the lemon pepper shakers to add extra lemon pepper Food: I received my chicken wings, and whoever was in the back, only put the lemon pepper throne on the side on top of the chicken wings. When I flipped them over they were playing. I added the lemon pepper shaker on it, but it wouldn't stick because the grease was already dried up by the chicken. I made my complaints. I have tried this restaurant a few times and never dined in. Staff is polite and friendly. The seasoning on the wings are good but each time I have tried the wings they have been tiny. I may be used to hormone injected wings but these seem especially small in comparison to other wing joints. It is more like eating seasoning than chicken wings. read more

Ordered three plain cheeseburgers and requested condiments on the side. Got them home to eat and they were fully loaded and soggy. Inedible. They have great steak subs but the big negative is their inconsistency. Out of let's say five times I've bought their large beef sub they've only got it right twice. The other times it's literally what seems to be a rolled up sub that looks more like a wrap with a portion of beef inside. It was more like one of their smaller offerings. I'm also starting to think that the reason it looked like a wrap and not a sub was due to it being prepared earlier and kept wrapped in storage until they reheated it. We were in the area and wanted something different than we usually eat and stumbled upon this place. We were very excited to give it a try. It was around 2:30pm and there were no other customers in the restaurant. We ordered a cheesesteak sandwich (meat & onions only) and a 5-pc chicken tender. After waiting 10 minutes for the food to be prepared they brought it out for us to check (it was a to-go order). The tenders looked good but the cheesesteak had mushrooms... so back to the kitchen. After a few minutes, the correct sandwich was presented and we left. Since we were traveling we parked in a shady spot in the parking lot to eat in the car. Both the sandwich and tenders were inedible. The steak meat was so chewy you couldn't get through it and the tenders were chewy as well. We've experienced this with cheesesteaks before but never tenders. We actually bought the 5-pk in case the cheesesteak turned out bad. We were so disappointed because we were hoping this would be a new spot for us to eat when in the area. So almost $15 worth of food went into the garbage. read more

This place is new. I know kinks need to be worked out. I went a couple weeks ago and ordered wings. It took 45 minutes for me to get my food. The young lady working boyfriend came in and got his food in 5-10 minutes as several of us waited. I went up and asked about my food after 30 minutes and they said a few minutes. I younger man from Publix came after me and got his food first. But he did wait a while as well. He said he had to go. Assuming he was on his break. I ordered WINGS AND FRIES. The female owner came and apologized and gave me a coupon. Then after 40 minutes of waiting she said she didn't know why the kitchen was behind. The food was awful. The wings were fried very hard and dry. The fries were burnt and had the burnt taste. So yesterday I used my coupon. I order a turkey burger and wings. The turkey burger first of all was over priced. $8 with no drink or fries. The turkey burger literally tasted like a hot dog. The texture was very weird. I took 2 bites and tossed it. The fries had the same burnt look and taste but this time also taste like onions. I will not be going back anytime soon. American Deli it is for the win right now. read more
