I would give this Burger King zero stars. The last time the buns were old and hard from our drive thru order. This time we went in, NO ONE out of all the laughing teens working, came to take our order. We stood patiently waiting, they saw us and were close but did not respond at all. As we were walking out, the young girl laughed. She may even was the acting manager. I would say this was a racial issue too. Cold and wrong I ordered the Philly King and it was served cold on Non toasted sourdough. Disgusting again Tried it again after a few months and it hasn't changed at all! This is the second time i go there . I waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru . I order a double wapper meal and some chicken nuggets. When i got home i open the bag , they only give me a the bread with mayonnaise and a lot onions and no fries when clearly order a meal . Im really surprise this place still open . Ok this is a fast good restaurant. Yes fast, but it's one of the worst B.K.'s I've been to. As I sat and watched they didnt get but about a 1/3 of the orders right. Out of the dozen or so people that left with to go orders 5 people came back missing items. Their drive through was backed up and they asked people to pull foward to "try" and move the line. Their coke machine was out of most of the syrups so no mixed drinks. The ketchup dispenser was empty, so every person would walk up push the plunger, then have to go ask for packets of ketchup. Their icy drink machine was broken, one of the workers had broken the handle. The only thing that was good was the workers. They were very thoughtful and helped every customer as best they could. I watched as a gentleman ordered a whopper, extra onions, add mustard, and have it cut in half. The worker read the order back just as he asked and they made sure it was just as he ordered. They greeted everyone and were her pleasant, even though they were struggling without apparent leadership. read more

I ordered a whopper with no pickles. I got a whopper with 5 PICKLES, 2 PATTIES and no lettuce or tomatoes. Just get peoples orders right! And this is the only fast food place where I have to park and wait for my food almost every single time! read more

The last 5 or 6 times I've been here, they have made my order wrong in some way. The food is almost always cold too. It's almost as if they are hard of hearing. Whoever is the Owner of this location needs to review and audit their investment for this location. After 8PM, this location turns into a ghost town and the small staff hides and run to the back of the restaurant for customers to think that this location is closed. I waited 20min in drive thru after the server asked to "Please hold..." and then left and returned. I drove up to the drive thru window and a member of the team who was twisting on his hair looked out the window and returned to the back. The location do not close according to google until 10PM. Why are the doors locked and no customer service available after 8PM? If you're closed you need to inform the customers who drive up to the intercom that you're closed. The parking lot and lights around the building are off except for at the register. You need to do better before you get shutdown. You need to hire as soon as possible because there are too many people in need of jobs. No excuse for this type of service. I cannot submit without giving at least 1 star, and this is why you have the 1 single star. If at possible this location would receive 0 starts. read more

Whoever works Mondays really late shift like at 1:30 should be fired. I came at 1:30 am and was not given service. I even got out of my car to check what time this specific burger King closed to be sure. I am a waitress myself and if I half to wait till the minute to close to refuse service I expect the same from other places. Nobody even said hi we are closed even though people were in there. The driver in front of me was finally handed a bag but must have been the wrong order because he handed it back and waited at least 5 more minutes for his food. When it was my turn, the employee at the window had a horrible attitude even though I was very polite to her. She acted like she was angry any customers were there at all. DO NOT EAT HERE. We were in the drive thru and waited forever to get to the window to pay even though there was only one car ahead of us. Upon waiting, we saw the drive thru worker hand the people in front of us a large bag of food. Saw them put their hands all through it, only to find out it was not their food and give it back to the worker. We pull up, pay for our food, and then they try to give us that same bag of food. I asked if this was the bag they just gave and got back from the car in front of us. She proceeds to tell me it was, but "they didn't touch it very much." I ask for a refund. When the manager comes up to give our money back, about 10 minutes later, I relay what happened to him, and he acted like that was common practice, no big deal and no apology. read more

When your job is customer service .... to take orders and fulfill them .... how are you going to give a customer attitude as if the customer is interrupting your day! Then the customer has to repeat his order three times over the intercom, then confirm the order at the window and it's still wrong! You got to be kidding me! Horrible service! I went through the drive thru and noticed Burger King had buffalo chicken strips. I inquired with the young lady taking my order whether or not the strips would be hot and spicy. Someone named Jess in the background said "what the fuck does she think we are serving it cold". When I reached the window, I asked you said it and both girls were speechless. They did not know that I heard them. I therefore requested a manager and they sent one of their colleagues. I called today for the district manager number and was told by the assistant manager Jasmine to call back after 2pm because she was the only one with access to the number and they were getting ready for the lunch crowd. This was not appropriate and extremely unprofessional . I have went ahead and registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
