The worst location . They open and close then they want to. Never have the menu items. Just close it down at this point.

It's so unfortunate that the closest Burger King to my house is probably the worst out of all. I'm surprised this location is still open.

I got the lemon pepper wings. They are dry rubbed. They were crispy, well seasoned, and juicy. I've made them at home and now I don't have to. My husband got the Katie's special flavor wings. They were wet. It was a mixture of garlic and buffalo and something else. He liked it a lot. The wings were served with celery and wet wipes. We got ranch dressing cause we don't care for blue cheese. Mike did a great job. Drinks: we ordered the pineapple upside down cocktail as a shot x 2 delicious both times. Tasted just like a pineapple upside down cake. We ordered the Piña colada: Delicious. The Havana Breeze: Delicious. The Café Con Leche Martini: Delicious. This is because Kaitlyn is a great bartender. Attentive. The bathrooms are clean. They are still cramped but that's the space constraints not fault of Katie's. The floors are not greasy and slippery. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. The music is perfect volume. They were hosting poker night and it was a decent crowd. Not loud. Everything was just nice. And these days nice is wonderful. It was a great upgrade from our experience 1 year ago and a welcomed change. Thanks Adam for convincing us to try this hometown gem. We will be back.

Not good. I have been here before a few years back and had some very good burgers. My wife and I…read moresaw they were running a Sunday meal deal where you could get 3 courses for $20. The options looked good salads and deserts and a decent seeming selection of mains. It was a mistake. I had my eyes on the mac bites so I ordered an extra appetizer and they were the best thing about the meal. They are the only reason for the 2nd star. The salads were salads nothing special or bad. The main dishes were where the bad began. My wife got the chop steak (a favorite of hers at home) with mash and broccoli. I got the Shrimp and Grits. The whole theme of the meal was "overcooked." The chop steak was dry and crumbling the sauce was almost sour. The broccoli was covered in clumpy seasoned butter (not bad tasting just poorly prepared) the mash was under seasoned. The Shrimp and Grits was a disaster from the beginning. The dish was served so hot, that the shrimp, no matter how they were cooked before, were over cooked and rubbery by the time the dish was cooled enough to eat. The sauce on top was scalding hot with chunks of undercooked plbell peppers (how they managed that I am nor sure). The grits were way too wet and were flavored only by the sauce. Desert was no exception to the disappointment. My wifes brownie was meh at best, but the creme brulee was a travesty. The sugar crust was way too thick and unevenly torched. I (a guy who loves hard candy and jaw breakers) could not eat the torched sugar because it was harder than rock and again, way too thick. The creme was nice but after having to excavate it from under the polar ice caps of sugar it was not worth it. Service was also not amazing. After a good start ordering and appetizers, the waiter disappeared for a long time. I needed to ask another waiter for some extra napkins and a spoon (grits were too watery) after over 10 minutes with no sign of our original waiter. This would have been somewhat acceptable if they had been busy, but there were less than 5 occupied tables in the building. Over all not a place I'd go back to any time soon. Maybe in a few years more time we'll try again and stick to the burgers.

I was…read moreliterally just sitting in traffic in Grayson, Georgia, when I noticed the spot tucked in like a hidden treasure. Decided to swing in for a quick drink and a bite... and let me just say, this place delivered. I grabbed a seat outside, and it was the kind of patio setting that just feels good. You know the type--families laughing over dinner, couples sharing wine flights, girls' night energy in full swing, and even a few solo sippers like myself just soaking in the peace. The vibe is cozy, inviting, and full of life, like the conversations around me were about to turn into lifelong memories. Now let's talk service--because Nico? An absolute gem. Attentive without hovering, super kind, and clearly knew the menu like the back of his hand. You can tell he actually cares about your experience. He made sure everything I ordered came out perfectly, gave great pairing suggestions, and his energy added so much to the night. For food, I stuck with tapas and still left impressed. I had the beef empanadas, which came with this creamy, tangy aioli-style sauce that just elevated every bite. Perfectly crisp on the outside, juicy and flavorful inside--5/5, no hesitation. Then came the fried pork ceviche--and wow. The citrus was bold in the best way, that fresh lime flavor dancing through every bite, paired with pickled onions that gave it this addicting tang. Light, bright, but still rich thanks to that crisp pork. Another 5/5, easy. The wine list? Straight-up elite. They casually have Caymus and Grgich Hills chilling on the menu like it's no big deal--by the bottle, of course (and if you know, you know). Definitely a spot where wine lovers can treat themselves without the drive into the city. I only scratched the surface with the tapas, but I'll absolutely be back for the full entrée experience. Whether you want a solo night with a glass of something special, a romantic evening, or a laid-back hang with friends, Meraki hits all the right notes. A wine bar this good, this close to home? Yeah... traffic's never been so rewarding. Note to self: next time, fake a traffic jam just to justify stopping again.

The owner was so nice, giving us coffee on the house. This food was like a hug. The restaurant felt like going home. The food was FRESH to order and didn't take a ridiculous time to come out. We drove 25 minutes to get here and it was worth the drive. This isn't just a restaurant, it's a family, a family that's welcomed you in with love in the form of food.
