Bro I just love it when I'm in there and get a hamburger it taste good and when I'm wit my honey we love eachother and kiss in there and they don't kick us out they so sweet there and they let me play in the playground

Eat at home! Waiting and waiting for ever. I think they only focus on the drive thru.

Terrible service worse customer service. Order your food on the computer kiosk. Wait for food. But be ready to wait. Forever. Go up to the counter only for no human to ever actually acknowledge you're a living breathing customer who needs help. We ordered and paid for two cookies for our three year old but 20 minutes later no cookies and no actual human interaction. We asked if we could have cookies. We were told yes. But still no cookies. This establishment is run by kids who do not care about their job.

I waited 17 minutes in the drive through for this. And the chicken is tough... can't even bite through it.

Only found this location by accident and it was the best accident we ever made. We travel to…read moreGrayson for a doctor and it is a long, annoying trip to make from where we live, depending on traffic, which is almost an hour away from our house. Every week I have this appointment for the last almost 2 years. One day, I missed my road and we saw this coffee shop. We stopped out of pure frustration at being a little lost and so we pulled in- rather than trying to find our way back to the other end of town we were more familiar with. The first time we tried it- it was an experience. My son and I were very impressed at the flavor profiles and on how they actually prepare the drinks. He is a trained barista that has turned into a coffee snob. There are steps to take to make sure the coffee and espresso is done right and a lot of larger coffee shops just don't take the time to care. We could tell with one sip that the staff did it right. The temperature, the taste, the added flavors- all were perfect. We have a very specific order and while my son will experiment with flavors- I prefer the content of caffeine to guide my purchase. The staff was amazing at suggesting different options and worked with me to create the perfect drink. Now I I get it every week. I actually look forward to my appointments because I have the excuse to get the best coffee around... or at least within an hour's drive from my home. The staff at this location also remembers you. I know they have a lot of customers, but when they can recognize your voice in the speaker and remember your typical order- that's just a more personal experience and welcoming on a different level. I really appreciate the "goodies" that Scooters offer. When I come through and I am given a sticker, badge or duck- I feel like I am an important part of Scooters and that they are actually appreciating me-when they don't even realize that without that beverage, I'd be a completely different person. The biggest problem with Scooters is that there is not a location closer to my house. My son and I even looked into starting a location of our own, but we don't have the capital to put down. We love it so much we looked into starting a whole business based on our addiction... that's pretty wild. The owner at this location really gets involved, too. That is a cool that he is actually a part of the Scooters family, not just an overseer. He works along side his staff and has a smile on his face while doing it. All the staff they have had have been wonderful and one recently moved and it kinda broke our heart to know she wouldn't be at the window next week. But, I know that another one of the people there will step up and fill her spot with another big smile and great customer service.

After you finish ordering, they tell you to "scoot around," which I thought was really cute . Overall, I was satisfied.

I ordered the chopped salmon with onions and peppers, scrambled eggs, and grits. Everything was cooked perfectly. The eggs were fluffy, the grits were seasoned so well I didn't even need to add salt, and the chopped salmon reminded me of delicious salmon croquettes. Even the sauce and honey biscuit were outstanding. I enjoyed every bite and would absolutely order again. 10/10--I'm genuinely impressed!

The gravy was like a punch in the face, but in a good way. Packed with flavor I had never experienced. The fried chicken was SEASONED like your Southern Grandma made it (if I had a southern grandma), the waffle was crisp yet soft and fluffy with a delightful sweetness that was not over powering. The owner was so nice, giving us coffee on the house. This food was like a hug. The restaurant felt like going home. The food was FRESH to order and didn't take a ridiculous time to come out. We drove 25 minutes to get here and it was worth the drive. This isn't just a restaurant, it's a family, a family that's welcomed you in with love in the form of food. I wish I had taken photos of what we had but gosh darn it if we weren't floating on cloud nine from the flavors.
