Excellent drive thru experience other than there was a bit of a backup. The workers were friendly and helpful. The person taking our order had trouble adding my code from the app and (although he said I could), I couldn't find a way to add a deal to my code. To move the transaction forward, he asked for us to just place the order and promised we could fix it at the first window. The young lady at the first window was pleasant and efficient. She took one look at the deal we were trying to add was immediately able to decipher we had it wrong. She explained that it is only available for mobile orders but noted that she would honor it. It took her about 5 seconds to adjust our price and begin collecting payment. The order was filled correctly. The food was hot and prepared well. Great experience! read more

I do not work here. I am not a cashier. Therefore I should not be taking my own order at them kiosk's. Now if I were getting two hour minimum work wage for taking my own order? I would be happy to use those kiosk's. But I Tired of your lazy slack ass workers that won't come to the register some of the times when I come here. Often not getting what I ordered. Your hiring practices need to improve much better. Also I seen a young man with his hands in his pockets like he was totally not into his job. Again hiring the right individuals and you won't have this kind of work force. Some need to stuff their hair up in their nets also. They are just lazily putting it on and their hair is all out. Props to this location. I ordered curbside and the service very prompt and friendly. They included extra napkins and butter for my biscuits and plastic ware without even asking! The biscuits and sausage McMuffin were very good and hot. They deserve high marks. read more

Go up to the counter only for no human to ever actually acknowledge you're a living breathing customer who needs help. Nothing like spending 150$ on gift cards only to be treated like a disruption to the day at 1:45pm at your local McDonalds. Stopped by my local McDonalds to purchase 15 - $10 gift cards for a project and being treated like this makes me wonder about the local and district level leadership. I believe it was the Manager but none the less a female leader came over while the cards were being activated and demanded, not really asking but in a demanding manner to see my drivers license which I produced. Then asked me for the CC used and when I said I used Apple Pay, she was none too happy and proceed to leave the area while the rest of cards were being activated. WOW. read more

In the early morning hours of 9/11/2021 I found myself at McDonald's drive thru for some late night dinner and I noticed a Gwinnett County Police Cruiser behind me. I drove up to the 1st window (pay window) and asked to pay for their order as well. The associate said that it wasn't necessary as that, per restaurant policy, they do not charge Police, EMS or Fire for food. Good for them. If I could do lower, I would. Came by here after a long night at work to get a sandwich for dinner. Was told by the cashier to wait, then was soon after told to pull up to the window for someone to take my order. Meanwhile, the other cashier begins taking the other car in line. What? So I asked why my order couldn't be taken if theirs is being taken - to which the cashier replied "cuz I'm busy that's why." If you're so busy, then why is the drive thru lane open and why are you with a headset? You weren't too busy to talk to me about all of that. Your staff needs better guest service. Im a manager at a restaurant myself, and I've never told a guest that I'm too busy to help them. I understand being short staff, but not such bad guest service. We were in the drive thru patiently waiting for our food at the window. After five minutes we finally got our food and began to drive off. The lady that handed us the food waited for us to start to leave, stuck her head out the window and said "there, now y'all can get the fuck out of my drive thru." I have a standard breakfast order that I have had nearly as long as McDonalds has had breakfast; a sausage egg & cheese biscuit with the cheese in the middle (between the sausage and egg). I like it prepared this way because the cheese doesn't melt into the biscuit and in my opinion the difference is very noticeable. This location got it right the first time and, by the time I paid they were waiting hot and fresh at the window. A new record for order accuracy and time from any other McDonalds I have been too that's for sure. As far as mcdonalds goes this place rocks! The workers are super friendly and the play area is much cleaner than most others nearby! The newer atmosphere is also a plus.
