Little Cheeseburger (lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles) Really? The small pieces you see are from Five Guys.
    Latasha R.

You do see the picture right? This is not what I expect from a $9.00+ cheeseburger. Each year it seems like Five Guys goes down in quality, at least at this location. The lettuce was soggy and barely there. The pickles were soggy, small and flat and not even fully in tact. The onions were all smashed into the top bun. So glad I didn't get my condiments (mustard and ketchup) on it...... So after picking it up and getting home to see this mess (I've gotten better tasting and looking burgers from Wendy's for less than $3), I warmed up the meat, placed lettuce and pickles from my refrigerator on top and added ketchup and mustard. There is no way I should be doing anything, and definitely not that much on a burger I purchased for over $9. No way. Please see my second picture of how their burgers are represented on DoorDash. Now I know it's not going to look like that picture but I expect it to be significantly better than what I received. DO BETTER!

I placed my order over the phone and the person who took my order was very polite. When I entered the building I was greeted immediately. Everyone looked like they were getting ready for a busy day and despite all the staff wearing their face mask I could see a smile through their eyes. When I got into my car and looked inside the paper bag, my fries looked picture perfect "crispy-golden" and they tasted amazing. At the bottom of the bag you can peep my burger and let me just tell you that it is a must try! Five Guys Loganville Staff, keep up the great work!!!

I think a lot of the staff was training. Makes for slow service. Overall still good.

The burgers and fries are great. Might be a little pricey but well worth it. Service staff are very nice. The restaurant is very clean.

Not good. I have been here before a few years back and had some very good burgers. My wife and I…read moresaw they were running a Sunday meal deal where you could get 3 courses for $20. The options looked good salads and deserts and a decent seeming selection of mains. It was a mistake. I had my eyes on the mac bites so I ordered an extra appetizer and they were the best thing about the meal. They are the only reason for the 2nd star. The salads were salads nothing special or bad. The main dishes were where the bad began. My wife got the chop steak (a favorite of hers at home) with mash and broccoli. I got the Shrimp and Grits. The whole theme of the meal was "overcooked." The chop steak was dry and crumbling the sauce was almost sour. The broccoli was covered in clumpy seasoned butter (not bad tasting just poorly prepared) the mash was under seasoned. The Shrimp and Grits was a disaster from the beginning. The dish was served so hot, that the shrimp, no matter how they were cooked before, were over cooked and rubbery by the time the dish was cooled enough to eat. The sauce on top was scalding hot with chunks of undercooked plbell peppers (how they managed that I am nor sure). The grits were way too wet and were flavored only by the sauce. Desert was no exception to the disappointment. My wifes brownie was meh at best, but the creme brulee was a travesty. The sugar crust was way too thick and unevenly torched. I (a guy who loves hard candy and jaw breakers) could not eat the torched sugar because it was harder than rock and again, way too thick. The creme was nice but after having to excavate it from under the polar ice caps of sugar it was not worth it. Service was also not amazing. After a good start ordering and appetizers, the waiter disappeared for a long time. I needed to ask another waiter for some extra napkins and a spoon (grits were too watery) after over 10 minutes with no sign of our original waiter. This would have been somewhat acceptable if they had been busy, but there were less than 5 occupied tables in the building. Over all not a place I'd go back to any time soon. Maybe in a few years more time we'll try again and stick to the burgers.

Very well thought out menu. Great execution. All delicious and fresh. Will go there often.read more

I got the lemon pepper wings. They are dry rubbed. They were crispy, well seasoned, and juicy. I've made them at home and now I don't have to. My husband got the Katie's special flavor wings. They were wet. It was a mixture of garlic and buffalo and something else. He liked it a lot. The wings were served with celery and wet wipes. We got ranch dressing cause we don't care for blue cheese. Mike did a great job. Drinks: we ordered the pineapple upside down cocktail as a shot x 2 delicious both times. Tasted just like a pineapple upside down cake. We ordered the Piña colada: Delicious. The Havana Breeze: Delicious. The Café Con Leche Martini: Delicious. This is because Kaitlyn is a great bartender. Attentive. The bathrooms are clean. They are still cramped but that's the space constraints not fault of Katie's. The floors are not greasy and slippery. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. The music is perfect volume. They were hosting poker night and it was a decent crowd. Not loud. Everything was just nice. And these days nice is wonderful. It was a great upgrade from our experience 1 year ago and a welcomed change. Thanks Adam for convincing us to try this hometown gem. We will be back.

The service was very family oriented because she helped me decide what I wanted like she knew me for a while haha. Come to find out it is a family establishment. Listen! I ate and left no crumbs...literally!…read more I was looking for a breakfast spot and this place popped up. It's one of those places that you don't know exist unless you know it's there. It's located on the corner of Webb Ginn Rd and Grayson Hwy and is connected to a Shell gas station. When I walked in, it reminded me of someone's kitchen, which I really loved. Very warm and inviting. There were pictures on the wall of different celebrities. I'm a big OutKast fan so I definitely enjoyed them paying homage to OutKast and of course my Falcons. So the restaurant is New York City food infused with southern comfort which is so intriguing to me. They have a very nice and expansive menu from seafood, burgers, and breakfast items. They even have vegan options as well. The kind lady that took my order did say that everything on the menu is sold all day. I asked her how long had they been open and she said last June made a year. I ordered the shrimp and grits and the Oreo cookie crunch cheesecake but to my horror, the kind lady said something about they did not have dessert. Now I'm not sure if they had ran out or just wasn't serving dessert at that time but it was just after 11am when I got there, so it was lunch time hours. Needless to say, I was disappointed but the food definitely made up for me. The shrimp and grits were AMAZING! The sauce was what really did it. The biscuit had like a honey topping and was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The portion size was perfect! I'm thinking really hard y'all but honestly, I have to say that, that was the BEST shrimp and grits I've ever had. I'm looking forward to going back and getting that Oreo cheesecake and I really want to try the hoagie.
