Heard tons about how great Give Guys was... Worst burger I ever had! Ordered a bacon CHEESEBURGER and got a dried out, plain bacon burger with NO CHEESE. It was 50° outside and they had the AC cranked to 100. Told the dumbass chick who botched the order, and with a "I don't give a damn" attitude told me "corporate regulates it". This is out second trip to Five Guys in Loganville. Both times Skyler handled our phone-in order. He answered all our first timer questions and made sure our order was correct. He was polite and patient with us. The food was yummy and having free peanuts to crunch while waiting was a nice perk. read more

You do see the picture right? This is not what I expect from a $9.00+ cheeseburger. Each year it seems like Five Guys goes down in quality, at least at this location. The lettuce was soggy and barely there. The pickles were soggy, small and flat and not even fully in tact. The onions were all smashed into the top bun. So glad I didn't get my condiments (mustard and ketchup) on it...... So after picking it up and getting home to see this mess (I've gotten better tasting and looking burgers from Wendy's for less than $3), I warmed up the meat, placed lettuce and pickles from my refrigerator on top and added ketchup and mustard. There is no way I should be doing anything, and definitely not that much on a burger I purchased for over $9. No way. Please see my second picture of how their burgers are represented on DoorDash. I placed my order over the phone and the person who took my order was very polite. When I entered the building I was greeted immediately. Everyone looked like they were getting ready for a busy day and despite all the staff wearing their face mask I could see a smile through their eyes. When I got into my car and looked inside the paper bag, my fries looked picture perfect "crispy-golden" and they tasted amazing. I am EXTREMELY Frustrated with the customer service and quality of food at this location! If I could give it negative 5 stars I would! I placed my order over the phone. I ordered a double bacon cheese burger with small fries and a drink. I ordered it to go. After I picked up my food and started driving back home, I noticed something was off about the taste of my burger when I bit into it. After the 2nd bite, I pulled over and opened my sandwich, the bacon tasted old and it was burnt to a crisp. I turned around and went back to the location and talked to Skyler. I explained my issue about my burger to him. Instead of him automatically offering to remake my sandwich he insulted me by offering to give me a extra meat patty. He admitted that he prepped the bacon and to the quality of the bacon being off. I couldn't believe it!! I asked him if he could just remake my sandwich! He huffed and said I guess I can make it. I told him I don't want an extra meat patty or anything else EXTRA!!! All I want was what I paid for. At that point, I said just give me my refund. After making that statement, he offered to remake my food. I didn't want it then because he initially acted as if he didn't want to make it. For all I know, he could have don't something unsafe to my food. Skyler didn't try to fix the situation at all. I asked for corp. number and he responded you have to look them up. I gave him my card to give me a refund and then I left. After making more than half way home, I looked at my refund and it was only for the burger which account for only about 50% of what I actually spent. He did not give me a refund. I made a u-turn to go back to give Skyler a piece of my mind but the location had already closed for the night. I have spent my hard earned money with Five Guys for over 3 decades and this was the WORST service I have ever received!!!! Been eating at Five Guys in Loganville since it opened and loved their food till last visit. First the drink machine was out of good many of the drinks on the screen. When we got our food the burgers did not taste like they have in the past. They did not taste as fresh as I remembered the last time we were in. But the most surprising was the amount of the fries was below half the size we normally get when we ordered them last And of course the price had risen quite a good bit last time too. Right now during the present economy we are are very selective on where we spend our splurge eating out and have taken many restaurants off of our list to spend our money at and Five Guys is in jeopardy of being put on that list. read more

Went to this five guys tonight not much to say here besides I tried to handle this situation the best I could and still got screwed by the manager. So short story shorter, came here ordered a bacon cheeseburger found a hair in it. Pulled the cook aside to show him to avoid causing a scene they decided to refund our meal because we didn't want their food anymore I had only taken a few bites and she hadn't even taken a bite of her burger yet. We preceded to throw everything away besides the drinks and go get our refund and the manager decides to refund us for everything but the drinks, interesting choice to still charge us for our drinks. read more

When I got home to enjoy my meal with my family, I found a extremely long hair in my fries. I was disgusted especially since we're in the middle of a pandemic. I called the store to speak to the manager and voice my complaint. The manager on duty's name was Michael. He told me the most he could do is remake the fries for me. I originally agreed but a few minutes later I reconsidered and requested a refund for my meal. He said that I would have to return all of the food to the store in order to get a refund however I didn't discover the hair in the fries until after my family had started eating. I shouldn't have to spend additional time away from my family and use more of my gas to come back up to the store when the situation could have been handled over the phone. I wasn't able to eat any of my food because of this and I've had to take extra time out of my night to write this complaint. read more

Stopped in here recently for a fast lunch. Disappointment continues. BC (before covid aka the zombie mask pandemic) came here a lot. Burgers were good. Fried were plentiful and delicious. Recently not so much. Burgers have shrunk from decent patty size to now barely bun size and thin as cardboard. Don't know if it's a corporate objective or a local store initiative. I only know that food quality is less than before. Food quantity is less than before. And our disappointment is more and our patronage is now far less. read more

Five Guys do have good burgers and fries, fries were recently voted the best there is by somebody's poll and they do give you plenty. My main complaint is the price of burgers and fries. I ordered I hamburger, 1 small cheeseburger,1 regular fry, no drinks, total 18.50, basically 20 bucks. Kind of expensive if ya ask me. They offer no discounts, no coupons, but they will give ya some peanuts, gee thanks. I will return, just not very often. Too expensive.Not real pic btw. read more

The food is always good - HOWEVER do not eat in the restaurant - It is ALWAYS too COLD...in the summer you need a jacket - but Now that the weather is COLD it is miserable to sit and eat with your coat on, I know the people cooking are hot - but the customers are cold. There were 4 men eating inside and every one of them was wearing their coat. Not a pleasant dining experience. read more

Had the Bacon Cheese of course and it was juicy and hot as always. Didn't much care for all the white lettuce, but other than that no complaints. Our single bag of fries, seemed a bit light on quantity...we finished them ALL. I guess they are getting hip to the fact that folks are only ordering one bag and making do with that. We used to come to this location frequently, but had to stop due to the burgers falling in quality, and everything being overpriced. Plus they stopped giving a lot of fries on the large order, so it just wasn't worth the high prices. It had become sub-par food at a very high price. That changed last month on 8/30/19 when we decided to give it another try. There was a very friendly, high energy staff, lead by Tony. Hayley took our order, and Tony cooked it and called our number. I've never seen such smiling, happy, and polite people working at a Five Guys. It was obvious that they all enjoyed working together and had fun. Guess that rubbed off on the food, because it was delicious. Tony also gave us plenty of fries, so we didn't leave hungry. It also seemed like the prices of the fries weren't as expensive, so we left there completely satisfied and very happy. I hope this wonderful trend, and lower prices, will continue. I ordered online and was alerted my order would be ready in 8 minutes. I got to the store 10 minutes later, only to wait 40 minutes for my order. I know it was a busy Friday night, but the manager should have planned accordingly and had more than one fry cook working. By the time I got my order my burgers were cold. Food is always great - I love the fries, especially the quantity. Burgers are always hot and fresh. It's a great atmosphere with interesting music always playing. This is a fine establishment. You can get some of the best burgers in town hands down here. There's plenty of cheese, bacon, chili, and fries to give you a massive coronary at any age, but in a good way if you know what I mean. The hot dogs are quite delicious and I believe they improved their fries a bit also, less mushy now. The food was excellent and well prepared. The moment I popped a fry in my mouth I was yelling "DAMN, DAMN, DAAAAMNNNN!!!!" Lol. The fries, very crisp, and perfectly cooked. The burger buns were well toasted. The beef patty was perfectly chared and perfectly cooked, to order. It was a clean place, the staff was polite and the the atmosphere was welcoming.
