I genuinely tried to avoid writing this review because I know the restaurant industry is challenging, and everyone has an off day. Unfortunately, after months of consistently poor service and repeated order inaccuracies, I've reached the point where I feel obligated to share my experience. Ironically, the visit that finally pushed me to write this review started on a high note. I opened the Sonic app and was congratulated for reaching Star Status, earning 11 points for every $1 spent. I thought, "Great! They appreciate loyal customers." Little did I know, loyalty apparently comes with complimentary disappointment. I placed my order through the app and parked in my usual spot Stall #27. About ten minutes later, a team member approached my vehicle, handed me the food, and simply said, "Pickup order for Jeff." No greeting. No smile. No "Thank you." It wasn't rude, but it certainly felt like customer service had clocked out before the employee did. My family and I drove home excited to enjoy dinner together. I manage a business less than a mile from this Sonic, so I eat here regularly. This, however, was my family's first Sonic experience, and I had hoped it would leave a good impression. Instead... The fries looked like Scooby-Doo. They were dark brown from end to end, suggesting the fryer oil had seen more seasons than some television shows. My onion rings arrived semi-burnt, and unless Sonic recently redefined what constitutes an "order," receiving three and a half onion rings felt a bit underwhelming. Then came the burgers. My wife and I both paid the extra $1 to add bacon. It was a wonderful idea... in theory. Unfortunately, the bacon never actually made it onto either burger. Apparently, it remained a concept rather than an ingredient. Sadly, this isn't an isolated incident. Because I work nearby, I visit this location often. If I had to estimate, there's about a 90% chance something in my order will be incorrect. The staff recognizes me, not because I'm a regular in the good sense, but because I'm often returning to have my order corrected. One experience in particular still stands out. I once ordered three burgers, each with paid bacon added. None of them included bacon. When I returned, an employee identifying himself as the manager refused to remake the order until I threw the burgers into the trash in front of him. Standing there, hungry, discarding perfectly good burgers simply to prove they were missing bacon was both embarrassing and completely unnecessary. I complied because I obviously hungry and wanted the order corrected, but no customer should be put in that position. For anyone wondering whether these are isolated events, here are just a few examples from recent months: April 23, 2026 - 2:15 PM Order #1000435204478 Both chicken sandwiches were fried so hard they were nearly inedible, and one sandwich included a tomato while the other did not. June 12, 2026 - 1:56 PM Order #1000463205294 Paid the additional charge to add bacon to my burger. Once again, there was no bacon. June 24, 2026 - 11:48 AM Order #1000469520697 Ordered two breakfast burritos, ultimate meat & cheese. Both arrived missing a protein. After returning to have them remade, I got back to work only to discover they now contained lettuce, something the original burritos didn't have and something I never requested. I had to make a third trip to finally receive the correct order. July 2, 2026 - 12:04 PM Order #1000473998829 The fries included with the $7 Big Meal Deal were dark brown and so overcooked they had the texture of potato chips. The large Coca-Cola was so watered down that it barely resembled Coke at all. I truly want this location to succeed. Having a Sonic in Loganville is a great convenience, and I would much rather praise this restaurant than criticize it. However, customer loyalty can only survive so many incorrect orders, disappointing food quality, and indifferent customer interactions. Mistakes happen. Everyone understands that. The problem is when mistakes become the expectation rather than the exception. Sonic celebrates customer loyalty through its rewards program, but loyalty is a two-way street. If a guest continues spending their money at the same location despite repeated disappointments, they should eventually receive the order they actually paid for, and maybe even a greeting with a smile. I sincerely hope corporate leadership reviews this location's operational standards, food quality, employee training, and management practices. There is tremendous potential here, but based on my repeated experiences, there is equally significant room for improvement. I genuinely hope this review serves as constructive feedback rather than simply another complaint, because Loganville deserves a Sonic that reflects the quality and hospitality the brand is capable of delivering. read more

Pulled to drive through to place my order sat there for 4 min. No answer. Waited another 7 min in line. Got to window, asked if speaker was working the girl at the window chewing gum said yes I'm jut the only one with a headset. Placed my order for a chili cheese hot dog small drink that took another 2-3 min. I had to ask for napkins and the hot dog was drenched in mustard I had to wipe some off to eat it. Bun was cold and so was food. By far the worst experience I've ever had at this location. They are usually pretty slow but this just confirms I will never go to this one again. They simply don't care how long they take or what type of food they serve and will put anybody on the DT window that does not know the meaning of smile! Ridiculous. read more

Man, I've loved Sonic. I love me a cherry limeade. Went today and thought to myself, you know what I'll try these chicken bites you have. First off, she asked if I needed anything else, and I mentioned a barbecue sauce for the chicken bites and was told it would be $.25. As in they don't come with any sauce. OK, whatever, I'll eat them plain, that was a mistake. They should have given me a sauce, they would have been better. Because they didn't, you can taste just how bland and mostly breaded. I was at this Sonic recently in the drive thru and sat there a few mins, normal...I pulled up behind 3 vehicles and 1 car drove away, I was happy I'm closer now, second car drove off, ok...so now I'm behind the car at the speaker, she wasn't speaking so I asked her was she being helped, she was very angry and said NO, she said I'm pulling up to the window, she was there about 30 seconds then drove off, I am now at the window, and in about 2 mins someone asked for my order, the line behind me now was very long, got my order and left. I used to love the onion rings...these not so much, they were soggy and tasteless, me and my husband were highly disappointed. Will rethink coming back and this is the only Sonic near us. :( read more

This has just become a rundown building that you can sit in a drive thru and get pour service and sub par food. You can get curb service anymore, the drive thru takes forever. This has to be the absolute slowest "fast food" spot in town. It's unfortunate they have the best recipe for a cherry limeade. Don't expect to get a drink here in less than 30 min. Absolute worst Sonic I've ever been to... worst chain location out of every chain, honestly. I've been to this location once before because it's right in town. Last time it took maybe 20 minutes to get a route 44 cherry limeade. In anticipation of having to wait a long time, I placed a mobile order for a blast and a pretzel on a Thursday night. Order said it would be ready in 5-7 minutes. I waited 10 minutes, then left my house. Waited in a parking spot and checked in, didn't get anything for 20 more minutes. Meanwhile, I'm watching these teenagers play on their phones through the Sonic door, standing there inside, doing literally nothing. Literally... three of them. During the entire 20 minutes that I sat in my car, I watched one girl come out of Sonic with an order... once. She went back in and didn't come out until she had my order. Then... my pretzel was cold, and the blast had maybe 15 m&ms thrown on top. You can tell they had been sitting on there for a while because the color was melting off into the ice cream. I'm so heart broken with how this team chose to treat us. I got in the line at 8:45 and by the time I made it to the box it was 9:02 and they told me they were closed. The sad part is, if they had pulled one car up I would have gotten my order taken before 9. My friends and I went to Sonic last night and ordered ahead online 3 drinks. The pickup time was 5:50, we arrived at 5:53, and didn't get our drinks until 6:50. We waited an hour on a cherry limeade and 2 slushies. We pressed the red button twice and they said they would help us and we continued to sit and wait for an HOUR. I've waited to order at the drive thru , no one replies after a while if being ignored drive to the window and they was told they are ready now to take orders but I still had to wait so they would take the order of the person behind me.
