Chick-fil-a is typically wonderful across the board. Yes, every location has its moments, but this Chick-fil-a is on point 98% of the time. I frequent this location for breakfast or lunch as I work in the area. The staff is always friendly, fast and efficient. My order has only been wrong 1 out of probably 100 times. Things happen, it's a busy time when I am there, so I don't take it personal. Anytime something isn't perfect, they fix it immediately. Good evening Chick-fil-A Customer Care, I am writing to express my concern about an experience I had at your restaurant this morning. When I placed my order through the drive-thru speaker, I could hear employees laughing while taking my order, which made me feel uncomfortable and that my order was not being handled professionally. Unfortunately, my order was also prepared incorrectly. I specifically ordered a Diet Dr Pepper, but I was given a regular Dr Pepper instead. Because I rely on receiving the correct beverage, consuming the regular soda caused me to become very ill. I was extremely disappointed by this mistake and the impact it had on my health. After discovering the error, I called the restaurant to discuss the situation. Rather than receiving understanding or assistance, I felt that the manager was disrespectful and dismissive of my concerns. This response only added to my frustration. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and addressed. To be so busy, they have many employees taking orders and walking orders out to cars but as you round the corner, you are completely stuck in the drive thru loop unless you find a sweet spot and know how to maneuver a car. Disorganized and Frustrating Experience I think we've all been spoiled by the excellent customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for, which is why today's visit to the Loganville location was so disappointing. The drive-thru experience was a mess. The employee taking orders was doing her best, but it was painfully obvious that she hadn't been properly trained on how to use the tablet. I was repeatedly told that my app payment hadn't gone through, despite showing proof on my card multiple times. While everyone remained professional and polite, the overall experience was frustrating. Since the remodel, this location has felt completely disorganized--not the smooth, efficient operation we expect from Chick-fil-A. My husband and I have been going here for several years on average once a week. He gets the regular sandwich and I get the grilled chicken nuggets. The last year or so the food quality has consistently gone down. The sandwich is still good, but size of the chicken breast never the same size. The nuggets are getting more and more unappealing. I like a little charred flavor, but the last 6 times they look like they were rolled in charcoal. Look at the picture. This place has really gone downhill in the last 6 months. The staff couldn't care less, there is no control on the traffic flow so the line gets blocked. They bring you food while you are still in the line, it's not quicker, it just means that you have to continue sitting in line with your food getting cold. They used to be the premier chicken take away, the service is now better at the other three places in Loganville. read more

Thought I'd give them a second chance plus I was in the area,BUT yet again they failed. The first time the service was terrible and the manager didn't help out at all. So we decided to dine in for the night upon entering the restaurant the workers were talking and playing behind the register. We did receive fast service however, the dining room was a mess. There was food thrown everywhere. Tables had not been clean. The floor had not been swept in the garbage it was piled up. I overheard one of the workers even say this place is a mess. It really pains me to write this review. If I could give the staff/ management there less than one star I certainly would. I am a daily customer and have been bringing my family there for years. I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One evening last week I visited the restaurant right before closing time, after placing my order and waiting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, I was informed that the restaurant had run out of the frosted coffee I ordered and waited so long for. The male manager apologized and offered me a comped (free) frosted coffee during my next visit for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. However, when I came to collect my during the breakfast hours the staff (manager included) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They even refused to honor what had been promised to me. I was treated with disrespect and felt very unwelcome. As a long term paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic decency. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way that this situation was handled was extremely unacceptable.I will no longer visit this location and will do my best to inform others of my awful experience as well. I hope that the staff at this restaurant can improve their customer service skills and treat their customers with the respect they deserve. read more
