First time at Loganville since the remodel. We have heard a lot of complaints but figured we would give them a try. Coming in we were greeted quickly by an employee in the dining room but not by the employee at the register. No problem we ordered from the table anyway. Food came out quick and hot. There was one issue. Didn't get my grilled nuggets but they quickly fixed the issue. Everyone was friendly. Food was good. We will be back. Monroe is our normal CFA. read more

This location has been remodeled and STILL cannot get it together! Drive-thru staff has no clue. I ordered an 8 count nugget meal-that's it. I was (along with about 12 others) in line for 20 minutes! Orders were being delivered to cars at the back before those of us at the front. But the line couldn't clear because we were up front! Then workers were coming up to our cars asking for our names; what?? Management needs to train their staff how to work the drive-thru. I decided to try them again after the remodel. EXTREMLY SLOW for no reason. I waited so long for my food and my fries are cold. I was expecting hot fries after that wait. I dislike that they don't have a mobile order line it's really no reason to do a mobile order. Also there is not an option for curbside at this location. Disorganized and Frustrating Experience I think we've all been spoiled by the excellent customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for, which is why today's visit to the Loganville location was so disappointing. The drive-thru experience was a mess. The employee taking orders was doing her best, but it was painfully obvious that she hadn't been properly trained on how to use the tablet. I was repeatedly told that my app payment hadn't gone through, despite showing proof on my card multiple times. While everyone remained professional and polite, the overall experience was frustrating. Since the remodel, this location has felt completely disorganized--not the smooth, efficient operation we expect from Chick-fil-A. I certainly hope things improve, but until they do, I won't be returning. read more

Lunchtime rush is always an event. Came through around 2pm and I must say, the is an imbalance here that I just can't put my finger on. To be so busy, they have many employees taking orders and walking orders out to cars but as you round the corner, you are completely stuck in the drive thru loop unless you find a sweet spot and know how to maneuver a car. Very busy and weird setup caused quite some trouble for many in my short time there. My husband and I have been going here for several years on average once a week. He gets the regular sandwich and I get the grilled chicken nuggets. The last year or so the food quality has consistently gone down. The sandwich is still good, but size of the chicken breast never the same size. The nuggets are getting more and more unappealing. I like a little charred flavor, but the last 6 times they look like they were rolled in charcoal. Look at the picture. This place has really gone downhill in the last 6 months. The staff couldn't care less, there is no control on the traffic flow so the line gets blocked. They bring you food while you are still in the line, it's not quicker, it just means that you have to continue sitting in line with your food getting cold. I left a review on google but will copy and paste it here since my experience is literally the same as everyone else's about this terrible location. Thought I'd give them a second chance plus I was in the area,BUT yet again they failed. The first time the service was terrible and the manager didn't help out at all. This time again terrible service. They forgot my chicken sandwich and took their time (10-15mins) getting my food and when I said they forgot they looked so annoyed and angry about it. I called the store and same manager MATTHEW answered and again didn't care and blew the whole thing off just said well did you get it oh good glad you got it. So we decided to dine in for the night upon entering the restaurant the workers were talking and playing behind the register. We did receive fast service however, the dining room was a mess. There was food thrown everywhere. Tables had not been clean. The floor had not been swept in the garbage it was piled up. I overheard one of the workers even say this place is a mess. A teenager came in today establishment to see her boyfriend that work there. They too, were hugging and kissing behind the register this is not appropriate for Chick-fil-A. It really pains me to write this review. If I could give the staff/ management there less than one star I certainly would. I am a daily customer and have been bringing my family there for years. I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One evening last week I visited the restaurant right before closing time, after placing my order and waiting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, I was informed that the restaurant had run out of the frosted coffee I ordered and waited so long for. The male manager apologized and offered me a comped (free) frosted coffee during my next visit for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. However, when I came to collect my during the breakfast hours the staff (manager included) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They even refused to honor what had been promised to me. I was treated with disrespect and felt very unwelcome. As a long term paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic decency. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way that this situation was handled was extremely unacceptable.I will no longer visit this location and will do my best to inform others of my awful experience as well. I hope that the staff at this restaurant can improve their customer service skills and treat their customers with the respect they deserve. read more

Sadly, this day has come. I never thought I would refuse to come back to a Chick-fil-A location. Surprisingly now looking at this locations review status and it holds only two stars out of five, I understand why. I have lived in this area for over 25 years And it's always been a good location, but I've noticed this particular Loganville Chick-fil-A has slowly gone downhill with its service offering. It works to try to solve the congestion however, the sense of urgency seems to be limited at this location. Every time I try to get in the line, it always seems to get overly congested and gridlocked between the two entrances. Now I'm starting to see an issue where food is missing out of the bag that they did not put in the bag correctly, along with having to ask more than once for a receipt.
