When I placed my order through the drive-thru speaker, I could hear employees laughing while taking my order, which made me feel uncomfortable and that my order was not being handled professionally. Unfortunately, my order was also prepared incorrectly. I specifically ordered a Diet Dr Pepper, but I was given a regular Dr Pepper instead. Because I rely on receiving the correct beverage, consuming the regular soda caused me to become very ill. I was extremely disappointed by this mistake and the impact it had on my health. After discovering the error, I called the restaurant to discuss the situation. Rather than receiving understanding or assistance, I felt that the manager was disrespectful and dismissive of my concerns. This response only added to my frustration. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and addressed. I hope steps can be taken to ensure orders are handled accurately and that customers are treated respectfully when concerns are raised. Probably some of the best mild salsa I've ever had. The spicy salsa was tasty as well, but just a little bit beyond my heat range. I was very happy with the start to the meal, but once the pork belly tacos came out, I was in heaven. These are the best tacos I've ever had, and I've eaten a lots of tacos, and the best pork belly I've ever had. It was perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. I ate it so fast that when it's finished, I thought a severe sense of disappointment that there wasn't more. The wait staff was great as well!
