Went here while waiting on a friend to get a haircut. The personnel were welcoming and friendly when I came to counter. I ordered a Philly cheese sandwich. Price was reasonable and the food was deliver within a reasonable time from even though it was at end of lunch time. Food was prepared correctly and was very tasty. read more

I have been going to this place for 6 years. Now I am looking for another wing spot. The wings are getting smaller, but the prices keep going up. Fries are hit or miss. Sometimes the fries are done and sometimes they are soggy. Yesterday, they got my wing order wrong. They remade them, but the wings were fried very crispy and had very little flavor. Omg! I'm so angry right now. Do not patron here. There's a rude disrespectful young lady that takes the orders. I inquired about why my food was sitting so long and that it was cold. She added you can microwave it. I said excuse me $25 for lunch and I should microwave it? Her response was yes have you ever heard of a microwave? Adding insult to injury she then stated jut because you're older doesn't make you wiser?!!! My grandson who is 14 was with me lost it. The level of disrespect that was condoned by her employer is unacceptable. I am 61 and I've never been so insulted before in my life. I went for the chicken wings! And they were great... fantastic actually! Perfectly seasoned and crispy... i didn't have to make any special requests for extra crispiness. I did order 1 piece of tilapia to try it out, ehhhh I didn't like it... had a weird taste (maybe frozen aftertaste) and it was huge! I have a thing about unusually large pieces of food. When this American Deli makes an error don't expect them to fix it. Not only do they charge you for things that they don't explain but if your extra sauce doesn't make it in your order you are out of luck because you didn't check before taking 4 steps out of the store. Pretty good portion sizes, but how do you not recognize burnt fries. Horrible service! I placed an order over the phone and picked up the order ($51) with no issues, but once I arrived home, I noticed they did not give me a 20 piece mild wings. I was frustrated as this was Mother's Day and the area was extremely crowded already. I called and explained the issue and the girl who answered the phone explained they could give me the wings if I returned. Obviously since you didn't pack them to begin with. I asked how would I be compensated for THEIR MISTAKE. She stated the manager just advised they could give me a refund or I can pick up the wings. I asked to speak with the manager. During this conversation, I overheard the manager telling the girl to place me on hold because they were busy. Basically he didn't have time to address my issue. I advised I would return for the wings. Once I arrived I asked for my money back as I did not appreciate the dismissive attitude I received from the girl in the phone nor the manager.
