Often times it will take 2 - 4 remakes of my sandwich in order to get what is said on the receipt. I feel as if many employees do not even read the order. However, there are a couple of the employees that do a good job and whenever they make it I have no issues at all. The food itself is great, but the service and accuracy of orders in my experience has been highly negative. Only about 1 out of 5 times when I visit do I receive the correct sandwich the first time. If you're ordering a sandwich just as is without changing it at all you might get by fine. But add more than two instructions such as no pickle spear and no dressing; and it just trips many of the employees up. I hate to leave a negative review especially if it's about people, but my experience here has not been satisfactory; and mind this is a recurring issue.

Instead of the shaved Parmesan cheese advertised with the salad, I received shredded Parmesan (I did not see this until I got all the way home). When I called and spoke with the manager, I was told that shaved Parmesan is no longer available.  WHY!!!! If that is the case, I believe this should be clearly updated online and communicated to customers ordering through the app or picking up through the drive-thru. The shredded cheese changes the taste and overall experience of the Caesar salad, and I would have appreciated knowing about the substitution before receiving my order. We pay too much to not get what we want at Panera Bread. I was also concerned that the chicken in my salad was still very cold and did not seem fully thawed out. I chose not to eat it because of that concern. I'm disappointed because I normally receive great service and food at this Panera location. This experience was not what I've come to expect, and I hope you'll review both the ingredient-substitution communication and the preparation of the chicken so future customers have a better experience. We visited the Loganville location this morning, and while the food is always great, it was the exceptional customer service that made this visit one we won't forget. I decided to try the Maple Bacon Croissant from the new fall menu. It was fresh and beautifully prepared, but unfortunately, it just wasn't for me. I ate some of my potatoes, picked off my husband's plate, and never mentioned anything to our server because there was nothing wrong with the food--it simply wasn't my personal taste. We paid our bill and were getting ready to leave. That's when Nicole, who appeared to be a manager, stopped by our table. She noticed that I had barely touched my meal and asked if I needed a box. When I told her no, she didn't just walk away. She genuinely asked if there was a reason I hadn't eaten much of my food. I explained that I simply wasn't a huge fan of what I ordered but didn't want to make a big deal about it. Nicole asked my husband and me to give her one minute and returned with a gift card for a future visit. We were completely blown away. I never complained. I never asked for my meal to be removed from the bill. I never asked for anything at all. She simply noticed. And that is what exceptional hospitality looks like. It wasn't the gift card that impressed us most--it was the fact that Nicole was paying enough attention to notice that a guest hadn't enjoyed their meal and cared enough to do something about it without ever being asked. In a time when great customer service can sometimes feel hard to come by, that small gesture made an enormous impression on us. First Watch Loganville, you have an absolute gem in Nicole.
