Don't use their app to place an order unless you wait to wait over an hour for them to even confirm/process your order even after taking your payment! Don't try calling the restaurant either because their phone goes straight to voicemail. Ultimately had to cancel the order because it would have never come. I've tried giving this specific chick fil a multiple chances but at this point it's not even worth it anymore. read more

I really loved this dining establishment!! I went and some lady started singing some jingles to the workers, and I loved it! When I got my food I was looking for straws but some gentleman had taken quite a lot straws, so there were not any left for me and my angel grandbabies. I guess this location no longer trusts the patrons with napkins, sweeteners, straws and condiments. They do not have any out for convenience. You must go back in line for any of these common items. The single worst Chic Fil A I have ever been to. Every bit of food was bad. The soda machine was obviously very broken, there was literally no flavoring in my Sprite, just all carbon. The fries tasted like they'd been in a freezer for 10 years then reheated in a microwave. The Chic Fil A sandwich bun was the only thing that was slightly, slightly tolerable. But the bun was cold, the chicken thing I got was small. The tables are all crowded in like they were trying to fit grown ass clowns in a tiny ass car. There's always an issue with my order February 13th 2025 I placed a Mobile drive-through order in my order I asked for condiments for my food. we hold Chick-Fil-A. to a higher standard over Other, fast food restaurants because of their history. I should have checked my bag completely because I get all the way and there is not jelly or honey. I ordered food for multiple people, and we all have to suffer with dry biscuits, and to top it all off the young lady at the window was not very friendly. I'm used to a thank you or at least a my pleasure, but she did not seem to be having a good day. I will pray for her. this is my local chick fil a , usually i have no problem here , theyre usually quick and ready to go . my thing is tho im pregnant and i asked if the Bleu Cheese they put in their salads are pasteurized .. and no one knew , not even the managers . i think its important to know these things especially for a pregnant person to ask if a certain ingredient in what they give out is safe or not to consume .. im just more surprised that the managers didn't even know themselves .. this chick fil a usually has a 5/5 stars for me but the lack of knowledge no body at all knowing a certain safety concern on food was disappointing. read more

I also get called ma'am (most of the time). The mobile order has always been quick and accurate as well. But the thing I like most about this location is the operator's (Daniel Perry) activeness via promotions, emails, etc. I mean... Everyone likes getting free food and discounts right?! I literally have another location that's much closer to me, but if I could, I would go to this location. Stopped by Waffle House this morning for breakfast, but they were closed for deep cleaning, so I came to the Chick Fil A on Sugarloaf (near my office). I ordered the egg while grill combo. I should've know better. I've done this before. The chicken on the sandwich was about the size of a postage stamp. Nowhere near the size depicted on their advertisements. Must be their way of expanding their profit margin. I've spoken to the franchise owner Daniel about this before. First time visiting this location. Came here specifically for their heart shaped biscuits and strawberry ice cream for V day. There was a fb event from 6am to 10pm, you can get heart shaped biscuits and strawberry ice cream. Well, turns out the biscuits were only offered for breakfast. So I got the strawberry ice cream and number 1, chick fil a sandwich meal. I asked for carry out, they made it dine in which it's no problem, just had to wait few minutes extra. However, the fries were stale looking and it wasn't even full. Super disappointed. Either way, I still love Chick Fil A but don't think I'll come to this location. Minus 1 star for misleading on the event page about the biscuits. Minus 1 star for stale fries that weren't full. Hopefully, the management can work on providing fresh fries. read more

Had a quick bite to eat at Chick-Fil-A today, I tried the grilled chicken cool wrap with fries and I must admit it was rather good especially with the honey mustard sauce. Although, I do wish the chicken within the wrap was served warmer I did like the flavors. I would definitely reorder it if I want something on the healthier side. Crazy busy store with a cheerful staff. This location has two drive in's to order from and a indoor children's play area that contains most of the noise children make. Hesitating walking in found they have gluten free buns for sandwiches. The chicken came with lettuce and tomato in a container labeled letting you know that there could be some cross contamination (thanks for the heads up).The bun was packaged separately Skip it it is dry as a bone and cold. Trust me on this go with a chicken salad instead. There was a very sweet gal walking around wiping down tables and would even ask if she could refill your drink if needed. This is my local Chick-fil-A that I normally go to when I want breakfast or lunch. I've been going to this location for years considering that my high school is right down the street as well as my college being a good 2 minutes from the restaurant. I used to only get the 6 or 8 piece chicken nuggets whenever I went but through the years I started trying more like the salads (the spicy southwest salad with avocado lime ranch dressing being my favorite), sandwiches, and more recently the new Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Sandwich. This location never disappoints. It's always clean, the staff is friendly, the food is ready in a timely manner, and everything runs smoothly. Just did a mobile order from Gurnhub for Valentines Day for my coworkers at a school. It took at 1 hour and 20 mins for the order to come which wasn't the problem..... because it wasn't made till about 25 minutes before it got her says the app anyways.... the problem was all the Chick-fil-A biscuit were cold. It's less then a 10 minute drive the food should have been warm. Stiff biscuit like it was made yesterday. Then on top of that they missed my egg white grill from my order. Also if someone is placing a 40 dollar order don't you think you would make sure all the food is there. Ridiculous. Called and no one answered.
