Hello Panera Bread Management, I'm writing to share my disappointment with a Caesar salad I ordered today. Instead of the shaved Parmesan cheese advertised with the salad, I received shredded Parmesan (I did not see this until I got all the way home). When I called and spoke with the manager, I was told that shaved Parmesan is no longer available.  WHY!!!! If that is the case, I believe this should be clearly updated online and communicated to customers ordering through the app or picking up through the drive-thru. The shredded cheese changes the taste and overall experience of the Caesar salad, and I would have appreciated knowing about the substitution before receiving my order. We pay too much to not get what we want at Panera Bread. I was also concerned that the chicken in my salad was still very cold and did not seem fully thawed out. I chose not to eat it because of that concern. I'm disappointed because I normally receive great service and food at this Panera location. This experience was not what I've come to expect, and I hope you'll review both the ingredient-substitution communication and the preparation of the chicken so future customers have a better experience. extremely long waits in the drive thru every time and the floors are super sticky. it's gross.

Unfortunately, my family's meals were interrupted promptly at 9pm as one of the staff members stated "yeah, we're closed." Even though we arrived about 30 minutes prior to closing, we weren't aware we'd be kicked out as soon as the store closed. We were nearly finished with our food and then the lights turned off in the restaurant; I guess they realized us and another family were still eating and they turned them back on. We were then (passive aggressively) offered to go containers to pack up our meals, to which I declined since I wanted my kids to finish their nearly done food. Next, we overhear another staff member saying "they know we close at 9," suggesting that we shouldn't even have gotten food to eat inside. Well, if my first sandwich was made correctly, perhaps I could've finished a little sooner. When asking the staff member we overheard why would his coworker let us order and not mention we'd need to plan to leave at closing, he couldn't really answer other than saying legally they couldn't not sell food to customers but he wouldn't come inside if it were him. Overall, this is not the customer service I was expecting. My first time visiting this location was pretty good; food was fresh, hot, and delicious. After this experience however, I doubt I'll return. I'm sure they don't care either way since there was no attempt to rectify the situation in the extra 9 minutes we stayed over. read more

My 80 year old Mother & I had a very poor experience yesterday. The "assistant manager " Frank was extremely rude & unprofessional. I saw him walking by & asked him to come over. I wanted to let him know about the cashier who was pleasant, but had made mistake after mistake on our order. the was immediately defensive & took the constructive feedback personally. He insisted she had do nothing wrong (even though he was not there) & said she's a nice girl and refused to listen or address our concerns. He raises his voice & caused embarrassing and unnecessary attention to the situation. He needs immediate training and reprimanding. He did not care that we were loyal paying customers and never took any responsibility or accountability and made no apologies about it. We will not be back. read more

Hang a sign on the door that says we suck! Breakfast soufflés have been changed. They are smaller and have zero flavor. Had I known what I was getting I would have just gone to McDonald's. This is the worst Panera I have been to in my entire life and I have been to many Paneras in many states. Never have we got a worse coffee but not only that, this was the worst service from any establishment ever. This Panera should close up immediately for how rude the employees and management are and all of them should be reported to law enforcement and Panera corporate or the company will be ruined. This location should take lessons from the Snellville Georgia location. You're always out of something and the young lady behind the counter acted like I was ruining her day by walking through the front door. The last several times i have been there, I was told you could not make me a bacon and egg croissant because y'all didn't make any croissants that day. Today you had no orange juice. Seems kind of turb I know, but when there's a grocery store less than a mile from you and you're open for breakfast, it would make sense that if you ran out of your own juice, you would run down to the grocery store and pick up some. My family and I have been a faithful supporter since this franchise opened. I noticed a few weeks ago this guy always comes in leaving his trash from other facilities all over the table. Panera has a very sweet employee named Trinity, she's always smiling receiving compliments from everyone. That rude messy guy cursed this child and her manager out when she showed him where the trash cans were. I was so upset as my heart broke for Trinity. The manager actually gave her permission to assist this rude guy! I just found out this sweet young girl no longer works there, however that same manager does! I'm extremely disappointed Panera manager throw this child to a wolf and she's no longer there do to this idiot! Panera you have lost my family & coworkers business! You're supposed to protect your employees from all discrimination and disrespect from evil customers not fire her & keep the manager that's completely unethical. I witnessed the entire ordeal. We came in for a late-ish dinner, about 7:30. The place was empty except for two guys on a laptop. It was freezing inside so we sat on the patio. Counter and kitchen staff were very nice, but I just couldn't get hot soup to save my life! I first took the French onion soup back to be reheated. The bowl was warmer, but the soup still tepid and had an odd taste. I returned it to try another soup, the chicken and rice. It looked very thick, but was also tepid. My friend went up front to put it in the microwave and was told that it was cold because the kitchen staff had unknowingly unplugged the soup pots. Finally I was actually able to eat and though very thick, the soup was filling. The new caprese sandwich is delicious, even though they were out of basil. Being out of things seems to be a trend at this restaurant. My friend ordered the Fuji apple salad, which came out beautifully prepared and large enough to take half of it home. I think this would be the better buy! I went in expecting better from Panera (hot, fresh soup the first time) so walked away a bit disappointed with the experience. read more

I went here on Sunday morning I dealt with the manager. She was the most unorganized & rudest person I've ever met. If you continue having people like this you would definitely have to close down. She threw my food down and never called me for my food. She claimed there was no name on the order. Even though I paid with my credit card and the cash register address me by my name. Half of my order was missing and it was given on the same plate as another order. I didn't know Panera started combining food orders on one plate to save dishes. As a loyal customer at a Panera for many years. I was very disappointed with this one and will not be returning to this Panera ever again!! I wish that I could give them a -5 star!!! read more

I just placed a mobile order for drive thru pickup at the latter half of the 7 o' clock hour, knowing that they close at 9:00pm. I checked my app, and it said my order was ready, so I headed there. When I pulled up to the drive thru at 8:00, they turned out the lights on me and refused to speak to me through the speaker. So I pulled up to the window and they still wouldn't acknowledge me. When I looked through the window, the worker with the drive thru headset on was watching TV on his phone. I had to park and go inside to get my order. Thankfully, when we told the manager about the situation, she addressed the workers and had them turn the drive thru light back on because they were in fact not closed. read more

This is the 5th time my husband and I have been here and they have gotten our orders wrong and the coffee is always cold. We love the soufflé but we don't eat meat, and they've given us the soufflé with bacon! That's against our religion to eat bacon. All they did was give us a new soufflé. read more

The food here has been really great, however there is worker, I think he is actually the manager with predatory behavior. Each time I go in to grab my food, he is coming around the counter, staring at my body, following me around the place, or if i sit down and eat, constantly coming over and asking unnecessary questions while I am trying to work on my laptop. I decided to never return after the last time I went to grab my food from the rapid pick up counter he did the same coming around teh counter, but as i was grabbing napkins i saw him trying to hide himself in a corner staring at my body. Worst Panera I think I have been to. Constantly out of items. The parking lot drive thru is horrible. Once you are in line and find out there are items they are out of you get to wait for EVERYONE in front of you to exit before you can leave. Now items I try to get are discontinued so now I have no reason to even attempt to go. Just do yourself a favor and head down to chicken Salad chick or other restaurants instead. read more

Where are the owners and management for this location? Do you all not see the reviews and how this restaurant is sliding down hill? My three kids and I come here once a week after taekwondo practice right across the street. Sometimes several times a week. Here I am many disappointments later wondering why nothings being done with the lack of "missing" items and non consistency. Tonight in particular was a new one for me. When I picked up my sons soup I asked the girls in the back why it wasn't full? The soup was two inches from the top of the bowl. Ordering a bowl I got the same amount of soup at my daughters soup (sides where messy and gross with fingerprints btw). When I asked the girls how this was fair or portioned currently one said "just order a cup" one said "there are a lot of new people here so one time you'll get more then another"..... hmmm. Then, my daughters soup (full cup) was cold. I was told it's bc it's 8:15 and they close at 9pm. Really? So if I come close to closing I should I expect cold soup? Typically, I love Panera Bread but this location sucks. They're consistently out of items. Even as much as 2 hours before breakfast ends, they're already out of breakfast items. Usually good food. Clean. Nice seating options. Cool sofa/ sitting area. Good natural Light. Nice landscape. Sadly this location you must have a beeper and ginger your own food when beeper lights up. I like this location because the food is great... so whomever is preparing the food is doing a good job! I DISLIKE this location because my order has been incorrect 3 times. Last night my wife placed an order online for pick up around 8:30 PM (they close at 9 PM). I arrived to this location around 8:45 PM to pick up the order. I always go through the drive-through, because I have never had anyone bring my orders out without having to call them and follow up. My wife ordered 2 flatbreads, half tuna sandwich, salad and two raisin cookies. Keep in mind I only knew about 1 pizza, because that's what I wanted for myself :-). I go through the drive-through and advised the young lady I was there to pick up our order and she said to pull up to the window. She hands me a bag that has a good amount of weight to it and it was sealed. I said was a flatbread ordered? She said oh... wait, and brought back a flatbread box and I left. I get home at 9:05 PM and open the bag to discover there were only two mac & cheese containers and 5 chocolate chip cookies (extremely hard) inside. NOTE: you have to always check your orders before leaving this location... and you have to always go through the drive-through if you place your order online. In addition, they frequently run out of tuna and raisin cookies. Management does a poor job with supply management or forecasting and with ensuring the staff at the window is double checking the orders prior to distributing them. Panera Bread is too expensive for them to get it wrong... how does Chick-Fil-A always get it right? read more

This is the absolute worst Panera Bread ever! I visited yesterday because my son wanted some soup. I placed my order at the drive through and waited about 10 minutes to get to the window to pay. When I got to the window the girl says, "I'm sorry but we are all out of broccoli cheddar soup, would you like chicken soup instead?" I have been giving this place chance after chance. They always don't have something... either they are out of brioche, souffles, something everytime! Then almost everytime no matter how kindly I ask them for a specific sandwich that's on the menu... they get it wrong. I always have to check and hand them the sandwich back for them to give me the correct one. I wonder is this a joke? The place is never full but always dirty. So for the 2nd time I place a curbside order at this location and they do not bring it out. I just waited almost 30 mins for my food. It was ready the whole time but not brought out to me. I got in the drive through line and they apologized for the inconvenience. The receipt says ready at 5:55pm. I got food at 6:30pm. Cold soup and grilled cheese sandwiches. I asked for my stuff to be prepared fresh and she said "sorry we're really swamped and we have new people, I'm sorry!" Very unacceptable. During this time with Covid 19 going on, people prefer to order curbside! Get it together. Until then I'll go elsewhere. read more
