Visited this location for the first time today. I used the rapid order pick up on the Panera app. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad, cheddar broccoli soup, and a chocolate chip cookie. I paid in the app, arrived at the location in about 10 minutes later. My food was sitting in the rapid pick up area waiting for me. It couldn't have gone any smoother. read more

I visit a lot of Panera breads while working in different areas. This location has always been really good. I live locally and enjoy the service and friendliness of the staff. In mornings there is some hard working ladies who are good. Not sure what happened in reviews in past, but I watched several deliveries and associates hustling to get curbside orders out. So don't be fooled by the 2 star rating Currently. Also stopped going to Starbucks, no where to sit, so this place allows dine in, unlike Starbucks. Ps. Tables are always clean too. Ordered via Door Dash. Among the order were two soup and salad combos and didn't receive either of the salads. The sandwiches that showed up were smaller than we've gotten in the past in person. Nothing like spending $60+ trying to keep local businesses going and having to make additional sides and portions to feed your family. read more

Never have anything in stock? Not sure if it's just a manager who can't do basic estimates and math. The staff is always reluctant to see customers, not welcoming at all, don't do their job. They're on their phones and just stand there. I go to the kiosk just so I don't have to deal with them. Don't bother, it's so expensive and not homemade. I placed a very large online order for a group of teachers on Halloween and I placed the order around 10 for a 11:35 pick up time. I got there a few minutes early and they had just put my order out. Everything was exactly right, even with all the add ons and take offs, and my portion tasted great. I was pleasantly surprised with how well they did with such a large order. read more

I didn't have a good pick up experience. Most of the salads were not available, no romaine lettuce ??I settled for the Cobb salad, it was mostly parsley. The bread was too hard to eat. Doors were locked when I got there and they didn't close for another hour. Waste of my money. read more

My husband and I went to Panera for breakfast. We ordered at the kiosk, and included in our order were two lattes. After sitting, we were promptly informed that the espresso machine was not working. While this was a bummer, we asked to just have it removed from our order but still receive our sandwiches. While our sandwiches took a minute to make, they were nice and warm upon arrival, so we were happy. Then, one of the kind employees offered us a free coffee or cookies due to our "long wait." We declined, but we were so impressed with this store's employees and manager. While I know other ratings have been low, their customer service and attitudes are amazing! read more

Disappointing experiences continue to mount. I was so excited to have Panera Bread in Loganville. I only continue to visit because I refuse to go to The Sbucks as they take forever to complete an order. I thought coming for breakfast would mean hotter fresher food, WRONG. My order has never been correct. My food has never been hot and I have never been treated as a guest. Customers are treated as an inconvenience. I have personally witnessed arguments among workers. This was my first time eating in the restaurant since the dining area reopened. When my daughter and I went to sit down, all of the tables marked as available were dirty. The dining room was not busy with only three tables occupied, so it was not an issue of access to the tables. We couldn't find a cashier, so I told the kitchen staff. They seemed put out about it. When someone did come to clean the tables, it was with a rag and a small bucket, not the special bottled cleaner that was on display by the trash receptacles. It made me wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the place, and the honesty of the signs that touted their cleaning schedule. My food was OK, but my daughter had overripe tomatoes on her sandwich. We also had to ask for our drink cups and dessert. They were not with our order, and not readily available to the staff at the pick-up window, even though the ordering kiosk states that they will be provided when we pick up the order. read more

worst Panera meal ever. this is the first time I've come to this location since it opened recently so I expected it to be pretty good, right? I got the pick 2 and ordered it online to-go. First of all, there was basically nothing on my sandwich, just bread. There was barely any meat and there was 2/3 little pieces of arugula.. I literally took lettuce from my salad to put on it. Really disappointed!! I was so excited when Loganville finally got a restaurant that I love. However, customer service is everything. The employees here are rude. When I called the store to speak to a manager after half of my order had been left out, he was also rude. On my very first visit I went through the drive-thru and when I asked the attendant what the soup of the day was she responded that the soups were listed on the sign at the entrance of the drive-thru. Did she expect me to back up?? I work in the service industry so I expect to get the same kind of service that I give. I guess my expectations are too high. Sad... read more

Worst panera bread I have ever been to. I frequent Panera quite often, and each time I am more than satisfied with the quality and level of service. I always suggest Panera whenever we have work meetings, or working lunches, or it's Tuesday and... why not Panera? In short, I LOVE Panera. On that note; the Panera bread in Loganville is the absolute worst business I have ever been to. The staff is beyond rude, they are usually out of nearly every item I want to order, and they seem completely unconcerned when you are unhappy with the level of service provided. I've literally just gotten off of a 15 hour shift, where I have been salivating at the thought of Panera bread all day. I drive like a maniac from children's healthcare of Atlanta in Decatur to Loganville, all the while relishing the idea of eating this delicious meal. I'm literally just trying to make it in time before they close (an hour earlier than all other Panera's) so that I don't have to cook after a miserable ER shift. I arrive 10 minutes before closing (I hate being that person, but it happens), I pull up to order my dinner, and they tell me that they are out of two of the four items I was hoping to get. I tell them "that's fine, I will take it on a different bread" I scrap the idea of the blueberry muffin I was hoping to stuff into my breakfast bag before work tomorrow...sigh... her response "well, we are about to close so we are out of that." Given that this is not the first time I've heard that they are out of croissants and muffins, regardless of the time of day, I slightly lose my cool. Then, I pull up to the window and see an employee holding, not one, but two crossiants. At this point I literally almost lose my mind. The girl opens the window, I ask "why was I told you could not put my sandwich on a croissant because you were out, when clearly there are two right there?" She responded, "well, we are about to close and we are usually out of those by this time of day so that's why I told you we were out." I get that I'm "that customer" coming in right before closing, but I just wanted chicken salad on a croissant, not a filet mignon with hand drawn butter and truffles, it's really not that difficult. If this was the first time I had experienced this type of service, I would just chalk it up to the fact that I had a rough day, with rough patients and I'm probably just being a pain in the rear, but this has been the same type of emperience every time I've gone to this particular Panera. Get it together guys! So, in closing, if you want delicious food, with good service, do yourself a favor and drive the extra 15 minutes to the panera in Snellville, and skip the hassle and frustration of dealing with the panera in Loganville. They are taking a good name and making it a bad thing. read more
