Slow, slow, slow. Every time I come here. Today I waited 10 minutes for a Venti coffee with cream. At every other Starbucks the cashier turns around and pours the coffee and hands it to me. I want to point out the outstanding drive thru service that my wife and I were given yesterday (June 7) at this Starbucks (Loganville, GA 30052). I especially want to point out Abigail who was extremely kind. She chatted with us while we waited for our drinks. We mentioned it was our anniversary and she proceeded to give is our drinks for free. I've never had this level of kindness at any starbucks. The people at this Starbucks are SO efficient and kind. I have been here many times, but today I ordered a mobile order and they got it to me WAY faster than the online app said they would. My drink is consistent every time I get it here and is always delicious, which is very important to me. They also have a board inside with customer of the month and Starbucks partner of the month and quarter. That was fun to look at while I waited (not long at all). Normally when I visit this location it's pretty good and I don't have any problems. Today was different. I was in line for about 30 mins and when I received my iced caramel macchiato with extra drizzle and in the cup I noticed if was darker than normal. I figured it was because the extra Carmel and sweetener just hadn't settled. No, it wasn't sweet at all. I was disappointed because if I wanted it corrected I would've had to drive back to the store, get out in the rain and have it corrected. That would've been another 30 mins. This is the absolute slowest Starbucks that I have ever gone to. I waited in line and realized that it wasn't moving, so I decided to go in. Big mistake. I received my bacon egg bites within 10 minutes, but then I waited over an additional 30 minutes on a pineapple passion fruit refresher!!! By the time I got my drink, my food was cold!!!! The wait is long. For one reason a few of the barista stand around chit chatting with each other until they realize that they aren't making anything. Depending on the time of day you will get so very good customer service and also depending whose working. There are a couple of them that obviously didn't go through the Starbucks university or just didn't read the Starbucks good customer service guide. But if you really like the drinks it can be worth the wait depending on the type of mood you are in. It's still one of my favorites read more

This place has change the amount of starbucks I intake a day. I love starbucks and this one is the closest one to my house. I have to visit here for a cup of coffee, but since summer. My orders have never been the way I wanted it. My green tea ice latte with four extra scoops of matcha never comes out right. They put the matcha in first and the milk in last. SINCE WHEN DOES POWDER GOES BE FORE LIQUID? It irritates me every time. Because the powder never gets to the milk. As you drink it, big green powder balls hit your throat. Being in the environment of the loganville starbucks gave me a headache within 15 minutes. The workers are very stubborn towards customers when they make the drinks wrong and are very carefree in the way they carry themselves; they were cussing, laughing at making drinks wrong, talking extremely loudly to one another, getting on their phones, and they seemed to be loving their jobs. But as a customer the environment wasn't as enjoyable. When i think of a starbucks i think of a nice place to do some light work and writing... i could not do that here. Way too loud and crazy. To their regular customers they are very friendly however, there is a deaf woman who comes in often that they are all very kind to and even try to speak to her. so not a bad place, just not my sort of coffee shop environment. read more

Best puppies around. You won't find any that are cuter. Not to mention the guinea pigs. They die after a few weeks but i would still get it if your kid won't leave you alone about it. The crickets i got from here for my lizard were A1. The protein count got my Naked Mole Rat JACKED, son. 10/10 a good place for some steakums. However i wouldn't recommend the chicken pasta.
