We tried this coffee shop while on our errands run and I'm was quite impressed with the quality of the coffee, born selection and taste. There was plenty of seating inside and outside. Parking is ample. Price is reasonable - both coffees were roughly $15. Would recommend and definitely will come back to try other items on the menu.

Interior. My drink: Romania | my boyfriend's drink: black coffee + added cream

My boyfriend needed to get his car serviced, so after dropping it off, we decided to get coffee while waiting. I wanted to do something different than our typical Starbucks, Costa, or Caribou coffee chain runs, so I conducted a search for local coffee shops within a mile or so from the dealership. ChocoLate was one spot that populated. I'd seen it before but had never been, so I drove us over in my car and we decided to give it a chance! Situated in a small shopping center near Publix, ChocoLate is an unassuming, charming little cafe with local flair. There's a lot of character! We walked in and the kind and helpful staff answered any questions we had. I decided to get their signature drink: Romania Latte (Always in a 8 oz. cup, steamed half and half, honey, and espresso). I got a double. When the woman making my drink handed me my order, she explained that they ratio each ingredient in a specific way so it's not all the way full, but if I wanted more milk, she would put more in. I was perfectly cool with it as is, but that was considerate of her to let me know! I absolutely loved it. The quality tasted top notch and you really could detect every ingredient inside. My boyfriend enjoyed his drink as well (he just got a black coffee and added cream)! We will definitely be back!

I've had a chai frappe & a chai latte from here & it's amazing each time. I also always get the chicken or beef jamaican patty too, they're pastry options will surprise you. It's nice & cozy inside. The customer service matched that vibe

Stopped in to grab coffee for some friends and was surprised at the variety of the menu. Everything was really delicious. We had a super spicy chai frappe, a peppermint, kiss mocha, and a few standard coffee drinks.

Great and cute place! I've been two times this week. They are FAST and to the point. My first time was Monday and the guy was super nice and accommodating and I told him it was my first time here. My second time here was this morning, I ordered a spiced chai tea latte and it was fantastic. The woman who I guess is the manager, her attitude towards the other worker was a little off and came off rude but she did make my drink with love LOL Location is great! So I'd be back!

Despite the weird parking lot entrance, this place is worth a visit if you're in the area. They have a good selection of pastries and food items as well as a full coffee menu. I love the set up on the inside, they have great seating options for those who want to work or meet with people. I love the design for the logo! They sell stickers for a dollar, or if they are free if you put them on the your laptop or water bottle while you're there! This feels like a place that probably has a lot of regulars, but I don't live near by it so I don't know that I'll get the chance to go any time soon. I loved their choice of pastries, and their cappuccino was just what I needed at the time!

They put the cream in your coffee for you.

Their Dark Roast Coffee is more expensive than Corner Cup Coffee and more expensive than San Francisco Roaster Coffee even after getting a Veteran Discount. Service was fake and not genuine; ask more than 1 question and you can feel their tension rise. Ambience was ok, not very welcoming but their patio chair with no cushion is comfortable and that's even without a cushion. Now here is the kicker: the taste of their coffee sucks. This was a big deal for me. Would I go back- no!! There is no feeling inside of me that would make me want to jump out of bed in the morning to go get an overpriced mediocre cup of coffee from Chocolaté Coffee Shop on 2558 Shallowford Rd. Atlanta GA.

Whenever I visit my old hood in Chamblee, Georgia - I make sure to stop by one of my favorite coffee shops. ChocoLate Coffee on Shallowford Road is a great venue for any coffee enthusiasts. I ordered a hot skinny caramel macchiato recently that did not disappoint. I grabbed some macaroons as well. ChocoLate Coffee has a lot more gluten-free food options than most coffee shops. The interior is so much fun. There are a lot of options for remote workers and outdoor seating as well. I highly recommend! I plan to visit their location in Decatur soon. Bottoms up!

Coffee shop located in a strip mall off I85 in Atlanta. Coffee here is legit. Small indoor seating with outdoor seating as well. Prices are acceptable. They take cash and plastic but not Apple Pay. Highly recommend.

I opted to park at the Wal-Mart and wasn't as familiar with the trail so I took the street route. Well-light and populated for safe crossing. The venue is very open and was relatively empty since we arrived shortly after it opened. I love the indoor seating concept with plenty of couches, movable chairs, tables near the open-area space and smaller sections for 2-4 people tucked away along the wall. The DJ was already doing his thing and the bartenders remained busy. As someone who wasn't interested in the drinks, I appreciate that there was a self-serve water cooler in the center of the room. The Jenga and jumbo Uno cards were a hit!!!! It was so nice to have these options available. And as others mentioned, the large screen was playing a classic movie - which we could still see from inside. I didn't stay long and this was a Sunday night but the parking lot was much busier when I left. I imagine the outdoor space gets crowded later in the evening as well. The DJ was just okay - not my cup of tea - but folks seemed to be enjoying themselves. I can definitely see why this place is popular. Although parking is less than desirable, it is not unreasonable. The venue is well-lit and easy to move around. The crowd was diverse, with various ages and backgrounds represented. And depending on the DJ, this would be a great place for meeting with friends, date night or just zoning out to some wonderful music ... especially on a beautiful night. If you're in the mood for something different AND don't mind the trek to Chamblee, check it out.

The space is open, airy, and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the seating layout. There's actually room to breathe. They even have a cozy living-room style seating area that adds to the relaxed vibe. There's also outdoor seating, which would be perfect on a beautiful day. The latte I ordered was divine- smooth, balanced, and perfectly crafted. As someone who loves good latte art, Kin's baristas absolutely deliver. We were served the most beautiful swan latte art, which made the experience even better. Totally brewtiful! Everyone in our group loved their drinks. One friend mentioned their strawberry matcha is amazing, so that's definitely on my list for my next visit. Another thing I loved: they showcase work from local artists that's displayed and available for purchase. Love, love, love when cafés support local creatives. They also offer a few pastry options that could pair nicely with your drink. Will have to try that next time My only wish? That they stayed open later because I could easily see myself hanging out here all the time. If you appreciate great coffee, good and chill vibes, and cafes that really know their craft, definitely check out Kin Coffee. They even roast their own beans, which makes it a true coffee lover's spot.

Interior wise, it's cute. It tries to invoke a sense of Japanese aesthetic with the shoji panels, all the wood and light, the fake flowers, and I don't hate it. It's a fine place to sit and chat, though I feel bad for others who want to visit because again, the parking here sucks. I got their black sesame latte float with a matcha and sakura (seasonal flavor) swirl. The sakura was sweeter than anticipated and not floral, which was a bit disappointing since I didn't like it alone or mixing with the matcha flavor. The black sesame portion was fine. I like the nuttiness of black sesame in general, and I would've loved if they used more for a stronger flavor. The flavor was subtle, and with the ice and soft serve on top, got easily diluted.
