Two things to know right away: 1. You won't see this spot from the street, it's inside the Bryn House apartment complex. 2. Don't pay for parking right away in the garage. Scan the QR code inside the coffee shop to get free validated parking. This was my first time here as part of my Stamped Series Coffee Passport tour. I was greeted right away when I walked in. There's lots of seating: bar seating, tables and chairs, additional seating inside the apartment lobby, and even more outside on the patio. I had the Alabama Stinger, an iced shaken honey cappuccino, and it was delicious, highly recommend. I also tried the twice-baked croissant, which was flaky on the outside and perfectly sweet and buttery on the inside. I'll definitely be back to try more drinks! This is my new favorite coffee shop (sorry perc) lol. I go here to study, relax, work and just simply have my matcha and meet new buddies. It's a cozy space that offers a variety of drinks and also a variety of friendly faces. They have more than enough seating and I prefer the green couches that have enough space for your books and then some. They have outlets nearby each seating station, so you won't run out of juice here. The baristas are awesome at what they do and are so fast! By the time you order and try to leave the bar area to find a seat, your drink is ready before you walk away. Neat! The playlists! A new level! They have a house playlist that makes you feel like you're riding passenger princess on a road trip, or at home jamming to oldies and newbies. They have parking which is attached to the apts that the coffee shop is nestled to. Just scan the qr and pay, and be on your way! I love Prevail. It's so posh! I absolutely love this area, and finding this cute spot was icing on the cake. The parking situation is ideal--with an attached garage that connects to the building. I do think entering through the garage is for residents, but the walk outside is short, and you can easily exit from the café into the garage. I've been a couple of times and have tried both their beverages and food. So far, I've had the matcha, the curry chicken wrap, and a pumpkin spice latte. That curry chicken wrap was the bomb! It was my first time having marinated (or massaged) collards, and I was instantly in love. I also love the setup. There's a main area that's great for groups and a quieter space tucked off to the side--perfect for getting things done. I've sat in both and been really productive. They even have a nice outdoor area for when the weather's right. It's such a beautiful balance of style, comfort, and good energy--definitely one of those places that makes you want to stay awhile. read more

What a lovely coffee shop... If you can find it that is! The only reason I found it is that I was given detailed instructions on how to get there. There is no sign that is visible from the road. It is basically in the lobby of Bryn House (an apartment building). You can park in the parking garage and they will validate your parking. The barista was very friendly and helpful and the coffee was delicious. I noticed that they also served food and wine. The atmosphere is inviting - decorated with books and plants. It feels like a community library. They have ample space to sit - including semi private nooks/ booths. I will definitely go back. read more

The interior of this shop is amazing which prompted me to visit. I just wish that it didn't feel so cramped because it made the visit kind of uncomfortable. I think there used to be seating upstairs but now it is closed to non-residents so there really isn't as much space. I opted to sit outside because their courtyard (presumably shared with the adjoining apartment complex) is very beautiful. They validate parking as well for 2 hours. I didn't stay that long because I needed to do computer work and there really was nowhere to sit next to an outlet. Their service was okay.. the baristas seemed kind of timid. I love a good coffee shop and was excited to see Prevail opened a second location. I parked in the apartment complex. Can't beat free parking! I tried the seasonal campfire drink with toasted marshmallows. So good! It comes with two espresso shots. They graciously put one of the shots in another cup. I couldn't commit to two. My first impression of this place was that the interior is beautiful. I was surprised by the luxury seating options ranging from single seater couches to bar stool facing large windows. The cafe was well-decorated with plants (which I believe are fake). There were many charging outlets and great natural lighting throughout the cafe. There were two stories. The upper story was closed off for some reason, however, there were still many spot to study on the bottom level. The barista was kind and made my London Fog tea quickly. I got seated in the back of the cafe. The back of the cafe was quieter compared to the entrance room, but I would still recommend bringing headphones or noise-cancelling earbuds if you need prefer complete silence. The back of the cafe appeared to be a mailroom. There were already people there studying when I got there in the morning. The London Fog tea was delicious. It had an earthy aroma with a hint of vanilla. I felt like there was a good balance of tea to water; it didn't taste too watered down. There was a good amount of drink for the price I paid. For parking, I would recommend parking in the parking garage in the back of the cafe. The cafe is below an apartment complex, but the parking is free. Overall experience 10/10 read more

This is the second location of Prevail Union and the design is just as elegant, if not better, than the original! Things you should know: I. PARKING The cafe is on the first level of the Bryn House. You can park in the FREE parking garage by the cafe ~ within the apartment complex. II. SERVICE Timely. I like that they provide latte art! Makes the feel here more "fancy" to play along with the atmosphere. III. QUALITY We got a latte with strawberry syrup. To be honest, we couldn't taste the strawberry, so I don't personally find it worth the extra fee to add to your drink. IV. CAPACITY Plenty of available seating during a weekend, midday. One of my friends and I had made plans for today to grab a coffee together and catch up. Initially, we had wanted to go try Starbucks Reserve, but we found out that the Yelp page was outdated and that the Atlanta location is no longer a Reserve. Amidst our disappointment, we searched for another coffee shop to try out. My friend stumbled across Prevail Union since she was in the area, so I met her over there. It is attached to an apartment complex, so parking is in the complex garage. It's free--just be sure not to park in any designated areas. Ambiance: It is absolutely stunning! While the inside was beautiful, it was such a nice day so we decided to dine outside. There is a nice little fountain in the middle of the courtyard that adds to the calming ambiance, and tables are shaded by large umbrellas. The other customers were either chatting with each other at their tables or working on their computers quietly. It was very peaceful. 5/5. Food: The menu is pretty limited, but everything sounded good. The prices looked decent as well! I went with the HVR Latte (honey vanilla raspberry) and got it iced, with macadamia milk, which I haven't seen many places! It was delicious. My friend got a Matcha Lemonade and added strawberry to it. I tried a sip and it was refreshing and perfectly tart. For a sweet treat, we each got our own blueberry muffin. It was a little hard and overbaked--not my favorite I've ever had, but it was decent. 4/5. Service: The staff at the counter were all chill and friendly. Got the honey vanilla raspberry latte and the matcha latte. The HVR was really good! Loved the bitterness of the coffee with the sweet and tart raspberry flavor. The matcha latte was okay, not very strong matcha tasting. The ambiance and space was beautiful! There were also tons of seating and cute booths. The coffee shop is also located in the lobby of an apartment complex and there were parking spots in the garage next to it but make sure not to park at spots with signs. The service was okay. The service and coffee were fine, but the real issue is the parking. A $104 ticket for being five minutes over is egregious. I understand the coffee shop has no influence on the fees, but if they ever want steady business they need to come up with a better system. I am very disappointed. read more

I drove hear from Covington to get and oat bar and a flat white. only to be told that the person who did the pastries was no longer there and had gone to another coffee place in the West End area. In my disappointment I still ordered my flat white to stay. What I got was a mixture of espresso and foam milk in a paper cup. I guess this may be my last time coming here. The order counter experience was interesting... said hi, half took my order, walked away, came back, asked for my order then walked away again. Finally was rung up, but wow. I did enjoy visiting this location as a remote spot to work at beautiful ambience beautiful facility great parking. I'm not a big fan of the coffee. The other dislike that I had this location is they're not. There's not enough outlets if you are working there so it is not my top place to go if they have more outlets for us to be able to work it would've been a perfect spot to work at but now I do love the prevail union North Druid Hills location and that is the one that I frequently visit Moore. read more

Outside signage says closed at 4 pm on sunday. Online says closed at 3 on sunday . But denied service at 2:30 pm .. we are closed .. been here 2-3 times before .. if you are gonna flip your tablet over for 20 percent or more tip screen you better be open for full hours . The only reason chain coffeeshops work is that they are consistent .Consistently bad but consistent ! I know how things will be at starbucks and how burnt my coffee will be . Travel in atlanta heat and traffic only to be told you are closed contrary to every signage online or otherwise is just very annoying . You have full right to set your hours but dont waste my time by being unreliable !if your espresso machine takes 30 mins to shut down then put a time of 30 mins before ! Beware they add on a $1 tip without asking you for permission on your bill. At least ask before charging. They didn't even bother to put my pumpkin loaf on a plate and put it in a plastic bag. I dropped two stars due to one of the team member's customer service. I've been to this location three times, and two of the times, I have been met with an attitude of "What do you want?" instead of "How can I help you?". She, the barista, never greets me; I ask about lids, and she points to them as if I'm supposed to know the coffee shop's landscape. Yet, she is quite chatty with her coworkers but has no customer service skills. I hate that I tipped her and hate to see her at the front counter when I come in. Other than that, the coffee is really good, and the ambiance is great, but the customer service is subpar. I hope management takes notice of the reviews on customer service. read more

I came to this coffee shop this morning before work at 7:08. The online hours stated that they open at 7 AM. When I pulled up, it looks like they were closed, but the door was unlocked, and the hours stated they open at 7 AM on the door. I stood at the counter for a few minutes and nobody was in there. I tried calling the number on the website to see if they were open, and that call got forwarded straight to voicemail. Unfortunately, I cannot rate this coffee shop based on coffee! I took my business to a coffee shop down the street that is open when they say they are open! read more
