Summit coffee is a coffee chain with a location located right in Emory Village, making it within walking distance of Emory's main campus. The first I came here was a year ago when I got a chai. It was okay with some spices but overall quite milky. This place tends to be packed with students. There's several tables with one side being booths but still limited seating. The booths by the walls have an outlet. Parking can be tight depending on the busy hours, but there's a free private parking lot behind the building complex. You can also enter the store from the back door where you'll find some bar seating and two comfy couch chairs. Sometimes Summit will open up its space for events or clubs to hold an event (I've been to one here!), but I've also seen it close early via sign on the door. Honestly, the drinks have been a miss for me. I got an iced pumpkin cheesecake latte where it's pumpkin flavored and with a pumpkin cheesecake cold foam. It didn't have the right flavors. It wasn't sweet enough nor did it have that fall pumpkin spice kick to it. The drink came out to be around $7 something for a 16oz, not worth it for a mid coffee.

Always drove by never really stopped but stopped last week to try it out. Let me tell you it's a hidden gem. The pastry was amazing and the coffee was perfect. Everyone was smiling and just enjoying life. For a minute I thought i stepped into Wayward Pines. Definitely going back wish they had bagels during the week day but only on the weekends they have them. Service was fast and the ambiance was great

Summit coffee is so welcoming! It is full of students so I always feel so motivated to study and get going on my weekly tasks. Their latte is great and I love the option to sit in and save a paper cup! Don't know if they do the pink colored chocolate croissants all year or just for Valentine's Day but I loved it! Overall, I love going back to this location every time I need a break from working at home and a yummy coffee to go along with it! I will definitely be back :)

Cute coffee shop near Emory's campus! Got a large iced coffee, which was priced well and tasted great. I was a bit disappointed there wasn't anything more seasonal or unique on the menu. There was a large selection of pastries which looked good! The ambience is nice and there are a lot of students parked at the tables. Service was fast, and it's in a nice area with more small restaurants.

You have no idea how excited I am to see Summit Coffee come to the Atlanta area! I first experienced Summit several years ago at their location in Asheville, NC and have been a fan ever since. This location did not disappoint! Located right in Emory village, Summit has the perfect recipe for a great coffee shop: cute vibes, plenty of seating options to do work or hang with friends, wonderful service, and amazing coffee and treat options. My husband and I were on the campus for homecoming this weekend, so we were excited to check out their menu. This go around, I tried one of their specialty drinks: the Maple Cream Nitro. Amazing! Perfect balance of sweet and creamy with an underlying Nitro cold brew flavor. My husband got the Blueberry Pie latte (equally delicious) and we also split a chocolate croissant. That croissant was one of the best I have had in years!! It was flaky and buttery with the perfect amount of chocolate inside. *chef's kiss*. If I lived a little closer to campus, I would probably be here all the time. Great excuse now for me to visit my Alma mater more often :)

One of the best coffee shops in the area next to Emory Village, great spot for sharing time with friends and family, convenient parking lot, easy access for disabled people, ambience was very good with many people from Emory University, music was soft, illuminated siting area, service was professional and friendly, food looks good but this time I ordered a cup of Cappuccino, flavor was good, dark roasted coffee beans, very recommended.

Honestly my favorite coffee shop in Atlanta. Their seasonal drinks always hit and I love the versatility. It's a great place to come get work done or study if needed I love the booths. My only complaint is they only have bagels on the weekends and I wish they had them all week. Other than that amazing place.

This place deserves 5 stars for the outlet access alone. Virtually every table has its own outlet - other coffee shops take notes!! The decor is cute n simple. All of their coffee syrups are made in house and they even make new ones throughout the seasons. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Truly what else could you want in a coffee shop?! No idea how parking is bc I got dropped off but it seems like there's a small lot in the back and street parking in the front. Prices were reasonable and they *don't* charge extra for milk alternative which is rare these days. Truly a wonderful way to start your day or have a cute place to work. The *only* thing that seemed off was that they don't play music so you kinda have to eavesdrop on your neighbor's convo on the lack of generosity and the laughable idea of legacy building these days mixed with the subtle sounds of making coffee. If random bouts of quiet isn't your vibe bring some headphones so you can have a solo rave while you work.

I've already been here my second time in three weeks. This is a new establishment in the Emory Village area, but have other successful locations in Atlanta and in North Carolina. I'm so excited that there is another "specialty coffee shop" so close to campus - as an alumna and current staff member. The space is sizable, and fits a number of patrons. I heard about this opening through the Atlanta Coffee Shops newsletter and read their blog post before visiting. I'm very pleased. Wifi is free and with a password, that they have on a mini chalkboard by the counter/cash register. I only got a latte my first time as I was in a rush and didn't see the last of the winter seasonal menu, or order a pastry as I typically do when trying new shops. Yesterday I got to see the spring menu and immediately chose the nitro cold brew w/ berries and cream. It tasted like a blueberry muffin and was so delicious and well-presented. I also tried the croissant and asked for it warmed - also incredible. I think it would be interesting to see if they can come up with more interesting pastries.

Love it here. Free oat or almond milk subs! Very kind staff and great menu. Pastries are delicious as well. Cute vibe, wish they had more seating.

You can kind of call this place the original. I've been coming here at least since the late 90's…read more Greens has been here for the old Atlanta clientele and has stayed consistent with all the changes to the city and to Ponce specifically. Some times I waste time and energy trying to find something on Instacart or elsewhere. Why? Just come here. They have what you are looking for. And service all your beverage needs. From a party of one to large events, Green's has you covered. Huge selection, knowledgeable staff. Marvelous location. And a no nonsense approach to service. You need your drivers license to shop. And sometimes your patience - cause it can get pretty busy. We almost always leave with a new spirit we didn't know we needed. And if you need that special drink for a special occasion - come here. What should have been a 30-second transaction turned into one of the strangest retail experiences I've had in a long time. The cashier, Sophia, simply refused to complete the sale. Instead, she remained standing at the register while other paying customers waited in line until a manager eventually stepped in and finished the transaction. Let that sink in: a cashier holding up the line and refusing to ring up a customer for no legitimate reason until a manager had to intervene. If the owners care to review their camera footage from that time, they'll see the entire interaction. At no point was I rude, disruptive, or inappropriate. The escalation came entirely from the employee. What stood out most was the willingness to create a scene and delay multiple customers over what appeared to be a personal reaction rather than any store policy or legitimate issue. Retail is not complicated: ring up the customer, be reasonably polite, and keep the line moving. Apparently that was too much to ask here. I'm not looking for compensation and I'm not interested in arguing about it. But it was such an unnecessarily unpleasant interaction that I felt it was worth documenting. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this location.

I called that night to see if they had made enough money yet and could now refund me. They lied to me again and said they could not because I had contacted my credit card company. The next day, the CC company refused the refund and said the store had to handle it. I had to then file a police report and threaten taking them to small claims court. It was at that point Citi Wine finally decided to be truthful that they could refund me and had me visit the store again so they can write me a check. Citi Wine & Spirits had plenty of time to make this "accident" right and chose not to.. making me think this wasn't much of an "accident" after all. If they were an honest company, they could have taken it upon themselves to issue the refund the day of the transaction when counting the till and seeing they were over $700. Instead they waited a couple weeks for me to notice on my own and then refused to refund me until I threatened legal action. Beware of these scammers.
