Casual yet aesthetic coffee shop with plenty of seating & parking in the back! The workers were really nice. I ordered a matcha latte and an earl grey basque cheesecake to go. The matcha latte was lightly sweetened and strong - just right for me! The earl grey basque cheesecake had a strong tea flavor which was really nice but wish the center was softer - usually basque cheesecakes have a custard like center. The texture here was closer to a regular cheesecake. Will def return, seems like a great place to get work done with yummy food and drinks.

This is the coffee hub that Chamblee has needed for years. On a Friday morning it was packed but line moving quick and plenty of open seats because there's a lot of seating available. Wasn't too loud and had a great matcha. It came out pretty quickly too. There's a few shaded outdoor seats too.

Street parking along the front as well as around the corner, we never have issues finding a spot (is it luck?). The inside is spacious with plenty of table seating including a sofa. The openness of the space where you can see all the baristas making the coffees is a nice vibe. They offer seasonal menus and a standard menu of all the classics. Single origin beans are for sale and they're priced pretty affordably compared to others ($17-$18 per bag). Dogs are allowed which is HUGE win, especially in this summer eat. I had the pour over (hot) of the Thailand beans and my husband had the pour over (iced) of the Ethiopian beans and they were both SO GOOD. The glasses they come in are a vibe, very aesthetic but also ergonomic (some mugs make it very difficult to hold and hurts my fingers lol). They give you a small card of the flavor profile as well which is nice. Great spot and great coffee. Def check this out

Very nice staff here - felt welcoming and accommodating to my indecision‍. I had a muffin and scone both were tasty. It's a great design with plenty of light. Limited parking but I've always found a space. I enjoy this as a quiet place to work remotely before 3p.

Very cute and chill coffee place in Chamblee. I ordered the strawberry matcha and cappuccino both were great. I would definitely come back again

BEST coffee in town, AND arguably best WFCS (Work from Coffee Shop) ambiance too. They have really good quality espresso. They also have a great pastry selection, though it's extremely expensive. Overall, the aesthetic is very quiet and clean and peaceful. Highly recommend taking a visit here, although you need to check the hours first because they are closed a few days a week.

Stopped by this cafe for drinks. Saw that they also had cheesecake and decided to try it. We got the matcha latte, a regular latte and a cheesecake. The ambience here was very nice. It seems very clean and chill. The service was also really nice! I would say the matcha was okay, a little clunky and sweet . The cheesecake wasn't too dense either. But other than that this seems like a chill spot to hangout/work from so will be back!

Chamblee desperately needed a place like Kin Coffee, and we got it! Great location on the rail trail in "downtown" (lol) Chamblee. The inside is immaculate and reminiscent of other Korean coffee houses which I've visited. Cortado was perfect, matcha latte was beautiful, and service came with genuine smiles. The staff genuinely seemed like they wanted to be there. The place was abuzz with remote workers and the coffee shop crowd I expect in ATL. When we moved to Chamblee, not having a M&P coffee place was our one knock on the neighborhood. Well, look how the turn tables. 5/5 thank you for being here and I wish y'all the most continued success.

I stopped by on Monday, 2/17/25, at 11 am. I parked in the gravel lot behind the building. Kin had one sofa, which was convenient because my toddler was with me. The rest of the seating were tables and high tops. The space feels open and light. I got coffee over ice. It was fine! Cute space. Convenient for coffee dates. I'll be back.

Kin Coffee has a nice, open configuration with comfortable seating and spaces for hanging out with a computer (or book). The coffee and pastries were fresh and paired well together. Donuts were tasty and made fresh daily. I had a nice conversation with the owner (Phil) who shared his wonderful vision for the place. Hopefully I can sign up for the pour over class to up my coffee game. Kim Coffee is filling the gap left by Moonbird Coffee which was located in Southbound restaurant. I would recommend this up and starting coffee shop as it looks to provide an experience like Opo coffee on the other side of greater Atlanta.

The only thing redeeming about this place was it was a good space to work from. $25 for three very average if not below average items was daylight robbery.

Such a cute and cozy coffee shop! This was my first time visiting, but I'll certainly return. I ordered an Americano with vanilla and cinnamon. It was the perfect boost to jump start my day. The cashier was swift and friendly, which I appreciated in the fast-paced atmosphere. As a bonus, it's across the street from a Norfolk Southern depot. So, it's perfect for trainspotters! You can feel the rumble of the engines long before you see them.

I heard that this place recently opened in Chamblee. I honestly didn't expect this cafe to be so busy, I saw so many people come and go or take a seat. They have lots of seating for a cafe: the front had high bar seats, the middle has a couch, countertop seating, and four large rectangular tables (every other one has an outlet next to it). Sadly, there are not that many outlets here. I lucked out and sat at a rectangular table with an outlet. Despite the signs, the owner said we can park in the back gravel parking lot. It's informal, but I think there's enough spaces for all the people that come and go.

Of course, it depends, but generally yes! Now, if YOU and everyone starts WFH here, it will no longer be quiet enough to WFH -- food for thought ;)

I opted to park at the Wal-Mart and wasn't as familiar with the trail so I took the street route. Well-light and populated for safe crossing. The venue is very open and was relatively empty since we arrived shortly after it opened. I love the indoor seating concept with plenty of couches, movable chairs, tables near the open-area space and smaller sections for 2-4 people tucked away along the wall. The DJ was already doing his thing and the bartenders remained busy. As someone who wasn't interested in the drinks, I appreciate that there was a self-serve water cooler in the center of the room. The Jenga and jumbo Uno cards were a hit!!!! It was so nice to have these options available. And as others mentioned, the large screen was playing a classic movie - which we could still see from inside. I didn't stay long and this was a Sunday night but the parking lot was much busier when I left. I imagine the outdoor space gets crowded later in the evening as well. The DJ was just okay - not my cup of tea - but folks seemed to be enjoying themselves. I can definitely see why this place is popular. Although parking is less than desirable, it is not unreasonable. The venue is well-lit and easy to move around. The crowd was diverse, with various ages and backgrounds represented. And depending on the DJ, this would be a great place for meeting with friends, date night or just zoning out to some wonderful music ... especially on a beautiful night. If you're in the mood for something different AND don't mind the trek to Chamblee, check it out.

For $26, I got a ton of food and 90% of it was absolutely delectable. And I say that with an 8-year-old in tow who enjoyed it too! Let's start with the never again item: the Flossy Bun. It's a popular Chinese pastry made with soft, sweet bread filled and topped with sweet and savory pork floss... allegedly. There weren't any descriptions, so I looked it up online. But let me tell you--no. Just no. I don't get how it's popular. Definitely a cultural preference, and it's not for me. I even paused mid-bite hoping I'd grow into the flavor. Nope. Then there was the Coffee Butter Cream Pastry. I thought at the very least my fiancée would like it since she enjoys coffee flavors. That was another miss. I even gave some to two little ones, and the faces they made reminded me of the time I tried canned octopus. That's how bad the flavor was. But now to the good stuff--because the rest? Fire. BBQ Pork Bun - Yummy! Not packed with meat, but enough to enjoy and super easy to pull apart. I really wish they offered a heated option for this, because that would've put it over the top. Japanese Milk Cream Bun - Super creamy. I do wish it had just a little more cream inside, but the bread was so soft and delicious, I honestly didn't care. Hot Dog Cheese Bun - I got this for the little one and I've never seen a child eat something so fast. I'm taking that as a solid win. Egg Tart - Grabbed this from the front warmer after watching another customer snag one. I had missed it earlier. Not totally my thing on its own, but when I got home and added a little chili paste? Devoured. Hong Kong Boba Milk Tea - I went with this instead of the brown sugar version and kind of regret it, but it wasn't bad at all. All in all, the prices are great, the flavors were mostly on point, and the man at the register was super friendly and open to answering questions. Yeah--I'm sold. Looking forward to coming back!

The place itself is located on a side street and there's plenty of parking. There's also parking in the parking structure that is attached to a apartment complex as well. There's also a little back alley that you can park at too, there's ample parking, let's just say that LOL. The place itself is very clean and everybody is really friendly. They have the robot come and bring your food but you will still interact with the staff and they are pretty nice and very pleasant. Street parking Pork and chive dumplings - So the dumplings were really really good. I got them pan fried and they came out tender and yet crispy. The flavor was crazy, and the dumpling sauce was exceptionally good to me as well. I would 100% order these again. Chicken noodle soup - The soup was just okay. I had to do a little doctoring and I tried to get it where I needed to but it was decent but it was a little bit on the bland side. I ended up putting more of the wonton sauce in there to give it a little Tang and a little kick, as well as putting some chili oil in it as well. After that, it started working out pretty well. But on his own, it was decent but it wasn't good out of the box. Pork wonton with chili sauce - So this is kind of like my guilty pleasure. I love chili wontons. With this order you got a lot of them, and the sauce was on the plate and drizzle throughout the dumplings as well. Well so you got flavor at every turn. These were great! Szechuan spicy chicken - Pork soup dumplings - The soup dumplings were pretty good. To me. They weren't better than the chili wontons but they were still good and had a nice bit of flavor to them. The broth in them was tasty, but that kind of overtook meat inside. The broth was so flavorful that you didn't really, really know if you were eating chicken or pork or whatever. But nonetheless, it was still good and you got a nice bitter than for the order. I enjoyed the establishment. Their wontons are really nice sized and they are packed with flavor. I would not go back for the soup or the ramen bowl that they have but I would definitely go back to order five more orders of everything else lol.
