The sandwich itself was massive, might've been the biggest sandwich I've ever ordered lol The Giant size is indeed GIANT! I paid about $20 for a sandwich with chips and overall the pricing was ok. The flavor of the sandwich itself was different. It didn't have the classic Philly cheesesteak taste too it. I ordered extra meat so all I tasted was more or less meat which might've been unseasoned. I wish I could've tasted the onion and peppers more, but the meat was overpowering. If I could give 3.5 Stars I would for the pricing, value, and overall taste, but I'll round up to 4 stars. read more

I went to this location to pick-up an UberEATS order on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 12:45 pm. Now when you enter this location there is a table along the wall and on the table there are three signs that read "UberEATs","Grubhub","Door Dash" followed by a "pick-up here" sign. Now as an UberEATS driver when I see these signs I automatically head to the delivery driver pick-up area no matter what restaurant I am in. On this day there were two orders ready for pick-up and so, I go to check them and neither of them are mine. So, naturally, I just sit at the chair and wait patiently for the order. Now this is lunch time and it is busy so I understand that it could take a few minutes. So about 11 minutes go by and the lady at the register brings another order and places it on the pick-up table that I am sitting at. Not the order I am picking up. Five more minutes past by and she asks me who am I waiting for and I tell her who I am picking up the order for and it's for UberEATS. She then tells me "You need to come up and tell me that you are UberEATS and the customer name." Ok, now I am confused. Two orders were placed by her on the table as I walked in and then a third when I was at the table but then I need to come up to the register to ask for the order? Thumbs down # one for "unclear business note." She walks around the counter to hand me the order and as she heads back to the register I hear her mutter "Guy just comes in and sits on his ass." Thumbs down # two "unprofessional staff." This order came with a footlong sandwich, bag of Dorito chips, two chocolate chip cookies, and a 20 ounce Sprite bottle. Now the bag is sealed on two ends but as I lifted the bag it felt way too light. I looked into the bag and I could see the chips, sandwich, and cookies. But nothing green to tell me that there was a bottle of Sprite in there. I asked the same lady that brought me the bag if everything was in here because the bag is too light. She replied in a know-it-all attitude that "Everything is in the bag." This was the following dialogue in front of a line of 8 customers. Attitude Lady: "Everything is in the bag." Me: (Looking in the bag) Attitude Lady: "You can't break the seals, sir" Me: "This bag is too light and there is no drink in here." Attitude Lady: "All items are in the bag, sir." Me: (handing the bag to her) "Can you please check to see if the drink is in here." Attitude Lady: (Takes the bag) After 5 minutes, with a know-it-all attitude she finally opens the bag. She does it in front of the line of 8 customers. When she tilts the bag to empty it out comes the footlong sandwich, two chocolate chip cookies, and the Doritos. NO DRINK!!!! When she realizes this she looks at me with the two biggest wide eyes and all eight of the customers started laughing with one of them saying "The Uber guy was right" and the customer closest to me says "Thank you for checking because I have had items missing before." I told everyone that the bag did feel light. Now this is the best part. Attitude lady then calls on another worker there and asks her if she put this order together to which the worker replied, "No, you said that you are going to get that order together." Attitude lady then got a new bag, put everything in the new bag WITH THE DRINK this time, and sealed it. When she handed me the bag she said told me "That I got a fresh bag and all items are in the bag." As I was leaving I turned to the people in the restaurant and said "I knew that the bag felt a little light" which resulted in the patrons laughing. Three thumbs down for "long wait", "unprofessional staff", and "business note unclear." One star on Yelp for terrible customer service. read more

The one lady put her raw HAnDS Zero gloves on the bread took it out and laid it on the counter for the other to make while she proceed to Clean n the back. I'm really surprised to see any low star reviews for this place. I've been going to this location at least twice a week since it opened close to a year ago and I've not had a bad experience yet. I consider myself a sandwich connoisseur; an expert in the field of evaluating and eating sandwiches. I guarantee you I have eaten at more delis in the Atlanta metro than you. Sandwiches are the power of my source. Basically, Jersey Mike's makes the perfect cold sub and is miles beyond other sub shops in terms of quality. The sandwich you get is constructed with the ingredients spread evenly over the bread which is key to a good sandwich. It seems like every other place I go to, the meat comes in a ball in the center of the sandwich and I find globs of mayo instead of an even layer. Jersey Mike's also uses fresh lettuce and tomato that is sliced daily. I can spot crappy lettuce and tomato a mile away, but never at Jersey Mike's. Other sub shops probably slice lettuce and tomato twice a week, not daily like this place. The quality of the meat is also way higher than other places. I highly recommend the roast beef or any of the Italian cuts. No rubbery or previously frozen meats here. Lastly, the bread tastes like its baked fresh each day (I recommend the wheat). I also recommend getting your sandwich Mike's way for the best flavor and texture (lettuce, tomato, onion, oil & vinegar, and oregano). One final note- some other reviewers were whining because their deli worker didn't smile enough at them while making their sandwich. If that really bothers you, I sincerely pity you because most likely, everything bothers you. Being a deli worker isn't exactly the pinnacle of one's career, so please give them a break if they aren't all smiles. It's a tough job and can be stressful with annoying customers complaining for the sake of complaining. Years ago, I was once a deli worker, so I probably have more empathy for these workers than your average sandwich consumer. That being said, the workers at this location are really friendly to me. The sandwiches have always been good. Our son, who is autistic, loves their cheesesteaks and they treat him like royalty. It is a place we can send him by himself to order and pay because the owner and workers have gotten to know him and he can gain confidence from having a positive transaction. HORRENDOUS. I used to live in the area five years ago, and it was terrible then. Thought after 5 years it would be different. I was wrong. Customer service was terrible. Lady taking orders looked like she wanted to kill someone. Employees never talked or greeted you. We had two people in front of us and get this...it took 35 mins for them to take two orders. Now, if it was like a regular sub shop and there was only 2 people working I would understand. BUT THEY HAD FIVE PEOPLE ON FRONT LINE. This is unacceptable. I too was shocked at the low rating of this shop! I am traveling from out of town this week and it was one of the few take shops open. The two gentlemen had obviously prep'd the store for closing when my family went in. We were greeted and there was not a single complaint about making sandwiches for 4 people near closing time. My daughter commented that we needed to pack them up and take them home to our fast food places! Their body language and actions all said it was a pleasure to serve us. The subs were excellent! My husband works near this location. Him and his co-workers have been going here for a while. He brought part of a sub home and I about died with how good it was. So every other Friday they go and get subs and order me one to bring home. Now I get double meat, bacon, and cheese on mine. I eat it in 4 sittings. First few times it was amazing and done right! So big you could barely get your mouth around it! These last two times I have gotten single everything and they are still charging $18.75 instead of the $12.75 that the regular sub should cost. Last time my husband even took pictures to prove to the store they did it wrong. They sent home another half sub and just said to add the stuff to what I had left instead of giving the 6 dollar difference. Let me show you this time. This is my husband's sub with double meat and cheese and mine with what it is supposed to be. He gets The Italian and I get The Club. Now you tell me how my husband's is double and "so is mine". When you open a franchise in a new location, you need to do things that will keep the customers coming back. I don't think the owners had this in mind at this point. The staff wasn't as engaging as I've experienced in the past at other locations. The lady making the sandwiches seemed as if she didn't want to be there. As if the customers were getting on her nerves. The guy finishing the sandwiches and taking the payments never smile at all or said thank you for coming or said have a nice day, etc. I'm always leery about people who serve you in restaurants and aren't friendly. Maybe the management will get this staffed trained up on customer service or replace them for the good of a pleasant customer experience. read more

I have celiac disease and they offer gluten free bread but when I ask for it they always let me know how much of a hassle it is or inconvenience it is with their body language and actions. They have left my order out MULTIPLE times during other things due to the fact they have to go one extra step for the gluten free. The employees are never very friendly either. Not impressed with this location at all. If you can't handle one of the menu items for people with dietary restrictions, don't offer it. read more

I usually go get a Giant #17 (Philly). Good service, good subs. Friendly employees. I joined the frequent buyer plan where you accumulate points towards a free sub (after you buy several thousand subs at regular price, but better than nothing). I had no complaints until the other day I went and ordered my usual, 2 Giant #17's, and the only thing Giant about it was the bread. It had almost no meat in it. These sandwiches are way too expensive for this to happen. I gave almost $5 in tip also. I will go cash out my points and I will not return. That was almost $30 for 2 subs. I had to come back and edit this review because of this incident. Too bad, I liked their subs. I cashed out my "Loyalty Points" and got a free regular sub (which was great!). Maybe it was the one employee who slacked me on my sub that one day, but its too expensive to be getting slacked. Im done. My low rating is because of that one bad experience. I was trying to treat my girlfriend with a free sub but wasn't allowed to cause "the manager doesn't allow that". It's almost like he trains his employees to be rude and incompetent like him. Since new management has taken over. The environment and the atmosphere is more friendly. Staff is nice. Everyone is friendly. Used to come here a lot at the beginning of the year. The manager had the worst attitude so I stopped coming. Decided to come back and glad I did. Great sub. Grabbed a few cookies. They were soft. Even had my favorite White Chocolate Macadamia Nut. Store never carried these before. Lady at the register was funny and the line moved rather quickly. Came on Columbus Day. It was very busy. Hoping for a great turn around.
